I visited this Sephora on May 1 2021 and wasnt able to submit a survey a few days later through their survey website so i decided to share my experience here. Jenny is amazing with makeup and just helpful with your visit in every way. She listened effectively to the skincare needs of my mom and I and made our experience all that better. What i love about Jenny is that she doesnt push products because of brand but based on your need and for that i greatly appreciate it! If you are in the area, stop by because Jenny is the best!

The lady’s are super rude there .... and they also don’t like to talk to the customers only there employees... the last time I was there I got yelled at from across the store from one of the employees telling me to put a sample back... I was not touching a sample I was grabbing the right shade of lip gloss I was going to buy. After she yelled at me she sent a manager over to tell me if I need a sample to ask for help .. I told the manager I wasn’t looking to try any samples I was just getting the right shade . The only person in the store that actually treated me right was the cashier... after getting yelled at I think I’m done shopping there, I hope those employees learn to teach customers better

In the wake of Corona things can be a bit harder to do, like shade match, but no trouble here. I went in to purchase products from a new beauty line today and Mia was very helpful in guiding me through the shades. She assured me of the return policy if it wasnt my shade making me feel more confident with my purchase. My shade was matched flawlessly so no need for that but the reassurance was nice. I loved my products so much, Im going back tomorrow to purchase the blush!

The customer service was bad. Came in 1/25/2021 at 6:30pm, I understand if she wanted to go home but it was very rude of her to make under the breath comments while spraying the perfumes for us. I asked if I could test one of the scent on my wrist, of course to see how long it would last before I make the purchase. She rudely told me that I cannot even though I asked her to spray it (I wouldnt touch the bottle), I guess I will go to other places like nordstroms, macy, and ulta to buy perfumes from now on. I wish they would get back to how it used to be before Covid-19. Made me walked out without getting what I wanted, hope she will fix her attitude.
