This AmPm is wack. Seems like they dont have coffee after 8am. If you want coffee dont come her. I even ask the lady why is there no coffee and she says I need to come earlier when they make. Its a 24/7 ampm. Arent you gonna cater to all hours or just when you feel like it. DONT COME FOR COFFEE

Jolie & NickEmployees like these two, are what cause reoccurring business.This place employees winners with can do attitudes.Other AMPMs in the area, should probably model their hiring around the parameters that this owner does.Around 5pm on 02/14/2018I went into this AMPM for flowers yesterday. I walk in, grab the last remaining bouquet, and proceed to drip water all over the floor. It looked like I emptied the bucket. I heard I hear that! to which I responded, Kind of hard not too huh?, the employee smiles and immediately goes to get a mop. I smile and ask if I may clean the mess myself, to which she responds thats ok! I work here, Ill clean it for you, I asked if she was sure, to which she smiled and said thats alright, Im glad to clean it up. I let her know I appreciated that and asked her name. I thanked her again. This happened in less than 60 seconds. Jolie is a valuable employee.To the owner of this AMPM, I hope you realize how valuable this employee is. An attitude like Jolie has, will take her to greater jobs, quickly. Id invest in her, heavily.Theres more!So Im standing at the register. I buy the flowers. Realize theres only one flower still alive. Heres the conversation after I had already paid:Me: Theres only one flower still alive manHim: Would you like me to get you new flowers?Me: No way! you dont any more flowers in back!Him: Nah, we dontMe: Well, could you help me out bro?Him: How can I help?Me: You can throw the rest of these flowers away, after I take the one thats still alive, thatd be awesome.Him: You know what, Id be glad to, Im going to refund these flowers as well.Me: No wayHim:Yes, of course, theyre all dead anyway and you only want the one, so we couldnt do that to you.Me: Whats your name?Him:NickTo the owner:This is next level customer service. I didnt ask for anything other than to have the dead flowers thrown away. Nick went beyond what a normal employee would do. He identified a customer; with what seemed to be an issue; provided a solution in a quickly and efficient manner, then executed to his fullest ability. Nick could be a customer service rep, that kind of can do attitude will take him far. I would consider investing in Nick, just as heavily as Jolie.
