Every one is so nice here. They are wonderful. Anytime you need anything they are there to help. The location is very nice and clean. And the gate always works.

As a storage facility, it’s nothing special. Clean units at competitive prices. No big deal...you can find the same thing everywhere around Houston. But the reason for five stars is the staff - Taiyana and Vee. They are superstars. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. They operate that place as a proper business should be run. Hats off to them.

I love StorQuest storage. The units are clean and well lit. Over the years when there has been flooding these units are high and dry. The best part is the staff. Tyana, the manager, is knowledgeable of your accounts and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. Best manager they have had over ther years. I hope she stays on for a long time.

V was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and friendly. Def will recommend this place to all my friends for their storage needs.

Kinda awkward doing the entire transaction from the drop window in the door. I understand precautions have to be in place due to Covid but seemed a bit extra impersonal.

We have been customers for years and have been very pleased. Recently I called to request a larger unitWhich was not available. We put on a waiting list.Received call, within weeks, to inform us a unit was available. Tyana and Vee are awesome!!

The Property Manager (Taiyana) was very kind and did all she could to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and it was a seamless process.

Will NEVER be doing business with StorQuest again. Lost everything due to water leaks from their storage unit. They lied about the water leaks so I would not receive anything from claims adjusters. Oh but they are quick to ask for their monthly dues. I will be reporting them to the better business.

The store manager Taneiya. Kept my needs in mind and found the perfect storage space. She was kind helpful and explained how my contract plan worked and made sure that all my questions answered. I appreciated the ease of the whole process. I know I made a good choice to store here.

Excellent customer service, easy process.

Affordable and got in quickly. Do not like the location, when leaving out of the facility you must take a right and go all the way around bay area to 518 or make a u-turn at the nearest light to go towards 45 on bay area. Also, it would be nice if they had lights in the storage. Otherwise, i like the facility. There is plenty of driving and turn around room on the aisles and the prices are competitive.

This location by far has exceptional service. Vee was really sweet and informative. I was able to use the facility and I appreciated the cleanliness of the place. They take pride in their business and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff, our stored items never suffered a damage and facility is located in a safe place. We were renting a 10x10 there and we were really happy with it for as long as we stayed. Some times it was difficult to find someone in the office to make a payment, but when you have few people working in a facility, that will happen. What made us move out was that the rent increased by a total of $25/month within the last 2 years. To their defense, they were willing to offer us a better price, but their offer arrived late. We will really miss the people there, it was great working with them and I do recommend them!

I rent a covered parking spot for an RV and have been impressed by the facilities and friendly, professional staff. They go above and beyond to help you. As an example, I was doing some work on the RV and needed a screwdriver and stopped by the office to see if they had one. Even though it was close to closing they graciously provided two different sized screwdrivers which allowed me to do my work without having to drive home. Luckily I was able to complete the work and return the screwdrivers before they closed up for the night. It would have been easy for them to decline the request, but they didnt and it helped a lot. Thanks!

I am very thankful to be able to store my items at Storquest. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and has been able to accommodate my every needs. The storage unit is spacious and the area is well kept giving me the security and peace of mind I was looking for. I recommend anyone who is looking for a place to store there items to choose Storquest because it is a great location at a great value.

The service is above and beyond most businesses in the area. I am always extremely impressed with the staff and their ability to accommodate everyone.Units are clean, as are the halls of the climate controlled units. Easy access to property and very secure!

Just in the short amount of time I have been renting from Storquest, the girls in the office keep the property well kept.This is the best storage facility I have ever delt with. The manager Taiyana has a golden personality! She is always smiling.

I wish I could say that I had a great experience but not even close. My father had passed away on memorial day wked and rented a U-Haul and car trailer to get his things to Texas. The U-Haul company told us this is where to drop off both. We arrived in the pouring rain and staff was out to lunch. I didnt feel comfortable to back truck and trailer onto road. So we were parked off to side to let other traffic pass for the storage entrance. We drove our car to the store to waste some time. Received a phone call with lady screaming at me about the truck. Could not reason with her and told her we were on the way. Got to location got out of car on could hear her yelling inside the building. Yelling about us to other customers making them quite uncomfortable. We tried to tell her our story and she wasnt hearing any of it. Police were called, her cursing at my wife and myself. Long story short we took truck/trailer to another location. I filed a complaint with corporate. Never received a call back from location manager nor corporate management. I called regional manager and told story and barely got an apology for the treatment. Honestly the worst my wife and I have ever been treated in my 50 years. Im not hard to get along with and understand people have a bad day but this was way beyond the way customers should ever have been treated.The other part to this is the location that we dropped equipment at stated that we were the 3rd person in the span of a week with a issue with the same young lady.I can never forget this experience with it being related to my fathers death.

I love this company! I called and talked to a young man named Omave. He was so helpful and nice and answered all my questions and helped me find a place for my daughter to put her stuff while she’s away from home. I was so nervous and scared because I’ve never dont this before and he was just super!!! I will definitely use them again :)

Very clean, the onsite manager is extremely professional and enjoyable to speak with.

They advertise one thing on the website but when you call they will tell you they have only one of that unit left so they dont have to honor the web deal. There are plenty of other storage places around. The people of Friendswood deserve better treatment than this. I give them two stars only because she was polite.Give the people at Challenger Storage on 528 a call. They had a unit just a bit smaller and 15.00 cheaper per month. There up front with there prices.

Nice but, the handle on my storage is broke and I reported it the day that I moved in because it was already like that. That has been a week and a half ago and the handle has still not been fixed. So hard to raise the door and bring it back down with a broken handle. Otherwise a good experience

My son reserved a unit here. We showed up with a uhaul @1:40pm on a Thursday, ready to unload and return the truck. Theres a sign on the door that theyll return at 2:40. I cant back the uhaul out across Bay Area Blvd, so I need in. After 15 minutes, a lady came out and told me to move the 17 foot truck. Unbelievable. Shes inside, during posted business hours and is making us wait until shes done with her break. Call ahead or plan on waiting an hour for the oddly timed lunch closure folks.

I rented a storage space during the holiday season . The 2 people in the office could not have been more helpful. I had rented in the past when the property was under different management, and the people now really do make a difference. I will look forward to renting again next year.

Easiest move-in and move-out process Ive ever had with a storage facility!

Taiyana and Marriah Martin are super managers! Ive been no end of trouble for them but they continue to be cheerful, helpful, and have given me every consideration. Fortunately, since I expect to be a long-term tenant, I no longer need help opening the climate controlled hallway door, managed to get another key for the padlock, will never get caught in the dark again with a heavy armload (finally figured out the things on a timer...), and have actually never had a tangle with the gate. The units are clean and well maintained. Im very pleased with the facility. The only probs have been of my own making!

Viewing the storage room prior to leasing was very good. Customer service was friendly, curtious and informative. Two days later when we actually went in to lease the space it was different however. The counter person did not escourt us to the space and when we got there it had a StoreQuest pad lock on it so we couldnt open it. Im thinking they know the unoqupied spaces are all locked and escourting first move ins are required for curtesy as well as the need to unlock rhe unit.

They rock! The manager there is the best!

Unfortunately the majority of there cameras do not work. We had a moving truck back into our vehicle and because the main cameras do not work, we weren’t able to “prove” to the moving company it was there driver. The main reason we picked this facility was due to the heavily advertised surveillance, cameras, and property management on site 24.7. What’s the point when an incident occurs and you have NOTHING to help your clients.

Then after talking me into putting it in my girlfriend’s name with me as a secondary person, they allowed her to change the gate code & remove me from the contract!! Outrageous!!!
