The manager, Nick, is wonderful! He is extremely patient, kind, helpful, and courteous. I tried on numerous pairs and spent about 30 minutes deciding which pair to choose. Nick answered and addressed every concern I had regarding brands and style. After purchasing the sunglasses I chose, he thoroughly cleaned them and shaped them to the fit I preferred. He made sure I left his store happy and satisfied with my purchase. I have returned to the store to purchase a new pair since my original purchase and Nick treated me with the same excellent customer service. If I ever need another pair or a fit adjustment I will only choose Apex because of Nick.

Ended up walking I before those store close to look for a few accessories and ended up meeting Nick. He encouraged me to take my time and helped me find an awesome pair of sunglasses in completely satisfied with!

Let me start off by stating that Nick (the store manager) was sooo helpful and polite. Truly delivered great customer service AND gave us a $50 discount for the Tory Burch glasses we purchased. Sweet!!!I recommend this store for the selection of glasses it has. But more importantly, for the customer service. Because like any business, aside from a quality product, customer service is just as imperative for a customer to return and purchase again in the future.

Dropped by a few days ago with a buddy and we both got some new shades. The manager Nicholas, was very helpful and let us try on a ton, and even helped us save a bit so we could both get a pair. Very helpful! He was the deciding factor on my final choice of the costas and I couldnt be happier. Recommended!

I have never been a person to buy expensive glasses, I happen to go into apex sunglass hut with my daughter because she wanted to look. Well I thought I was there to look too. Ive always had problems with glasses cause I have a big head (size 8 in hats) and my eye lashes always hit the lenses, well Nick was there for the rescue he literal spent an hour letting try on glasses he thought would best fit, load and behold he found me the perfect pair, He is one of the most patient and nicest people out there.
