So.... I know theres a million of these - seems like one on every corner and Ive probably been to more than I care to count over the years. HOWEVER..... as I expected - the selection was great, service was awesome.... but you just cant beat the way people are treated in this store. They definitely go above and beyond. I love the small town feeling with the BIG CITY knowledge of the staff here!

Big store very busy. Morning tough to get paints so usually get it day before. They have colorsnap laser to match the color accurately if you bring 1in/1in piece

I was very impressed with the assistance I received from Clay at the Friendswood store. He was patient and knowledgeable, and cheerfully stayed late to make sure I had all of the samples I needed. I will definitely use this store to purchase the paint for my upcoming project.

Friendswood Sherman-Williams Paint Store has all the supplies and colors for your painting job, but most important they have knowledgeable staff. I would have bought the wrong kind of paint for what I was doing. super helpful.

This store has been my store for years. I have always received prompt polite and knowledgeable service. With the paints perks and coupons I can afford their product. It has always been of superior quality to anything I can buy at the big hardware stores and it comes with advice to ensure success on my projects.

Jeff the sales representative was very attentive and provided the information I request about the pressure washers your company sells. Two of your other stores - Webster, TX said they did not offer pressure washers and the store on the gulf freeway told to go to Lowes.

Service has been ok in the store once they get past the fact that I dont know a contractor do get a discount from but I called Saturday about an issue with my paint. Was told by the person I spoke to that they had never heard of it but would research it and get back to me no later than the next business day. 3 days later and I have not received a call. Meanwhile, oil is still oozing out of my freshly painted cabinet.

Did a perfect computer color match. In & out quickly. Nice guys and knowledgeable. Prices are steadily increasing.

Extremely long wait times. Expect to spend no less than 45 mins in this store. Painted 4 rooms and been in this store many times. Every time takes a long time to get out. This last time however was the most aggravating. The 2 guys at the store tired to give me 10% discount when there is a 30% sale going on. Didnt know anything about it he claims. I had to pull out the email showing the event. You dont know your own events? Then I tried to buy the cheap paint. Told him I want the cheapest stuff from the beginning. Kept trying to upsell me things that cost 50% more. I told him no. Then to no surprise they dont have any of the cheap paint in stock. Told me he will give me a discount on the next one up. I had a coupon they refuse to honor since he already gave me a discount on the paint he offered. While I didnt make a fuss about it, this seems like a lot of wheeling and dealing just to buy some paint. Next time Ill skip the hassle and go to Lowes. Last time Im buying from SW especially at this store.

Beware. These people speak as if they know what theyre doing, but they do not. I should have educated myself before going in. Unfortunately I bought expensive paint (Emerald) but didnt need to, and they sold me an expensive brush meant for oil-based paints, even though they knew I was buying water-based
