Terrible customer service, difficult return processes, slow refund for terrible products

This company has a line of tech products that makes charging all my devices at once so easy. Super durable battery packs! They charge fast, die slow, and go everywhere with me. I cant get enough of this companys technology!

SO IVE BEEN TRYING TO USE A NEW WD EXTERNAL 10TB Mac OS JOURNALED FORMATED DRIVE WITH THIS 9-IN-1 HYPER DRIVE DONGLE. IVE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT ERROR MESSAGES COPYING FILES, CANT EJECT-UNMOUNT DRIVE, CANT MOUNT DRIVE, ETC. WHEN TRYING TO USE TIME MACHINE. TALKED TO WD AND APPLE, NO HELP. THEN C/S AT HYPERDRIVE - I WAS TOLD THE 9-IN-1 HAS DRIVE SIZE LIMITATIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH DRIVES OVER 2TB - SO THIS PRODUCT DOES ME NO GOOD AS EACH TIME I GET AN ERROR I LOOSE A BACKUP, DONT GET ONE, AND HAVE TO TURN OFF EVERYTING, UNPLUG EVERYTING AND REBOOT. So this item does me. no good. It should say on the pkg 2TB limit. Of course I am not past the return date.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a product from Sanho Corporation a.k.a. HyperShop that never worked as advertised. During the so-called returns process, I discovered that even if I sent the item back – on my own dime – there was no guarantee Id get anything back! Calling my credit card company now to dispute the charge.

Sanho Corporations Hyper products are by far the best out there. They have created some of the most efficient connectivity devices for my MacBook, and continue to improve them.

Ive been using HYPER products for years now, and I will say Ive never been disappointed! After using underperforming tech gadgets I can positively say that hyper takes great care with developing their products and has made my life so much easier.

I purchased the HyperDrive Kickstarter 7-in-2 a couple weeks ago and wow! What a lifesaver, it delivers where most other products cannot. The quality and production of my work hasn’t slowed down, thanks Hyper!

Stay away from HyperShop. I purchased a product from Sanho Corporation a.k.a. HyperShop through 9to5Mac and IndieGoGo campaign that i have never received. Customer support was a joke. The replies i am getting from them shows they couldnt care less.

I’ve followed all their Kickstarter campaigns and Hyper has consistently delivered with top quality and reliable products. My favorites are the HyperDrive and HyperCube because they make managing storage so much easier.

I’ve been backing their kickstarters and buying their products for years. High quality products that they stand behind!

Couldnt be more in love with their products! Their Hyper products are always very durable and increase my macbooks productivity.

Scammers.I backed them on Kickstarter and they never respond. Its been a year already. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY THEM.
