Great store, friendly & helpful staff. Always a great shopping experience at this Target store

Great store had all the things I came for.

I like target, their prices and the employees are helpful.

A very well managed store, they have good customer support but would be slow at times when there is huge lines for returns.If you have an electric car, this place has a ChargePoint port which is free for the first two hours very ideal to park get a free charge on the car while you shop!!

You have milk for Fair life milk’s they have chocolate whole fat free reduced fat

Its my go-to place. Nothing to complain about. I can find anything I need.

This is the first time I have ordered something online and opted to pick it up at the store. It was easy and convenient. The sales associate was courteous and had no problem locating what I purchased. I would order something online through Target again based on this experience.

Its good but it need clean in certain area like shoe section. You can find all house hold items . You can find the fresh food frozen.its very convenient location. You can find the clothing for men women boys girls .you can find the all groceries.

Rude and tactful employees. Employees and lower management systematically hide clearance and do not mark items down. They hide last season items until there is no online price to reference and can make up the price for themselves. They deny sale of said items to customers or make the price near what the original price is to deter you from purchasing so they or their friends can later buy said murchandise. Supervisor lied and said she was the store manager. 0 stars.

This target is super cool it is very big. There’s a Starbucks inside. They have such a variety of clothes and products. This target also is a grocery store to my surprise they had everything here even beer and wine and liquor. This is definitely a one stop store parking lot was a little sketchy so just park with it’s well lit. I definitely will be coming back to this target instead of the Hayward one.

Why I cant give 0?? Terrible place to shop. I went today to buy school supplies for my kids. I saw a bunch of back packs on the back with a $44.99 sign, so it looks a good deal for my son. I went to the register to pay and the backpack came up at $88.99 I said how come it says something also?? Team leader well, it might be a wrong place. Well, thats false advertising!!! The whole wall has the same price 😡😡😡 Its frustrating that you have to find out the price at the register and they just said that they are in the wrong place. So, thatss our problem????? Good thing that I found the same backpack at Walmart and it was $42.

They generally have what you need in stock but it has been getting pretty nasty over the years. The trash outside is always full, garbage just overfilling and flying away onto the ground in front of the store, the floor inside is also filthy and they have never kept their bathrooms clean. I also never feel safe in there because there is almost always a homeless person having an episode in the bathroom.

Easy and convenient to pickup in the store. My wife did not have the code but customer service was able to look it up. There was also ample parking space for pickup customers which I liked.

Friendly staff, great display of products and good quality compared to walmart. I love target.

It used to my favorite place to shop but now the staff is slow and rude. Even the so called manager Jeremy. Three months and three times!! The problem he “solved” is making me spend more time and more money on ONE item!!! One time,I doubt the amount, so I asked him for details. He kept pointing at the total amount and saying “You should pay this amount “. Later on, I found out I supposed to pay $20+, but the price showed &80+I just can’t understand how he is the manager there! I don’t see any customer service AT ALL. Also, ALET DOUBLE CHARGED” it been happening.

Good people nice and close to lot of communities...only bad thing is restrooms not clean at all.

I couldnt figure out how to order drive up. Was able to purchase Bertoli organic olive oil which isnt sold anywhere else.

Excellent, smooth process. The driveup service was very smooth. The app showed a 4 digit code and need to show to Target employee and they will place the items on the car/van trunk.

Went there for yearly eye exam and new glasses. They do have handicapped parking close to the entrance and sidewalk pick up.

Great drive up pickup experience, order was brought to the car with in a minute after reaching the store at Fremont Hub. Target is improving a lot and providing great shopping experience for customers. I was not a frequent customer of target, but because of their curb side pickup (Drive up) service, I am now more frequent to Target.

Love going here to do my daily dose of target shopping. The only Reason I give them less of A stars because sometimes I can’t find the things I’m looking for and the staff what are usually don’t know where they are or they would rather me not asking.

You can find just about anything there and the location is convenient.

Store extremely clean and, most importantly, organized. Needed purchases can be found quickly and then can check out. Also you offer special customer service agents that can check your credit card/debit card purchases without going to a cashier - super awesome!

The selection of items met my needs. I think that they should make the food section more noticeable because when you enter it is very hard to tell that there is even a section for food!!! They also had a decent sized line at checkout. They had a good sized selection of wine and I was overall very satisfied!

Today wasnt a great shopping experience. I was completing Drive Up and the worker working didnt even ask for the bar code to see if it was mine.

You need to train your associates that clients come first. That means if they are coming down an isle opposite of a guest,the employee shouldnt continue to move forward, but be aware and make space available for guests to pass. I felt like I was in their way trying to shop and spend money there!

I been to the store asking for the Nintendo switch a couple of times like on the 8/7/2020 of this month I when when they open they said they did not have it, and today I when and ask and they said they sold the 3 they got on the 8/7/2020 then this happen all so a couple week back they told me the same. I will really appreciate if when they get it in stock this time they will let me know so I can get it.cause they keep not telling me the truth or they have to have better help

I get off work late, its nice that I could just park at target and get my stuff fast. This service is awesome!

Frequent shopper at this target. Most items I need are in stock. I like the cosmetics, home improvement section, party essentials and seasonal clothing. All my “back to school” shopping is at Target. Sometimes I grab some fresh grocery for convenience. They do have Starbucks onsite.Imp- if you find the lower price on target.com they do match it at checkout.

Order pickup service is fast!!

Tried to exchange an online order, had some issues but finally got resolved. Good staff and helpful.

The toys aren’t always stalked and not lots of stuff but really good stuff and awesome store hahahahahhahaha

Had an extremely excellent service at the optical dept. Glasses came out EXCELLENT.

Stopped by Target and noticed the shelves look ransacked. Target employees are doing a great job re-filling this morning.

This is my favorite target to go to. It is a store and has wide selection of items that always seem to be in stock.I would give 5 stars but there tends to be issues with carts in the parking lot sometimes. Other than that I highly recommend

This store is the best. I was looking for watches for one of my kids, ended up getting groceries and a larger toy. They have a lot of everything. Love shopping here!! The staff always points or guides me in the right direction. Very helpful staff!

This is my local target. It’s an old familiar place and I love how everything is where it is supposed to be. Along with the Target app I’m able to now go directly to the isle of an item if I don’t know where it is. My only issue is on busy days the spacing between the end cap and the wall is a little narrow, so there can be congestion issues at times.

You would think a store like Target would at least keep the bathrooms decent. Weird to enter a store which looks pretty nice and then walk into a mess of a bathroom. As much as people spend here, they should take care of this basic thing more often.

Selection and availabilty

I have three grown daughters and now my eldest is having her own baby. Have already started buying her Pampers diapers. My daughters Never had any rashes of any kind. I Never had any falling off problems or leakage. Going to baby shower soon and I plan on buying her at least one of every size. I do prefer the Baby Dry variety. Very soft and thinner. Gave them more freedom of movement without them carrying around any extra bulkiness. Thank you Pampers, for all the wonderful helpfulness. A happy Grandma to be.👶 + 👵 = 😀.

Everything is always easy to find, the store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Target was very busy today. During the checkout, Valarie opened addition register and she called me to check out. I was so relieved to expedite the checkout and go home. She explained to me how Taret Circle work and showed me the scanner on her phone. I havent had a chance to discover this new feature yet. I scanned my receipt at home. I want to thank Valarie for her excellent customer support and friendliness.Previous Review (3 star):I wanted to try out the Order Pickup and save boxes usage. Unfortunately this order pick up is not efficient. I have been waiting in the line for 15 min and the order hasnt showed up. I could have picked the items myself by shopping regularly. Really disappointed esp that I wanted to shop more at Target rather than Amazon.

The store was well stocked and customer service was still amazing even given the current health crisis. I would rate a 10 except that workers were not protecting themselves. Would like to see Target provide masks and gloves for their workers.

Quality of customer service is poor and alienates the customers from the service representatives. On this visit, entire stock of refrigerated Sabra hummus was 7 days past its best if used by date. Id trust them with the non-perishables but its a gamble on the refrigerate section.

It is very Easy to browse through the app or website when I need to find something. Easy to pick up at the store or try the curbside pickup. Very convenient.

One of the quickest targets Ive ever dealt with. Navigation of the store is a bit challenging in comparison to others I have visited but its nothing terrible. Checkout is a breeze, with efficient and friendly employees each time I have visited.

I hate grocery shopping. This is a great service. Found everything online, there was no waiting in long lines. Did not need to come into the store.

Received gift card from text on phone and was easy to buy tarp instantly. Looking for better tent selection as they only had one brand of 2-man and one brand of 4-man. Camping aisle will equip you if youre not picky.

Can pick up pretty much anything I would need in my life in a pinch- not the cheapest prices all the time though. If its cheaper at a store further away Id make that drive after leaving Target.

When I walked into the Pacific Common Target in Fremont, I was greeted by 2 associates and they offered me a cart that had been disinfected. Their warm and friendly manor made my day!!

Hasson in electronics was SUPER!! Bought a laptop.Great customer service. He knew his stuff, represented the store superbly and very courteous. Target should be grateful for such a rare, loyal employee.

Waited for 20 minutes after informing them and still no one came out. I had to go inside to pick up the purchase.

The school supplies area used to be WAY better a couple years ago. Now, when the back to school season nears, I dont see anything literally… Also, the final price is higher than I expect.

Its always clean! and products are always well stocked. They do offer great deals. I cant give it five stars because if Im not paying attention its easy to spend more here for items that cost less elsewhere.

Didnt know the buy 2 vicks and get $5 offer was over since the sign is still on the shelf. I asked blonde middle aged cashier when its over, she said Saturday. She ignored as i said she might like to remove the sign as its still on the shelf. Btw its Monday afternoon. She is busy putting hand sanitizer. Comments?

After I picked up my items I noticed that the pomade can had already bee used because it had the a portion of the pomade swiped away with the size of a finger.

The TARGET Store Is Right Across The Street From My Home!! Im There At Least Once Or Twice A Week. Well Known Customer Iam I Even Know Many Of The Employee That Work At The Store!!! Other than electronics department, cant recall getting a lot of sales support. Of course, this criticism is hardly unique to Target. If you know what want, this store a well located in central Fremont, good parking, well stocked, etc.

My husband went to exchange an item he picked up from ordering online due to opened and used item. At first, a girl who helped him told him she could not do it, and he needs to go back the second day. He asked to talk to the manager since the item he wanted is available to exchange in the store. She told him the manager is not available. The second employee behind the employee who was helping him turned around and asked whats going on. Really? Didnt she listen to their conversation the whole time standing there? Anyway, he told her that he needed to exchange the opened and used item for my baby. She gave him store credits and told him that He needs to go get it himself and pay again in front. Wow! Great customer service we got here at Target only. This location has 4 brand new sealed items I ordered and they gave me opened and used one and refused to exchange it. On top of it, my husband had to deal with two unprofessional employees with attitude, Im speechless. I ordered online to save time and made it easy for my husband to pick it up. I never experienced anything like this before. I meant not one employee with attitude but two? And how hard is it to grab a new one and exchange it? since it is your fault to give us the used item! I dont think I want to come back at this location again to see those faces who gave my husband attitudes.

Pretty small compared to other Target locations. Has a Starbucks now, which is convenient. Always understaffed with cashiers. Convenient location.

This is the closest Target to my house so I always come here but I’ve been very unimpressed for the last few months. The whole store is a big mess- clothes on the floor, cant even get through shoe department, shelves unorganized. As soon as you walk in you can smell the bathrooms, which are always disgusting. It’s just very dirty and makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.

Good store to gather my everyday needs! I like that it is near the central area of Fremont. However, they seem to carry less items compared to the South Fremont location!
