Worst customer service. They closes at 6:30 and I was standing in line at 6:30 still he didn’t let me in. Everything was paid but he just denied as ‘we’re closed’ worst experience from them. I would never prefer this store.

Tasty water... better than Glacier water...

Nice service. Multiple water taps are available. Decent options for water container and stands. Water price is low compared to Safeway and Luckys.Many times i was not able to find parking right outside and had to carry heavy containers for few extra steps(they have trolleys though).

Friendly staff. Reasonable price for water. Wheel tables are provided to move water cans. Wheel chair access is available.

This is a good place for water. But the price per gallon continues to rise. It used to be 25 cents forever, like everywhere else. They made it 30 cents a gallon and attributed the hike on the drought in 2016. Less than two years later they now raised it to 35 cents, $1.75 for the 5gal jug. I might have to start shopping around because that is a drastic percentage increase over 2 years. Yeah, its a dime per gallon increae, but think about the % over time. Its a pretty sharp increase. If I find a cheaper option Ill take it. Buy the prepaid card for 150 gals, if you live nearby, is your best deal.

Maintained surroundings well.They have enough carts carry filled bottles.They have card system which only works in store, not on machines which I usually use on off hrs.Very small common parking in front of shop, usually have to park on the other side of the road and carrying a full bottle is a pain point.

They say return policy is there but they wont exchange it for damage bottle also so worst management. 5 gallon bottle price is too expensive. I dont suggest it .

Tasty water and friendly staff. Witness a person yell at the employee because they wanted a refund but refuse to return the water. That person said he left a Google review. Felt the need to justify a review for a review. (Btw, I am visiting from Socal, thought NorCal people are a little nicer)

Word of advice to management. you just lost a customer that has been with you for 4 years. Today July 30 I came to your store and there was this teen guy named D..... First of he was having a long conversation with his friend, when I said my name he looked over the card and replied your card is not here. Initially I thought he lost it but i remember there was 5 gallons left on it so i requested him to look over. He then said the name does not match. I wrote my full name and showed him my ID. He still stuck to his guns that the name wont match and was asking stupid questions like is it my friends card etc. Finally I asked him to show me the card and it was mine. His Rationale was the spelling is not matching Suren to him looked like Suran. My guess is that he has been smoking something..his attitude was confrontational and he refused to resolve the situation and was picking fight... this is not a professional way to run a business... MANAGEMENT PLS. TAKE NOTE
