It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Premier Subaru of Fremont. My appointment was scheduled for 730am and were open right on time. My vehicle was checked in and planned to wait. By 915 am I received a text stating my vehicle maintenance was completed and ready to be picked up. My service writer Isaac was very courteous and professional.

I had to bring my car in for a clutch replacement and was assisted by Thomas. My first one getting service done here and it was a very pleasant experience considering the job that had to be done. Thomas was communicating all concerns as well as warranty issues and did everything he could to help me out when warranty denied the job, that was a set back but he made it a great experience non the less. Thank you Thomas for you excellent customer service and for getting my car in as quickly as you did, now that I have it back it runs like new!! Great work!

My Service Advisor was pleasant, professional and gracious. I had given him the postcard that detailed the special offer of an oil change (synthetic oil). He reviewed that this would include a car wash, at which point I indicated the offer includes vacuuming along with the car wash. I pointed this out on the offer. He asked if I needed a ride. I didn’t but appreciated the offer. My Service Advisor text me within the next 15 minutes confirming the details of the service and mentioning I could email him at any time. I received an update later and picked up my car several hours later, I declined the additional suggested service at this time. However, as soon as I got home, I checked and no vacuuming was done. I checked the front, back, and trunk. I was very disappointed that an otherwise great service was diminished by this service not being done as listed on the offer. I then went ahead and had hubby vacuum the interior thoroughly while I cleaned. However the car wash was thorough. I would still recommend my Service Advisor to others as well as Subaru Fremont.

This is a review of the service advisor and not the actual service performed. I recently had to have service on my vehicle. I was called and told that the initial quote needed to be adjusted to reflect the addition work. OK - I understand. Please send me the revised quote (text, email, etc). I called 4 times and texted the service advisor over the course of the next day and a half. No response at all. I know he received the calls but he simply ignored them. I left a message for Jason the service manager. No response. I finally drove down to the dealership and after a 30 minute wait spoke to Jason. He was very professional and apologetic but the excuse was are busy doesnt hold much water. You werent too busy to collect my $1700. The service advisor didnt even apologize or even acknowledge what he did was not acceptable. Perhaps he didnt understand customer service. I dont know. To the owners of Premier Subi - why should I bring my car to you in the future? Why should I buy a car from you (something that I am going to do next year) Please dont tell me you are going to to better because you didnt.

First of all its really easy to schedule service at Premier Subaru of Fremont. When I reached there, I was welcomed and I did not have to wait for my turn. Everything was quick and I was told a time when the car would be ready for pickup. And it was ready. I was also able to use the Lyft ride (by Premier Subaru) which made it even more convenient for me to drop and pick the car. Very happy with the service!

Everyone, from the service manager through all the service reps, technicians and cashiers, is very knowledgeable, helpful and always nice. I purchased my 2018 Subaru Forester in 2018 from Premier Subaru of Fremont and have been VERY happy with the vehicle as well as the service department. During the pandemic they have picked up, serviced and returned my car. Everyone Ive talked with and/or met at Subaru has been very nice to deal with and my car is always returned washed/clean. They are also honest. While my car was under the 3 year warranty they discovered a shock was leaking and they replaced it. Other less honest dealers may have let it go until out of warranty and charged me. Communication is excellent. I couldnt be happier. Im a loyal customer. FYI, Im a senior citizen and appreciate that I am treated with respect.

My Forester had a battery issue. It’s still under warranty. Premier gave me a brand new battery and identified a defective part in the driver side window. They ordered the part and will do the replacement. This is my very first time with the Premier service dept. Above and beyond, efficient, and professional. I’m impressed. recommend!

Very positive experience overall. I leased a new vehicle at the time of chip shortage. Unlike other dealers they didnt put a mark-up on their prices. Richard was very helpful during the process and helped me make a good choice. Kevin on the finance side helped me get a good deal and provided valuable information on financing.

Dan Fuller, at Premier Subaru of Fremont, was the sales person with whom I worked. I initially contacted Premier Subaru via email after having seen a vehicle I was interested in on their website. Dan responded to my email within a few minutes, via a phone call. He was professional and helpful, without being the least bit pushy or intrusive. He sent me information on the vehicle and an online price quote. The quote looked appealing, so I met with Dan at Premier Subaru the following day.  Again, Dan was helpful and responsive, yet not pushy at all. It happened to be Memorial Day, however, so it was quite crowded and business was booming, yet Dan was patient with my questions regarding the car, and never made me feel rushed to complete the deal. Dan gave me the best price I could find for the exact car I was looking for, so I did want to secure the sale, yet because of the number of sales happening that day,  it would have been about a two hour wait to have my paperwork processed. I had previously expressed a concern that I was anxious to get on the road because, being Memorial Day afternoon, traffic was building and I had nearly a 2 hour drive ahead of me.  Therefore, Dan went above and beyond expectations, and offered to let me head on home, leaving a deposit on the vehicle and paperwork partially complete, and he would deliver the car to my house the following day and finalize the paperwork. This solved a couple of my dilemmas: avoiding the annoyance of traffic, and figuring out how I would arrange to get the car to my house. I truly appreciate the extra work Dan took on to make sure that my car buying experience was as successful and painless for me as possible! I would definitely recommend working with Dan Fuller at Premier Subaru of Fremont.

Buying my 2021 Subaru Outback Onyx Edition XT at Premier Subaru was just about the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth games between the salesperson and manager as I’ve experienced in the past. An offer was made for my trade in and the price of the new car with discount was set and no further negotiations were needed. The salesmen I worked with were outstanding. Shout-outs to both Ryan Chan and Jose Castro for being very personable and patient. Financing with Blanca also went very smoothly and quickly. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and that’s coming from a person who dreads the car buying process!

I recently required service with my vehicle, in which it needed to be towed in. I had a service appointment scheduled for 10AM, but the 3rd party tow truck ended up taking almost 3 hours.They were able to move the appointment to noon of the same day to accommodate.

I believe you can judge a great deal about a dealership by their service department AFTER the sale. I can honestly say this service department is the best I have ever dealt with to include Mercedes. They took my car for a recall provide d not only impeccable service they cleaned it after they finished. This is my second time with a recall and the difference between this dealership and my previous one is night and day. They have my business always to include my next car sale. They dont leave you hanging after purchase they stand by their sales. The service I have reviewed here is exceptional. I cant say enough about how much I appreciate it.

Sti Subaru went in for a rattle and tire noise and oil service. The noise turned to be a severe toe out misaligned and a bolt being loose. When I asked for the specs on the front alignment, the specialist said it was fixed? The oil change and tire rotation was fine. But my car was returned dirty. After I was told had being hand washed; had to convince the agent to take another look. A concern of my I reason, should I trust that front alignment was done appropriately?

The team at Fremont Subaru was awesome! From the moment I called them last week to inquire about my needed car servicing, they were super informative, patient and most importantly helpful! When I got to the service department of the dealership, Isaac was my service advisor. He was very polite, listened to my needs added an additional service I requested for and made sure I was aware of the pricing quote. My car was done in 3 hours which was great! Got to pick it up before heavy freeway traffic began. One thing I would give feedback on is the car wash, it wasn’t detailed well. I’ve received better carwash:detailing service at other dealerships. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and that’s why I continue to go to Fremont Premier Subaru.

Do not give them your number or email. They will not stop calling even though I told them I bought a car. The in person rep at the dealer sends your info off to a dispatcher and called when I was with the rep at the store! And now, they call, email, and try to weasel you into recommending their business to anyone I knew! Stay clear.

It was a great experience coming to this dealership. Fast and very inviting people when pulled up to the dealership. I’ve met Chris and Sid. Both service advisor were very helpful when I brought my 2019 Subaru Ascent in for a wind noise coming from my sun roof area. They were able to verify the complaint right away. They kept my car for two weeks. They ordered the wrong parts, or the wrong parts were delivered, not sure which one because there was no transparency here, but it caused a delayed service. I had to keep calling to get updates myself because they werent sending me regular updates. When it was finally ready to be picked up, they said they had no time to wash and vacuum the car like they said they would. It was so dirty when I picked it up. They also had shuffled through my glove compartment. I had left it locked when I dropped off the car and when I got it back it was unlocked and my documents and personal items were scrambled around. Not sure what they were looking for but that made me very uncomfortable. The service cost me and arm and a leg and I was without my car for a long time due to them having to reorder parts. Overall a horrible experience. I hope to never have to go back there again.

Jeffrey L was helpful got an Outback XT Touring today. Very nice guy and fun to negotiate with. Negotiations is an art but at the end they will try to work things out. The Outback is a very good car no matter what trim they all have the safety you need. If the car you want is not there just be patient it will get delivered. This dealership overall has been very nice and treat customer with professionalism. I go here for services and to get new cars when its time. Of course do your research that will at least get you into the right path.

I came in due to a front strut mount issue that was causing strange creaking noises and felt like my suspension was shot. Thomas was amazing from start to finish and was very attentive via text, phone, and email to keep me updated on the service. Despite the delays on parts, I felt like my car was in good hands. I finally got my car back, and no more creaking sounds! They also cleaned the car (I noticed because it was pretty filthy when i dropped it off). Exceptional service from Thomas and the repair team!

The best customer service hands down. I took my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in for a scheduled oil change. I was informed by my service advisor Jay Pajela they where experiencing technical difficulties. There Compressor stopped working. So it’s going to take a little longer than expected. I was fine with that.After my vehicle was finished Jay informed me that since the wait was slightly longer than expected. That the oil change was free. I sure didn’t expect that and I was willing to pay. I know things happen that are just out of there hands. I was grateful he offered that. I will never forget it. I will be a customer for life.

I looked online for a certified preowned Subi. I saw the one I wanted. Called. And right away the Manager, Emol was very professional. I informed him I have a newborn and did not want to spend all day at the dealership. He understood and offered to have the Subi be brought to me and have his Sales Rep drive my Trade-In vehicle back to the dealership. I was surprised and already sold. Emol then had his Sale Rep Josè contact me and took down my all my information. I was pre approved for a loan through my credit union and told them that’s how I wanted to make my purchase. After Jośe took all of my information, the Finance Manager, George contacted me about warranty. He hooked me up with a great price. And within minutes my paperwork was already being processed. That same night Jośe drove my Subaru to my place and had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. A few minutes of signing paperwork and friendly conversation and the keys were handed over to me. And that’s not all! This is the first time I’ve ever bought a vehicle from a dealership on my own. Buying a car can be a terrifying experience. I’m sure we have all had parents making us kids wait all day at the dealership, bargaining, arguing, and signing paperwork. But NOT TODAY! Premier Subaru made my experience incredible and stress free. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Staff is amazing and know what they are doing. Thank you very much Premier Subaru! Premier Subaru of Fremont is terrific. I had only owned my 2018 Forester for just under three years when the windshield developed a crack. There was no sign of impact. Subaru of Fremont took photos and sent them to the warranty department. They determined it was indeed a warranty issue. They picked up my Forester and returned it the same day with a new windshield. Ive always been treated very well whenever Ive brought my car in for servicing. Everyone is professional, friendly and hard working. Special thanks to Thomas Heng, the service manager, for taking such good care of me and my Forester.

I just recently purchased a used 2015 Outback and figured it was a good idea to have Premier Subaru of Fremont assess the vehicle. Dylan from the service department attended me and listened attentively to my needs. I pretty much thought that the vehicle diagnosis would result in an oil and/or filter change but unfortunately that was not the case. Turns out that there were multiple issues and Dylan took his time explaining each one. But one issue in particular was a transmission leak in an area where the whole transmission had to be replaced. The repair was going to cost $13k. Needless to say, I was in shock but fortunately Dylan found out that the warranty was still good and able to cover the entire cost. So I ended with a brand new transmission for free. The diagnosis included photos of each issue so it was quite self evident which helped me make my decisions easier. The service dept provided me with a nice loaner car while my car was being serviced. I’m pretty sure that I would not have had the same result if went to another auto shop. I was very appreciative of their help and service. Dylan was awesome and I would like to thank Premier Subaru of Fremont for everything. They have gained one satisfied customer.

My key was getting stuck in the ignition, intermittently, since the past couple of years. I dropped it off at Fremont Subaru but they couldn’t reproduce the issue back then. Recently it was getting worse and when I went in to get it checked and they fixed it free of cost despite my warranty being expired (since they were able to look up that I complained well before my warranty expired). Their top priority is keeping the customer happy. And a shout-out to my service advisor, Isaac Otoya, for taking care of my concern and keeping me posted of all the updates.

Avoid the sales staff at this dealership. They are absolute definition of crooks. They lie straight to your face and admit that they lied to you with a straight face. They lie to you on the phone that they cant reserve a car on the phone, you have to drive to the dealership to reserve a car so that they can sell you a bunch of add ons.Go to some other dealership, this is not worth your time.

Went with my 2020 outback, 7,000 miles. Had to have it towed in, battery died 3times, 3rd time won’t even take a jump start. Turns out since 2016 Subaru batteries are defective. Had to wait a few hours, replaced with sadly another Subaru battery. Service department is ok-good, disappointed in Subaru

My wife wanted a very specific 2020 outback, the LTD XT in Magnatite Gray Metallic with black leather interior. 4 dealers couldntchelp us, but Ryan at Premier located one on the East Coast and had it shipped in by rail with no money down. He estimated it would arrive by 7/20, and drove it fully detailed to Teresa today the 16th, where we paid by personal check. Teresa loves the car - it is luxurious, comfortable, quick (260 BHO and 276 footlb of torque), handles well in 18 tires with AWD, has an amazing amount of storage space, and getts good gas mileage. On the 20th Premiers tech whiz is driving to usvin Mountain View to give Tess a tutorial on the huge grsphic screen and all the safety features. Talk about a full service dealership! Highly recommended!

I left my car there for 4 hours for an oild change. I dont knownif they performed the seribice because sticker was not chaged and I was not charged. What a ridiculous service. Had to call 3 times to finally get an ok and then service rep was not there and the other rep had no idea what was done. Horrible service. Wanted over $2000 for maintenance

I love premier Subaru of Fremont. Excellent customer service. Actually what I appreciate the most is that during the worst of the pandemic (and maybe now) they offer free pickup and delivery of cars being serviced. No Covid risk to me. I had my second Pfizer shot in February so I was happy to drive myself in for service today. Excellent communication and free Lyft rides when my service took too much time to wait. Thank you Premier Subaru.

Had my Forester maintenance here. Perfect service, use Lyft to give you the shuttle. When I asked a car wash, they even do the interior cleaning!! Never had that experience in any other dealership.
