I would like to give negative stars. For all that is holy, do not go there for your prescriptions, do NOT go there for your Covid-19 vaccinations. I went for a booster and waited FOREVER. The workers at the pharmacy dont care, are obviously overworked and unpaid and it is a very busy pharmacy. Poorly managed and just an overall unmitigated mess.

Worst Walgreens in AMERICA. I travel the country, and I have never seen a more disfunctional pharmacy... Ever.. The right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing.. Communication is poor.. And the wait times are horrendous. They act like this is NYC or something.. Ive seen much larger city pharmacies handle their customers with a much more professional setting. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Customer service here is non existent. Lady working FedEx on-site does not know how to do her job and makes up her own rules and policies. Visited the store multiple times, and she still refused to give me my package for no valid reason. FedEx corporate customer service was very confused as to why this lady would not give me my package, they had to personally call her in order for my packages to be released and SHE STILL REFUSED. Choose any other location besides this one for FedEx pick up.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone... I called 3 times throughout the day and evening with no success. Now I tried first thing when I woke up at 5AM and the automated system transferred me to the pharmacy, but after it put me on hold for 7 minutes someone picked up and hung up! What great service... Why send me a message to call the pharmacy if nobody uses the phone there?

Their pharmacist, Michelle, has some kind of complex and playing doctor. My Dr. has written a refill order for increased usage, and my insurance says they can put it through no problem, but Michelle has decided its not time for a refill yet and that I have another 3 days to go.Can you imagine, my doctor is ok, my insurance is ok but Michelle isnt. I just hope I resolve this before ending up in emergency room.

Worst customer service you can ever imagine. Both the staff and manager are pathetic. I dealt with unnamed lady at photo Centre and manager - Feta. They refused to fulfill my online order after making me make multiple visits to the store. The reason for refusal was shortage of paper and they were not ready to give an alternate option/remedy. manager was very aggressive and one of the worst I met in the retail service world. Avoid this store if you can!

To Store Management & Pharmacy Managment my wife and I are very upset about what we witnessed yesterday in your store my wife and I are beyond angry for what one of your pharmary worker had to indure yesturday afternoon she was treated very disrespectfully she managed to stay calm during while the rude customer was raising her voice at her walgreens needs to do better and needs to allow there workers to refuse service to people that think that they are entitled to disrespect anyone for that matter I went into the store this morning hoping I would find that worker but was told see was not in my wife and I felt very bad for her and hope to see her to walgreens management It would be a shame if you lost this wonderfull young lady because her customer service talent is beyond extraordinary please do better walgreens

As everyone mentioned they are slow with very long lines...there are around 5 reps inside but only one will be serving and rest will be stacking the supplies... But, my rep was very good and nice... I had to call home to find out the right prescription and my cell did not had a signal inside and he called from his desk and let me speak to my wife...

Decreased my rating from 4 stars to 3 because I often visit this place and every second time there are no baskets available at the entrance. It makes my visits disappointing: I cant buy as many things as I want. The service is not fast, that was always the case, but usually not so bad. Of course if you are not standing with things in your hands without basket. I would rate 3,5* honestly. Staff is not super friendly, but they are just normal people, they dont deserve as low as 1 star. Probably just not enough workers sometimes.

We had a 10am appointment for the covid vaccine, got here at 9:50am, waited for over 15 mins to check in and here it is 10:45am still waiting for the vaccine....

Walgreens is in violation of the regulations Federal laws for the pharmacy they will not give me my prescription for norcos because theyre saying that my doctor needs to give them a pain management contract well according to their laws and regulations all the physician has to give them is the name how much the milligrams are and whats it for and nothing more and this pharmacist refuse to give me my prescription and my sons prescription too so Im really upset we have to wait a long time in line when you call you have to it rain over 25 times and nobody answered and its the pharmacy I would choose another pharmacy

Went there once after a long as usual and then called them three times in vain over a priod of three days to pick up a prescription . Was told no prescition which they found after my insistence, would be ready in two hours, yes they had in stock and eventaully not in stock! Finally I switched the presicription to Walmart which they filled quickly and at cheaper price. From there on we changed our pharmacy to Walmart, very pleasent place !

Went to get my Covid vaccine, scheduled an appointment and even arrived early. I still ended up waiting 30 minutes in line and by the end of the hour, decided to leave and go to a real pharmacy. Got the vaccine in 10 minutes including check in.

I was given what I believe to be false information, and when I requested that the manager confirm in writing the same information that they were verbally telling me, they outright refused, and then ran away. This is quite worrying and dangerous behaviour for a pharmacy.

This is my regular Walgreens! I get my prescriptions here and sometimes there is a wait at the pharmacy but that just goes with the territory! The pharmacists are doing a wonderful job and are always very nice and helpful to me. The cashiers are polite as well and the store just has nice vibes.

I went for Covid vaccine here, even with the appointment I had to wait for one hour. While I was waiting I saw number of customers who were there to pick up their medicine with the confirmation call, it was not ready and some were out of stock. I felt bad for the elderly couple who came to pick up their meds had to wait there for at least 20 min on top of that it was wrong kind of medicine. Please avoid going here

I went to pick up the medication for my husband and the staff at the pharmacy told me she couldnt find the insurance plan. She even showed me the error message on her screen. No wonder the receptionist in my doctors office warned me not to pick up at this Walgreens. Your staff are good but your system sucks!!!

I have been attempting to pick up a prescription for my elderly grandmother all week. No matter what time of day I arrive, there are at least five cars in the drive-through line. Five cars that one time, hey that’s not bad! But after ten minutes, The pharmacy closed it’s window and directed the remaining cars away. I have signed up for delivery elsewhere so I never have to deal with Walgreens again.

Pathetic customer service-I waited at the curbside pick-up for close to 18 mins. nobody came with the order. Meanwhile, I was trying to reach customer care and the lady there transferred my call twice and that wasted another 5-6 mins and nobody answered my call and finally, I went inside the store to pick up my order. After reaching home and checking the product I found that both the orders that I received are wrong. This is one of the worst services I have experienced. Now i have to go again to replace my order, which is another waste of time.Updateafter going there to replace my order, the lady staff at the online section with out any apologies, straight away lied they dont have the product in stock, I told them they have it in stock and then she told me to get the product and once i bought the product from the isle she said she can only refund the item and cannot replace it. So for that I need to order the item. again. I will never go to this Walgreens store again.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy does not give express pickup customers priority, and lines are incredibly long. After the pharmacy called up 3 regular customers, I had to tell them Im express even though I was in the correct line that was explicitly marked.The person told me someone else needed to help me. This is the SLOWEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been standing in line for 25 minutes, and haven’t moved for 10...They have the manager back there repeatedly telling the associates to “keep the line moving”. The pharmacy here has multiple prescription pickup windows yet often only two-or-three technicians man the stations even when an enormously long line of largely elderly, sick or hurting patrons is present. The wait here is unacceptably lengthy and likely poses a serious risk to those in need of medication. Recently I saw a man fall to sleep in his wheelchair while waiting in line, and I was almost in dire need of a shave after one of the ordeals.Lately also, the very helpful video board has been disabled, posing additional inconvenience.When one dares to telephone a pharmacy technician even late at night or otherwise, the agonizing wait for a real human to pick up the receiver can often take up to an hour or more. The obnoxious revolving recording that fibs to Walgreens customers is difficult to endure. Here a technician should be assigned to telephone duty.The unacceptable customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is a puzzle to me and has lingered for years. But the technicians are by enlarge very competent once a customer is engaging them.The rest of this Walgreens is acceptable, but why the busy pharmacy is not fully staffed and operational is a concerning wonder to me. On my last visit a gentleman who had been waiting a long time was knocking on the scratched-and-foggy up drive up widow just attempting to gain someones attention.What is going on here anyway??? They had one poor girl trying to deal with everyone. She did everything she could and kept a great attitude, but only after I finally got to the window did they send someone to help her.

Looks dirty and dingy. The lines at the pharmacy part are WAY too long. Ive waited over 45 minutes before just to pick up a prescription. The pharmacists move way too slowly. The prices are also much more expensive than at other pharmacies. I do not recommend this place. CVS in Newark is better.

Rude and chatty staff specifically around the photo area. There were 3 associates discussing Christmas items and mark offs on a cart while a line was forming and other customers needing assistance. Lack of prompt service. Save yourself and go to other Walgreens in Fremont given past reviews.Plus one star to the associate in the back room who was mild manner and assisted in my confusion. Cathy, who rang my order, was incompetent and extremely negative.

Poor customer satisfaction. Do not get your prescription filled here. Avg. time to pick up prescription is one hour regardless of pick up or drop off. My first prescription order always goes missing and the pharmacy has no record of it. I have to get my doctors office to send same prescription order multiple times to this pharmacy. Same issue with my wifes prescription orders too. Very frustrating!

Short line but long waits. I came past evening, there are only 5 people before me and it took me 25 mins before I got my pick up med. Quite long because nights supposed to be less people and faster employees.They were like 4 employees in the pick up and drop off section, and just 1 each only so it took quite some time to open another line which at least fasten the service.Faster check out on ordinary stuffs to buy unlike in the aforementioned section. So I advice be there 30 mins to 1 hr advance if you got an appointment.

If there is an option for a negative star I would choose that. The auto prompt does not provide correct information. It would say your prescription is ready and when you go to pick up your medication and after 30 min wait in line, the tech let you know its not approved. Tech told me she will reach out to the doctors office and I will get a text or a call for an update. No call nor text. If you dont have to go to this pharmacy, avoid it. Tech are not friendly, not helpful, and not knowledgeable. They need to hire better people.

I just can’t.......waited in the drive through line for 20 mins and should have thought to bring dinner or maybe a sleeping bag. No movement....so went inside...hahahaha long line, one counter open...would need breakfast too if I waited inside...so I left....then tried calling to see if I could pick up the medication from a different Walgreens - *sigh 20 mins later - still listening to the revolving robot message...time for a pharmacy change me thinks. Biggest inventory of any pharmacy in Fremont. Always a line at the pharmacy. Slow filling meds. You can use the Walgreens app and order refills in advance. Usually a day to get them filled. They text when they are ready to pickup.

Had one of the young woman at corner she was a pharmacist technician laughed at me when I was having a anxiety attack in front of her. I’m feeling like I’m about to pass out my fingers we’re getting the tingly feeling and my leg felt so weak and she laugh in my face as I’m going thru this and crying explaining I need my meds NOW none of the other pharmacist there DID NOT TRY TO HELP OR TAKE OVER . The pharmacy at this walgreens is easily the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in the United States of America. Amongst the staff there is one sharp lady, but the rest are pathetically slow. I go there quite often because its like three minutes from my house. Plus, I just moved to CA (from Chicago) so at present everything feels like paradise and having crappy service at Walgreens is not a big deal. In fact I find quite a bit of humor in the incompetence of the staff there. The simplest of tasks like picking up a standard prescription takes the staff 5 to 7 minutes. All other Walgreens take about 2 minutes tops, but these guys are really slow. They frequently make mistakes typing addresses and insurance numbers. Once I went in for a pick-up and they couldnt enter my information correctly so they asked me to come back. I returned a few hours later and everything was set. In those few hours they somehow figured how to type in my info correctly. Dont understimate the complex computer keyboards of today. I go to pick up my prescription and the lady pulls up my info, grabs my medication then disappears for about 8 minutes (yes I time everything). I finally looked around the area and saw her standing having a personal conversation with one of the staff lol. Then she comes back to the register and asks my birthdate and phone number. She then attempts to key something in and tells me my info is wrong. She repeated the complex process of entering my phone number and gave up. She disappears and asks for help from someone, returns a minute later and everything works. Beautiful isnt it? This happens so often that you will almost always find a huge line. In Chicago Ive hardly waited at the pharmacy, very short lines. The staff were competent. Here theyre pretty sad. Ive heard Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Santa Clara are super fast which is normal. This Walgreens is a joke. And so to deal with it I just sit back, relax and laugh at them silently. My smile shines through every now and then but theyre too busy with complex data entry to notice. Why stress, look outside and enjoy the mountains, the sky, the air, the food and all the beautiful things that make up the Bay Area.

Called everyday for a week for a fastrak pass. Was told they would take down my number and call me when more came in the next day. Never called and always said they just sold out. Also had a problem at the pharmacy, said they didnt have a prescription and that a different walgreens would have it because its a common item. Said they transfered the prescription but the other place didnt get it. Another time I went to have pictures developed and they came out blank and I still had to pay for them. Really, this location is only good for grabbing things they have stocked on their shelves.

If I could give 0 star to this store, I would. The manager (Stephanie), was working at the photo area and she couldn’t help me. Another store personal showed up and mentioned a few things that helped me print the right size in seconds but before I started the printing process the store manager walked away leaving me alone. I asked her that I really need to leave and if she can’t help me then ask the same person to come help me who just helped me a few seconds ago.
