Sales lady was very nice . I would like to see more choices in the$100 to $150 price range

Oh boy my experiences in the last month. With multiple trips trying to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring. The feeling of utter defeat after a couple trips then happiness when we finally found not one but two! Fast forward to getting married and I now send my three rings in to get soldered. They call and we go to pick them up. Well two of my rings were there and my third was missing. Let me tell ya. Kelly the manager is amazing. She hustled to find us matching rings. She personally drove my ring an hour away to finish getting it soldered. I never once got mad. I get things happen. But she did everything to make all things correct. Very happy with our up and down experiences. And very happy with the way they handled everything!

The staff at this location is so great! I had just gotten a brand new wedding ring & 2 weeks later it was stolen out of my gym bag in my hometown. Not only did this Kays location help me find an identical ring, but they helped guide me through the entire financial process and they kept me posted on EVERYTHING! Kelli was AMAZING! I can’t thank them enough for helping me out!

Kay jewlers in fremont ohio is the best, we drive 45 min to go to that location, and there is a kay 5 min from my house in toledo, the staff @ the fremont location go out of their way to make sure we are happy with our purchase, give us plenty of options!! Thank you kay in fremont...leo wedding ring!!! Leo band!!! And a mens wedding ring!! More to come!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Never Dissapionted leaving there.

The repairs done by there shop is terrible, one ring sent back 3 times, and earrings sent back twice and now they cant find them, second ring was so messed up ended taking to a specialty jeweler to save it from damage done by there incompetent repair department.

Always friendly service! Used to go to Findlay, but they were terrible! I will always go to the Fremont location from now on!!
