Horrible customer service! They were late with our last salt delivery, this delivery the driver delivered next door yesterday and the customer service rep told me they would be here today to take care of it ... surprise, they didn’t show up! Now I have to carry the bags from next door back to my house because she lied to a customer. Sadly we love the water softener but it seems customer service is non-existent and I will never believe a word they say again!!!!!UPDATE: I was contacted by the General Manager this morning who apologized for this issue with our deliveries. We had a great discussion and while this still left me carrying the bags from next door, his empathy and professionalism really helped solve this issue. Thank you for understanding and being willing to help.

I LOVE our Culligan water system, but what I really LOVE is their Customer Service!! Andrew, from the Fremont location, really knows what he is doing!!! He is super friendly, understanding and was very patient with my lack of knowledge of how the system works. He took the time to explain everything to me BEFORE he started the installation of our new water softener and under-the-sink reverse osmosis system and then reviewed it all again with me when everything was complete, and answered all my questions!! When we purchased our new refrigerator with built-in ice maker, he explained several different options of how the line could be run, explained the filtering system of the reverse osmosis again and made sure to test all the lines again before he left. He also showed me both water shut off valves in case of emergency. I cannot say enough about how well Andrew knows his job and how great his customer interaction is!! He very polite, neat and organized! A pleasure to have in our home!Thank you Andrew!! You should be very proud of yourself and your company needs to know what a great asset you are to the team!!! Thank you again!!!

I recently purchased a new water softener and RO system for my home. Frank Franco did an outstanding job helping me get into a new softener. He is very professional, kind, and LISTENS to what you want and need. He followed up with me during the entire process and even after the install. I highly recommend anyone interested in a water softener, Reverse Osmosis Drinking system, filters or any other water treatment product to call Frank. You will not be disappointed. Also thank you to the GM, Jeff, for working with us as well. Both Jeff and Frank are true professionals. Thank you! Now we are looking forward to the many benefits that the softener and RO will provide. I also have a carbon/chlorine filter installed to take out the chlorine from the nasty city water. Great service, excellent hardwater softener salt delivery service and our drinking water filtration system is like having bottled water on tap!

So I called Culligan Water to see if they could bring water out to my residence and how much would it cost because I have a water unit already. The lady that I spoke to asked all the questions and was polite about it but then she says that they need to run a credit check to see if I would be eligible to have water delivered out to me. Then a few days later I get a call saying that I cant have the water delivered but I can come in to pick the water up😑🤬 Why the hell do I need a credit check just to have water delivered? Its just stupid to be honest, a credit check for water that Im going to be drinking😂😂😂

The whole experience was great, from the salesman right through the installation process. The salesman was not high pressure and very knowledgeable as was the gentlemen who installed my new softener. He was early to the install which I appreciated since I had to go to work after. I would recommend Culligan to anyone looking for a new water system! Ive had the system for almost a year now, and still receiving great service from Culligan!

The whole process was extremely easy to go through and everyone was very professional. The original rep, Frank, was not pushy at all and I felt like gave us honest information so we could make a decision on her own for what works best for our family. The installation was very simple and the installer was very professional as well. The water itself tastes great and we couldn’t be happier. The only thing I will say is initially I thought we were told we would have three months free but maybe we misunderstood and it was only one month. Either way the water is great now.

They have a great system to deliver purified drinking water and for softening your water to be more efficiently used in your washing machine. Unfortunately a Culligan pipe burst under my sink, and it caused more damage to my floor than I had realized. It now sinks down.

NEVER EVER FINANCE THROUGH CULLIGAN!!! I swear if you do you will definitely regret it! They are the most unorganized place to finance through we have information coming to us from Aqua Finance, DOXO, Culligan Finance, Connexus and this is to finance a measly two grand. It is on our credit report every time they sell our loan to another revolving credit card financial company. And every time we get a bill it says its going up $10 even even though we are paying double our minimum payment. We are trying to pay it off and we cant with a debit card. This is a freaking SCAM! Culligan get your stuff together! I am fed up!Never again Culligan NEVER!
