They had a bunch of cars that look nice but when I took them to get checked out they were lemons over 2000 dollars in basic maintenance needed high mileage waste of my time

I looked at several cars based solely on their looks and the staff was quick to point out all the negatives, steering me to what would be ideal for my commute and work travels

He really seemed to take the time and patience with me & my family. We appreciated that very much. We felt he was very kind with us and, again, quite generous with his time. Also, he seemed dedicated to the customers needs. Additionally, he seemed like a very warm and thoughtful person. Just an all around pleasant person to deal with as well as seemed quite professional. We just really enjoyed our experience with MAEN.

Went to see a car that was perfect with no damages and then got to see it checked by a mechanic. Dealer was hiding thousands of dollars in service repairs that needed to be done and was asking way too much for the car.

Me and my dad came here one day and asked about financing a car for me and they helped us out and told us to try to get a loan at our bank first and if they didn’t approve us that we should call them and they will go to the bank they use and get us approved. Helpful at first, right? We didn’t get approved at our bank so we called them to help us get approved with their bank and they seemed uninterested in helping us and instantly saying no sorry we were not approved. We tried again and again and I really needed a car so I started looking elsewhere and it was a hassle. My dad decided we should increase the down payment and he called and texted Blue Eagle motors to let them know. But another dealer got back to us very quick and helped us out and got us a car finally. Blue Eagle was late and started calling us over and over and pestering us and texting us when my dad finally told them we’re not interested in their car anymore. The guy (didn’t get his name) got angry and unprofessional and yelled at my dad and tried to say they put in all this effort for us just for nothing and acted like an immature child having a tantrum.They could’ve said something along the lines of “Understandable. Have a great day, and we’ll be here in the future in case you need it”But they had a full in tantrum and yelled at my dad even though they were the ones uninterested in helping us until we increased our down payment a little.I don’t feel welcome here again.

I took my mom here on a whim. She was desperate and needed a car. We brought a 2007 liberty jeep with low miles. MAEN was attentive and handle our questions and concern. He work out an amazing deal for my mom. Need I add that my moms old school and she understand there’s sale taxes and a lot of people get confused about that and Maen explained it well and work out payment plan. Sales manager rude. States out the door cash price then when I called to come back buy the car he tells me 500 more than the amount and starts saying having to charge me extra for tax and fees and when he said any dealership charges you for those things and when he told me if I can prove it he started yelling at the other dealership person over the phone . Very rude .unfriendly. Most cars have damages.

I just purchased a car from Blue Eagle in Fremont and they were great. Their prices were very reasonable. They were easy going and let me make my own decision. They never tried to pressure me into anything and gave me information about what they had in stock that would fit my needs. They were happy to shuffle cars around for me to test drive different vehicles and had advice on how to work with my bank to arrange payment. When I noticed a nail in the tire the next day I called them and they immediately offered to pay for the repair costs even though they technically did not have to.

Went in about 40 minutes before closing, there was another customer in purchasing a vehicle. They stayed open and even brought out a vehicle we went to look at. Allowed us to look over the vehicle and take it out for a test drive. The cash price was pretty reasonable, we put down payment to hold the vehicle. In a few days when we have the cash available we will return for the vehicle.

This place is not all its cracked up to be. Was looking at a Infiniti they had, pictures on website is nothing compared to in person. Extremely disappointed, felt like I was at a junkyard. This is a great place to go if you need an afforbale used car and have the cash to use on it. They are fair, and can work with you a bit provided whatever you have leaves less than $1000 in remaining balance. All of these vehicles are accredited on CarFax (huge plus). This is probably one of the few dealerships around you can reliably find decent cars in the two thousand to six thousand range.

I am here to Blue Eagle Motors for the second time because I was very happy with my first car I purchased from here its a 2010 fully loaded Nissan Altima V6. The owner Mofeed Aotfa gave me a great deal on the car and I was 100% satisfied with the car. Now I am here to buy a second car because I know for sure they are going to take care of my needs very well and I get 100% attention and they treat me very well. Maen is one of the best car salesman in the business. He honestly cares about the customer and if there are any problems will work with you to resolve any in an efficient manner. When you have decided on one, he covers the ins and outs of how the car functions and takes a hands on approach on helping you understand the sales process. Please please beware of these people! They sold me a very bad car, got 1.5 hours away, check engine light comes on, then problem after problem has occurred since then, including radiator, exhaust, wheel, and engine issues. The 4500 I paid for the vehicle went for nothing as I no longer can drive it. I worked so hard to afford a car after years of not having one; they knew I came far for it and paid a lot and still had no shame in ripping me off. They lied to DMV about what they sold the vehicle for so they wouldn’t have to pay as much and charged me 500 for taxes and pocketed the money! Please watch out! I have a feeling that they leave false reviews which a lot of companies do now! These people are shady! If you are choosing a car from them, make sure you do your own math cause they have no problem adding on random taxes...

My wife and I went today (1/19/19) around 3ish, we were greeted by a not so friendly salesman, I started the conversation being honest about our not so great credit score, the sales person immediately cut me off by saying they dont work with clients with fair credit, he told me to go somewhere else and pointed me to the dealership next door, he didn’t even let me say that I had a hefty downpayment that would of paid more than half of the vehicle we wanted to get (Toyota prius listed on their website for 9k) I am sure another dealer will be happy to work with our 5k down payment despite our not so great credit score! If i could give this 0 stars I would.
