This is how they run a deli. The deli was in this shape while I waited for 15 minutes to even be helped. When I finally was asked what I wanted I asked for cheese. She was going to slice my cheese on the deli slicer pictured above. I asked her if she was really going to slice my cheese on that her reply was its fine the danger zone for food is between 40°-140 °. I asked for the deli or grocery manager, I waited for another 10 minutes for one to arrive. I asked her if this is normal practices and reminded her of the danger zone. Her reply was the slicers get wiped down every 4 hours. I asked her to temp the meat & cheese that was sitting out and her reply was I dont have to shop here. Thats the reason target is going down hill, If you cant even get management to care, why should you care to shop here.
