This place is truly wonderful. I really like this location. You will find very friendly staff here, great service, massive selection of name brands. The layout of this store is gorgeous. I love the vibrance in this specific location, it is very inviting.The staff a very attentive and not overly bearing. I was approached a few times by sales associates who were just offering me their services. I appreciated that they took the initiative and were not pushy. I was so glad I received their help because of two sales associates suggestions my makeup look has improved and is OFF the charts!Kay M you get the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ are for you. My eyebrow game is lit and I cannot thank you enough, I spent nearly $300 and was able to go home happily with some free samples 😉. Ill be back ladies 💋.

I have to commend Jasmine and Kristin on their service today. Ive walked into two different Sephoras in the past few weeks and have waited for help for 45+ minutes ultimately deciding to leave without anything. Today I walked into this location hoping the third time would be a charm. Upon entering Jasmine immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her I needed a color match for foundation and concealer. She asked about my skin type and was genuine in giving her opinion in regards to products. She took her time and swatched three different foundations and concealers for me to choose from. We found my perfect match and I could not be more satisfied. I continued to browse around like a kid in a candy store intending to spend some significant money on the highest quality products. Kristen kindly approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She helped me find a primer for my overly sensitive skin and recommended an amazing vegan face wash. When checking out I realized I forgot brush cleaner and eyelash glue. The woman checking me out was sweet enough to grab a few of each item and educated me on the benefits of each product. Im overjoyed with how I was treated during my shopping spree at Sephora. I will definitely be returning to this location. The staff is phenomenal and I cannot thank them enough.

Went there with my daughter they are not doing full face makeups at this time but it was a little pack so we left a little early they are well stocked my daughter was looking for someone in particular.

If you dont walk in with a full face of makeup and a nice outfit youll be treated like you dont belong there or like you walked into the wrong store. Customer service is fake here, like theyre being forced to be kind to you.

I just stepped out and didn’t like the really weird customer service, naina was really nice at the register with me and tried to help but got stuck on something and i believe the a manager, an asian woman stepped in and was just being cold. she called out an employee on making a mistake which i believe shouldn’t happen in front of customers.sephora is usually my happy place but i didn’t feel welcome here at all.

This is the second time I had an awesome experience at this location in fremont. DANI was so helpful, knowledgeable and just very inviting. I am very HARD to please. She was like having a friend help me shop for all of my needs. I left the store feeling excited (not guilty) LOL! SHE helped me get approved for a credit card and I am glad I did! Bad experience, bad review! Valentines Day is coming soon. I choose a bottle of perfume here every year, but at 7 pm on January 31st, when I took my daughter into the store to see the perfume, I was stopped by a rude and unreasonable female salesperson.  Perfume counters are not allowed to look at, naked discrimination, or the poor quality of the staff. Such a shop, even if the goods are good, I will not come again!  !!  The boss hires such a clerk will slowly ruin his business!  !!

I had a mini skin care appointment here.. it’s a super rude place 😳workers are not happy.. they barely smile.. and don’t like to be asked questions.. when you come in, no one is there to say hi or to help you.. I was planning to buy some skin care.. but the person who helped me didn’t like to be asked questions.. so I didn’t buy anything :/

They acted as if there was something better to do, which is most interesting as this is their job.My sister shops there so much, she is a Rouge, and only one person, Edye, remembers her and is the kindest. These women think that because they wear makeup, they are something. False. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Two cashiers disregarded my sister standing in line to make a purchase. That’s so rude. I spent $160 and want to return everything and purchase it from another, more respectful entity. Highly disappointed. Even the security guard was most pleasant and kind. I was very turned off by this store and don’t think I will be back. Macy’s, here I come!

Ive been to this location a handful of times since I moved here.It is always busy, the lines take forever and the girls working seem to lack knowledge on their products.My last shipping experience was the worst yet.It was very busy and I had to hunt someone down just to get on a list to be helped.The girl that put my name down was extremely nice and had done good recommendations; however the girl that actually helped me seemed like she really didnt want to help me.I came in looking for a new foundation sample because recently my skin type has changed drastically.first of all I always much to my wrist because I flush easily and have found I get a better match this way.She refused to match to my wrist. after the first product I asked about a second one the other girl had mentioned and she seemed irritated and relictant to do this for me.i never really got to see if the samples match or discuss anything.She just decided for me and handed me the samples.I could tell just by looking that they werent going to match. The colors werent even similar to each other.I tried both anyways.The first one I looked sunburned and the second was just too dark..More than anything Im just irritated about the service.I spend a lot of money here but Im getting to where Im sticking to online shopping just because I hate going to this location.

Worst customer service all the girls walked past and did not ask if I needed help even while I looked and looked and could not find what I needed. I had to stop and ask a young girl who worked there for help and not only did she not put any interest in engaging me the 2 items I asked about she did not recommend but did not help me find one she did. The workers at this store will treat you differently if you don’t look/dress a certain way. At one or more occasion I saw the same sale associate walk by me twice and stare into the bag I was carrying. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or just “dressing” a certain way so it looks like you belong in Sephora. It is pretty disgusting to me if have to “dress up” to be treated like “an average” customer. Would atleast not recommend visiting this particular Sephora location.

Heres the deal. I love Sephoras. Most the time when I shop here its really great. Regardless of location but for some reason the last time I was here (at opening on a weekday) I couldnt get any help. I wanted samples of a few tinted moisturizers or bb creams. When I was finally helped she got it for me, put it in a bag and just labeled it light she didnt even write the product name. Plus, she was chatty and kind to the other women she was helping before me but offered no words to me. Didnt even ask if I needed more help. So, after that I walked to the cosmetic side of the store to see if anyone over there would approach and help me. No one did. Im still giving 4 stars because most the time Sephoras is a great place, but the one time I really needed their attention I didnt get it. Lol weird.
