I was last minute looking for somewhere to have my nieces backpack and lunch book embroidered with her name and I was lead to this place since everywhere else seemed to be closed on the weekend. I went there one day asking about something, and I kind of didn’t feel like the guy gave me the best reception, but I went back the next day with the item I wanted done. He was receptive, polite (asked how my day was going), and even completed my order right then, when I thought I would have to wait a day. It looked nice and due to his politeness, I ended up tipping the guy. So, sometimes first encounters are lasting, and sometimes they just need an eraser. Ill most likely go back to get something else done.

Peter did an excellent job on my project. I knew that embroidery on leather might be a challenge and he warned me of all the pitfalls before proceeding. The product was excellent, fast, and fairly priced!!

Ive searched all over trying to find a embroidery company. I found the embroidery hut here in Baybrook Mall and they saved the day. My niece will be so happy with her backpack for the first day of school. Absolutely love the results!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Went to Embroidery Hut based off of their reviews to have 10 shirts embroidered with our company logo. The gentleman that I dropped the shirts off with was nice and made sure I was happy with the logo, and told me I could pick the shirts up the following day. Arrived at the mall at 10 a.m. the following day and had to wait almost an hour for them to open. The logo stitched on the shirts was not only terrible with crooked letters, but did not match the image that I approved. The gentleman there at this time not only argued with me that they looked good, but that this is embroidery and this is how it turns out, that I shouldn’t expect the embroidery on the shirt to match the image that I approved. I even grabbed an innocent bystander and asked their opinion and they had the same response that I did, that the shirts were terrible and did not match the approved image. The attendant refused to give me a refund even though I will have to take the shirts somewhere else and have a patch printed and sewn on to cover up their terrible work. I am so disappointed and afraid that the shirts may be unsalvageable. I have filed a complaint with mall management. I have never felt so unfairly treated and do not recommend this company.

Stopped by to see if they could do a company logo on baseball caps for us and within 15 minutes it was done beautifully by Peter. We will be coming back with large orders from ball caps to golf shirts!Thank you again Peter.

The best and fastest place to get your items embroider, it took me only a while to get my business shirt and hat embroider. The owner is so respectful and helpful. He has digitized my business logo cheaper than any other place that I have got quotes from, he was so professional knew what he does. Simply I suggest this place to everyone.
