Blinds were installed last week and we LOVE them. Jason was great to work with from selection through installation. He was helpful and not pushy, plus his prices are significant savings over the same products through other business. I would definitely recommend and hope to work with him again in the future when I am ready to add curtains.

I’ve ordered both plantation shutters and pull down shades. Both purchases were completed with professional measuring and installation. I’m very satisfied.

Bill, came out and provided a quote. The visit was fine and Bill was helpful. A few days after, we sent an email asking Bill to remove some motorized shades and replacing them with non-motorized. After a few days of no response, I sent a text. A few more days of no response, I called the main number making the request. After a few more days of no response we decided to sign a contract with a competitor. Were paying a little more ($450 more) but the other company was very responsive to our needs and the quality and warranties are comparable.

REPLY TO OWNER -- No, I have always felt that way because every time there are issues with your products. This time it was the worst of all. Too many sheetrock damages, too many nail holes and it was never repaired. Instead of being apologetic for destroying my brand new house and fixing the damages caused you are mocking on me. Nothing can be more shameful than that to say the least. And, there are a lot of folks who are known to me who are building in an around Friendswood and my feedback counts so we will see if they will go with Budget Blinds. This Budget Blinds was very good in past when there were other partners but after their departure, the quality has diminished. I just opened two new locations of my business and the reason Budget Blinds is not getting the business if because of all the damage that was done by Budget Blinds to my house.===I do not recommend Budget Blinds to anyone. They boast that they are cheaper than others but they are not. They claim their products are superior than others but they are not. They claim their service is excellent but it is not. They claim that their craftsmanship is better than their competitors but it is not. I have done a lot of business with them and here are my issues - 1) The plantation shutters were not hanged right and some still have large gaps inspite of heavy price tag I was charged, 2) The roller shades were not hanged properly, again, charged a hefty premium 3) My sheetrock was broken at several places in a newly built house and never repaired even though I called several times 4) Many places the nails were put in wrong places by installer and were taken out but those holes were not filled and repairs were not made 5) Many places the walls were scratches and paint came off but did not had the courtesy to fix it, then or later, 6) did not clean up the floors after a thoroughly messy work. Fast and quality service! We just moved back to the area and built new home. I was unsure what I wanted. We needed privacy, but still wanted a light and airy feel to our house. Jason came out and offered many options for my husband and I to choose from. We got several other estimates, but Budget Blinds offered higher quality materials and much more variety than any other companies. My windows look amazing,and we achieved my goal of keeping my house light but maintaining privacy. Jason was great to work with from start to finish and we have recommended Budget Blinds to all of our new neighbors!

Used budget blinds in Friendswood to get some shade and privacy in the back of our house with 10 large windows. The sales rep (Jessica) was great in coming to show us the options and help us pick the best fit for us. After the consult and measuring we decided on using Budget Blinds due to customer service being excellent and the best price out there. 2 weeks post order the blinds were delivered and installed. The installation was quick and professional (Thanks Juan). We have been enjoying them now for about 2 months and our only complaint is that we did not do this sooner. Highly recommend Budget Blinds Friendswood for those looking to get new blinds quick, professional, and at a fair price.

Jason and his wife are very professional. They had wonderful selections to choose from and could get the shutters installed faster than my builder. They also have great pricing. Give Jason a call, you wont be disappointed!

After a somewhat suitable experience, we recommended friends and family, only to be embarrassed and let down each time. I WILL NOT recommend Budget Blinds Friendswood (Jason or Mike) going forward. They make promises they can’t keep, FAIL to manage work in progress and FAIL to follow-up once work has been completed. When you do reach them, they FAIL to take responsibility for their office and make basic excuses. They place blame on each other, the company and installers for what went wrong. My only recommendation is do more research and find an alternative company to complete your project!

Request for someone to come and got an email saying someone would be calling me. Never got a call so I called them. They logged all my info and said someone would contact me.......never did. Decided not to call again and went with someone else.
