Big variety! Really helpful and nice customer service. These people honestly need a raise! They were so understanding and helpful towards helping me find my dream costume!

The kids had fun with the mechanical robotic displays. Actual costumes seemed expensive.

The only thing is that I noticed that they dont have to many o any plus sizes customs, I dont know if was because the day that went (10/23) or what, I saw that most of the customs that are large says the size between 12-14 or the x-large 14-16, Im usually large with any shirt but for pants or the bottom I know for sure I wont fit so thats why I was looking for plus size, and was really hard to find one.

Kind of pricey. Lots of choices for adults and kids. Doesnt have any big people sizes tho

People walk around here with no masks on and no store personnel says anything. I dont think this is a safe place to bring your kid.

Make sure you read the return or exchange policy.The cashier at the front informed me very rudely “I don’t know what to tell you...you can either exchange it or keep it”.I’ve always had a good experience until now...customer service is DEFINITELY lacking.Just a little compassion? Like mam I’m sorry you are past the refund deadline. Or something along those lines?

Some things look too cheap for too high of a price. I love some of the stuff. Too much Hocus-Pocus, I like the show but it isnt the only Halloween show out there. I went on the second day the store was open and there was only one of an item and it was messed up. I do love the Halloween magnets.

Dont come here with your family. The lazy teenage/college age staff wont let your little girl use their restroom. How unfriendly! First I was told a lie (that it was it of order) then corrected that THEY JUST DONT WANT TO CLEAN IT! Well, Ill take my business elsewhere, somewhere that theyll let an obviously desperate little girl use the restroom(who was excited to pick out her outfit)!!No excuse for that, especially in a family orientated business. How disappointing. We wont be back next year OR ANY year after this one!!
