The staff is helpful and attentive but not overbearing. Sometimes I go in just to browse but always walk out with something new.If youre looking for retro products, this is the place to shop. In my experience, the staff is knowledgeable and if they dont know the answer, theyll find it.The very few times Ive ever had a problem with product from them, they quickly fixed the problem, either through repair or replacement.

The folks here are friendly and helpful. Ive been in a number of times and have never been steered wrong. I am a bit bummed that they dont carry Magic: The Gathering cards, but I do know WOTC is on their own program so Im not complaining.Thanks guys! Bout to install my new game 😊

Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Went in to buy a Disney Infinity portal for my kids. He took time to show me some of the more collectible pieces I should look out for. This is a great place for new and used even vintage and rare items collectors are looking for. Prices are fair. Definitely recommend for any gamer.

Always a great experience when I go there. They are extremely knowledgeable about anything with video games or consoles. I love the fact that they still sell older games for every platform. The extra merchandise apparel and other neat things really make this place stand out above the others. I will only buy games from this store because of the excellent customer service and quality of games.

Wow. Big, Clean store, with friendly staff and a huge selection of games. Purchased a Playstation 4 Slim 1TB and they did not overprice it. Cool arcade games and retro game selection.

Astouding service and great deals.The employees are always cheerful and exceptionally helpful at C & C, they always help me find what Im looking for and if its not in stock theyll ship it in for me.Ive been avidly collecting games for the original xbox for many years and C & C always has something great for me to add to my collection.I cant recommend C & C enough.

Some prices are good,some arent. Also spot on rewards are cool and when you walk in it feels more like a game store than some other stores because they sell retros game too. Oh and if you ever have questions to ask most of them know what theyre talking about because I see the same people there for years. Oh and trade in values are a lot better than Gamestop for most games.

They sold my husband a piece of junk system. My husband took it back and they couldnt figure out how to refund it! Finally I took it in, 3 days later, and they wanted to get an attitude and try and talk down to me like if they intimidated me, I would cave and keep the piece of junk! Once the lady who works there realized her nasty attitude wasnt working on me, she refunded the money back to my card. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if asked, I will refer people to this review!

Bought a new game. Was playing other games put in their game and it was defective. They claimed it was my system and they wouldnt let me do anything with it. Went to game stop n. They denied the claim in was my system. Gave me money back torwards the game n better service there

The kids always love stopping by thegame store and checking out the new games inside.We occasionally find a steal or two and only wish there were more.Seems to be a cut throat market as when we price used game console units they are almost the same price as new and this is quite the disappointment.If the prices are going to be that high I personally would just grab a new unit and then most likely from a larger box store who offers extended warranty plans.They have after market accessories as well as a few small toys and trinkets but not as many as the national name stores do.We visit a few times a year and almost always get a game or some sort of controller or extra.Its nice to have a store close by to help with those emergency stops because Lord knows a two day wait for an online order is a lifetime for kids these days.

All the one stars are employees for GameStop but to the main topic this place is a good place to get quality games but if your selling games do it in store credit they give a lot more in store credit then cash

C&c is the best game store in Ohio i traded in an xboxone game and gamestop was going to give me $10 but c&c gave me $30 i could have got $35 but a waited to long to trade in. everybody is very nice and polite. 10/10!

Some very knowledgeable employees there but the managers are not. They cant answer any questions and wouldnt take my hardware trade in for no reason. Hate to say it but just go to gamestop in fremont.

Ive gone to C&C for years. Its nice to have a local shop with owners that care about the customer, and to have a place to buy the classics in addition to the newer games.
