I always go in to buy one thing I need. And I always find things I need and forgot about. Prices are mostly fair. But I come out with more than I intended. Its fun to find some unique things to bring home and share.

Everywhere i went I was told sorry that sectional isnt in stock. Walked into big lots not knowing if id find anything and 15 mins later had a sectional and recliner. Awesome!

I like this Big Lots its big and nice and clean I will be going again

I rarely shop here anymore. There prices seem to be just as expensive as everyone elses.

Ive always liked to shop at Big Lots. Very rarely have Ive went in to browse around not found something useful to take home. Recently we were in the market for an Ottoman. We previously bought one from Lay-Z Boy that cost over $500. It was a good one with storage. My wife likes to keep a pillow and blanket inside for quick naps. It lasted for quite a while until it became chewing fodder for a new dog we adopted; so we have been looking a while.My wifes brother just bought one from Big Lots that looked quite similar to our old one, so we decided to check them out. We found one that was a near match to our old one, it was made by Simmons and better yet is was only $200. Needless to say we now are new owners of said Ottoman. Now that our new dogs has been around for awhile and has learned the rules of the house, (he was previously quite abused) he and the Ottoman are now sharing the the space amaciablly.This Ottoman is from a trusted furniture manufacturer of good quality products and left plenty of extra cash for other things that the dog can chew on besides our furniture.

As we walked through the door, the associates at the registers just gave us death stares and didnt say a word. As soon as we got to the furniture department, one of those associates appeared out of nowhere asking if we need help with anything. Store was clean but didnt have what we were looking for.

Like this store alot, always kept clean and inviting. All associates Ive dealt with are extremely helpful.

It was awful. Their check out is so cramped, you can’t fit a cart through. People are running into each other, social distancing is not obtainable. It was ridiculous. There is no concern for public or employee health at the checkout lanes for this store.

Wonderful place to get items you need

Big lots is a great store full of great deals, you can get nearly anything there. You have to frequent the store to see how good they are. I have found lots of good deals on stuff that I couldnt find at other stores. Give it a try and youll see but remember the more you go the more you see it for the store that it is.

Big lots always has the nicest people and items. Their home section is awesome and they always have unique items to look at and make your home unique. They have unique food products at a great price and their clearance is no match for any other store.

This store is what youd expect out of a Big Lots. Every time Ive been there, the staff have been friendly and checkout is quick and easy. The selection is always a little interesting. The prices on some things cant be beat, while on others it may be better to look elsewhere. I find that I mostly go when I need something to do, and not really when I actually need something.

Very clean and organized store. Sales associates were very helpful and made suggestions. Parking was easy in and out. Although the parking lot you had to dodge the potholes.

Its a nice store they have built a new one the only complaint I would have is once again no wheelchairs to get around electric or regular and I cant walk the store or I would shop here all the time

Wide aisles with bright lighting, good inventory, great service. Much improved store compared to the old stores.

This store is awesome very big and clean and no problem finding anything all that work there go out of there way to help u and welcome u to their store and every time i am close to their store i will make sure to shop there.

I am surprised at the quality of their furniture. Plus my wife can always find something unique at this store. We love to go every few months.

There not enough i can say about this store. The customer service is amazing. The store and restrooms are always clean. The managers from store manager down to his support managers are so helpful and take time with you. I have bought some furniture from here and they have gone out of there way if it was out of stock here to go to Tiffin, Sandusky and Norwalk to get what i needed. I believe John is the store manager Big Lots has a great manager here. He has trained his staff well. I go here first for things im looking for.
