Went for anime shirts n hoodies on Saturday. Didnt find any hoodies only shirts. Shirts where awesome so extra star. Also they gave me store credit for spending 30+ so extra star.

I have not been to Baybrook since COVID-19 began, but after going today, I had a very pleasant experience. The line was long to get inside, but it was worth the wait. The store was not packed and the employees were very helpful and attentive.

I have been shopping here since I was a teenager. They always have a wide seection of things to choose from. The store is a little cluttered and always limited mobility. However, the staff is friendly, and the store is kept clean and organized.

Absolutely loved the selection. Store is bigger than the one where I live and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely will go back there when I am in the area.

Friendly staff, but were lacking on some of the shirts... They offered to order it online for me and shipped to my house, but I wanted the shirt right there and then, so I settled for another shirt they had in stock... Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Im going to keep this review short & sweet; my experience with the family in-store was crowded. Due to the holiday rush; clothing was in short supply, merchandise was scarcely on display & it was hit-or-miss due to demand. Customer service was really good & we were able to get what my son needed in a timely fashion.

We wanted to go inside to shop, but we had to wait outside because they werent letting many people inside. It seems they only had like 6 people inside. So we left.. Im not standing outside in line to spend my money. I go to a store that I dont have to work that hard for it.

Everyone was so helpful and they kept the store from being too crowded. Jerry was awesome!

They had BTS merchandise and clothes 💜😊😊 by merchandise i dont mean albums or stuff like that, i mean little BT21 toys, clothes and headbands

Hot topic used to be cool and fun, it was more of a emo store but now its more like a anime store or some kids merch. They never have great stuff to buy anymore

The staff at this location is always so nice! They check on you throughout your shopping to answer questions and help find sizes. My only gripe would be that the checkout takes some extra time but considering its COVID season, that is totally forgivable.

Good stuff in there but could easily cheat you out of your money. Shirt is too small but cant try it on, choker not big enough but probably wont take it back because reasons. There are good things in there but I think Id trust Spencers more.

I went there for H2Ocean and online it is $10 and at the store according to my receipt was $16.50. The lady said its BOGO for $5. I was thinking I would pay $15 ish. But they charged $16.50 each with 5.00 off both. Doesnt make sense

It was okay but unfortunately the item I went there for is no longer in stock. If youre a little bit crafty in making jewelry though you can make some really nice stuff from there as is section of jewelry. Its usually pieces that have had apart stolen off of it or gotten hooked on somebodys clothes or maybe some little kid pulled it off. But if you put together two or three of any kind of them you can usually get a complete set and have plenty of leftovers to get creative with

If your into anime and music artists, your in luck! This is a great place for looking at those types of things as well as crystal jewelry, headphones, and other side items/collectables.

Its a really tight place, but so are most other hot topics, but its not a bad place. If you have a question they have always been able to answer mine. They will help you with whatever you need.

They are far too obsessive over covid procedures and you can hardly get into the store at all. If you misunderstand that you cant come in even if there are no one ahead of you in line when you walk up they yell at you.

It was pretty organized and they allow tio use the dressing rooms to try on t shirts.

Grew up coming here. Crazy to see how much it had changed, but I still thoroughly enjoy coming here. They carry some of the best hair dyes and nail polishes. Also, they have a great t-shirt selection.

They are well stocked, the store is spacious, and everything is kept organized and clean. The staff is helpful, but not pushy, and the service is friendly and quick. The prices are also fairly reasonable, and their clothing tends to be quite comfortable, with a good range of sizes available.

I love hot topic a lot, its generally a very good store for people who are alt, or just geeks. Wish they had more hufflepuff merch, but what can you do?

If you are looking for a place that have disney and marvel products this is the one you can find clothes, bags, decorations, games, mugs, Keychains, and much more I love this store because they are an authorized store to sale original disney items, it might be small but if you visit website you can find a lot of things that maybe they dont have physically at store. If you are a real fan of disney, star wars, Harry Potter then this is the store for you to go and buy all kind of ideas you love. I might even say I have lost count of how many times I been there and bought items lol.

Hot topic is never a bad visit. But every time I go in there, I think about what it used to be. Its still a great store with great merchandise. The place is always clean and the staff helpful and nice. Its just me, but I miss the way the store was like 20 years ago. Still find some unique items there so thats a good thing.

I travel a lot for work, and one of the stores I constantly seek out is Hot Topic. Of all the Hot Topic locations Ive been to, this is definitely in the top three. The store is very organized and clean, their selection is huge, the employees were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, and it just had an overall good vibe. If I visit this area again, Ill definitely go back.

Use to get tees here all the time but the quality of the material is poor.They have changed so much, it is now like a store for tweenagers, like 12 and under.Band tee selection suck as 90% are pop or very very old bands.Will not shop here anymore.Get your tees direct from your favorite band websites and you will get way better quality.

Went to buy a couple of shirts for my granddaughter for school. Its a little tight in there. Not much space to move around. Im using a walker cause Im handicap so its hard to walk. Nice people

Very friendly and open place

This place is run by youngins, but is usually good. It would be nice to see them expand. It is typically crowded, but the young lady that was there this last time was a boss. I mean she managed her team well. It was a few weeks ago but I remember her getting into one of the staff, telling them to go ahead and clock in to help and stop standing around talking. I thought that was awesome. She seemed young but she definitely shows leadership. They were drowning at the register and she told them to get in and help. No fuss, the employee did just that.
