Well maintained and pleasant climate controlled facility. but the real bonus is the office staff. I am preparing to move out, but lost my key. the office personnel are able to schedule cutting the lock, but require that the unit be relocked immediately. instead of forcing me to purchase a new lock, they were able to provide me with a temporary lock that I can return to the office after I move.great customer service!

5 stars is not enough for this great location. Cindy, the on site Manager, is an exceptional individual who is there to help, no matter what the challenge. I have had a space at this location for years and Cindy recently assisted me in changing the unit to a more useful size. Cindy is so nice and helpful! I was curious about the storage renting process and she walked me through every step. Everything was so well explained and clear. I didn’t end up renting cause what I needed wasn’t available at the time, but I’m sure I’ll be back for any other self storage needs!

When having to move out with short notice, I looked all over and couldnt find a storage that was cost efficient as well as easily accessible. This place was PERFECT!! Not only is the staff super wonderful, kind, and prompt (Shoutout to Ms. Cindy and Ms. Pam) but I had zero issues while utilizing this storage space. I Highly recommend to anyone needing a storage space! Will absolutely use them in the future if I am needing a storage unit again :)

My family and I never had the experience of renting a storage unit; needless to say, the winter storm caused enough stress and the last thing I needed was bad experiences. However, I was able to find good rates at this location close to our home. Cindy was very friendly, helpful and informative. The units are clean, well kept, secured and best of all NOT smelly (Big plus). I was amazed that I actually enjoyed storing my family’s belongings. I just wished packing was less tiring. ;)

I found out that Public Storage sells boxes, bubble wrap and all kinds of other packaging supplies. Cindy, with Public Storage, was extremely informative about storage locker rates and tremendously helpful with my decisions while I was at the front desk. Pleasant experience!

Since this was the last available unit, she held my reservation until I could get there in person to sign the paperwork.I met with Cindy yesterday. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I rented a unit, but havent moved anything in yet. The place looks very clean, safe and secure.

Its my friends storage unit, but I have 2 of my own in 2 different cities in Texas. Never had a problem with Public Storage. Always friendly people and never seen one that wasnt well lit.

Colin was very helpful and quick to get us the help we needed, and for any questions we had it was all taken care of really quickly.

I rented my storage unit from Cindy at the 3500 E FM 528 location in Friendswood. Her customer service skills are great! She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

SUCH RIDICULOUS SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!! We came inside and this woman at the front had the audacity to smile and greet us kindly and answer ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS! She even escorted us to storage and room and showed us tricks on how to open and lock the door that I would have otherwise completely missed.This place is clean and easy to navigate.Love the 18 wheeler access.To whoever is reading this, give Cindy a raise.

This is by-far the dirtiest facility I have ever rented! The walls inside look like they have never been dusted. The concrete floor has deep chunks missing that makes it hard to roll your cart over. When I brought both to managements attention, they told me that they have notified their superiors many times, to no avail. They mentioned that since the cement is not sealed, dusting does not help! I also mentioned the musty smell of the facility. If you decide to try the Public Storage two miles east of this facility, the building I was in smells similar to a sewage processing facility. Public Storage is not recommended by this tenant.Update: I want to be sure and let you know that the staff was exceedingly helpful. Cindy was very professional, as was her helper. They did offer to let me out of my contract, which I accepted. There is no hard feelings.I do hope that their parent company provides the repairs needed to make this a better facility. It requires some upgrades/renovations and cleaning.

Too hot in the building. The control climate is not as cool as it needs to be. Elevator was broken. Glass in a door was broken and there are not enough carts.

Cindy helped me out today. She quickly got me in a nice 10x10 for a good rate.

I bid on a storage and I got it and went a paid the fees and all necessary. Well due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get the items, so I told them to give them away or re- auction it off or whatever they could do. You need more people like her, she brought a moment of happiness to me in my time of need. Dealing with COVID-19 is nothing to be happy about, I thank you CINDY!!!! Public Storage in Friendswood, Texas .I want to add something today March 20,2021 Cindy from storage called me and asked how my daughter was doing as she was released from the hospital from battling this COVID, she didn’t have to do that but my heart knew God placed her in my life for a reason. Cindy also had some great news for me about my being able to bid for online auctions, she went to bat for me and she didn’t have to, God Bless this wonderful woman, I was not suspended because she cared and between Cindy and Susan Daroff customer success manager at Storage Treasures they cared enough to reconsider my situation. Had a wonderful experience with Cindy and Cesar. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and showed me several units without making me feel pressured to choose. I picked a 10x15 and im looking forward to storing my stuff and seeing them again.

I had fraud on my debit card and I had to get a new one so I accidentally missed a payment and was changed a late fee. Cindy was extremely sweet and helpful in getting the whole ordeal figured out.

Horrible service!! Office was supposed to open at 9:30, got there at 10:30, waited for an hour for help and could not find anyone working!!Never go back!!

This place is amazing. Ive been renting there for a number of months, and ultimately there was a problem with the space itself. When I first set up my appointment to come in back in July, to look at the units, Cindy was so patient ( I was very ill, and needed the storage that day) and helpful with me. When I came in September, I met her husband who is just like Cindy, polite, kind, friendly & helpful. I know I’ll move my things out eventually, but until this, this is the best storage place on Friendswood!!

Started my lease online and not a minute passed when I received a very friendly call from Jim. We set up a time to complete the lease agreement, and to receive me was another friendly person Samantha. Who is also very professional and answered all my questions. This location is very clean organized and right on point to keep the customers happy and great prices and awesome customer service.

Great facility, clean & bright with easy access. Very easy to rent a space online & finalize in person. I was done in 10 minutes. Janise & Pam were super pleasant & emphasized if I needed anything anytime to let them know asap...they wanted to make sure they met my needs.

I recently visited public storage for the very first time. And met JIm and Cindy. They made me feel as though we were longtime friends. Ive been to other rental facilities before but never have had such a welcome. The courtesy and politeness was a joy to experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very well kept and clean.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Jim’s personality and the customer service provided was exceptional. Will be returning there for sure the next time I need boxes and moving supplies. It was such a pleasure meeting him.

This was a last minute decision and turned out to be the best choice for my wife and I. The facility was open on a Sunday and Susan was super helpful with everything. The grounds are clean and the location is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Great Place. The service is great and the Manager will do all she can to help with any problems you have. I have received increasing on rent but I was able to speak to the Manager and she got me a reasonable rate. Business is business so I understand.
