I would give a zero if I could….I’ve purchased from here before and the delivery and customer service has always been a disaster. However, we gave them another chance. Big mistake! It’s worse this time than the last. We purchased patio furniture and it’s always covered up. The only time they’re uncovered is when we use it. The furniture is well taken care of and both technicians that were sent said they could tell it was well taken care of. However, my paint is chipping off the arms of the furniture. And the paint has chipped off the top of the fire pit. It was ranted and raved about how wonderful the furniture was at rooms to go and that it would never chip or be ruined because of the high end quality products that are used. It was said that in 20 years we would still have it if we wanted it because of the excellent manufacture status. We would just want to get rid of it because we were tired of it. It was set to be in areas of high humidity and salt air if we lived by the beach. Blah, blah, blah. The paint on the arms were chipping the first week we received the furniture, however, I apologize with our busy schedules I didn’t notify you right away. I did contact you within the year and it took months and 2 technicians to come to my home to finally get any answers on this service. I am highly, highly disappointed that it took this long for any answers and then the answer is normal wear and tear on my furniture. Again, I’ve had this furniture for a year and it’s very sad that “such high quality” furniture is made to chip it’s paint so easily within the year and nothing be done about it other than oh well sorry. Spending $3000-$4000 on something with this kind of customer service and extremely poor quality will have me never purchasing from here again. I will be sure to spread the word. All lies about the quality of furniture and service from the very start. Such a cheap and stingy company. I’m even disappointed in the technicians that were both sent to me. One arriving with blood shot eyes degrading the other person who was sent here the first time. Such poor quality service that I knew it was a fiasco from the start. I will keep my service with Gallery Furniture where they honor their furniture, have high quality customer service, and way faster delivery times. Was assisted and received excellent responses to my questions. I essentially asked why their furniture was more expensive and about the differences in quality with other stores and received VERY THOROUGH responses. They train their employees well!Still a liiiiiiitle too pricey for me, for now...but definitely enhanced my view of them.
The customer service after the sale was final was very poor. I had issues with the delivery. I was told that they would come correct the delivery on that or the next day. That never happened. I called the store and they let me know they would have customer service contact me. That never happened. I called the store again and spoke to the sales person Nam who was not able to correct and refused to contact customer service or the store manager George. I finally spoke with the store manager (George) and he also was unable to assist and only said sorry for the confusion but never really apologized or took ownership for the false promises of the issue not being taken care of that day (or the following day) as promised and for not having Customer Service contact me also as promised. If they would have contacted me as promised this would not have been an issue. The store manager refused to pick up the furniture (which is still in a box in the wrong location) or give me a refund. Once they have your money, customer service is not a requirement. Beware of false promises and lack of accountability.
You better hope you get exactly what you want because if you don’t, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After waiting 1 1/2 months for very expensive patio furniture, our cushions were filthy when delivered. The store location has no ability to help. After being on hold with the 1-800 number for 78 minutes, I was set up to receive replacement cushions. Wellllll those arrived dirty too!!!! Now I’m forced to call again and waste more of my time on hold, wait for a 3rd delivery and hope they finally deliver clean cushions. Never againUpdate: And it gets worse. We got a few spots on our white outdoor sofa. But we were not worried because we spent a lot of money on the fabric warranty. We never buy these warranties but when we were told that it was warranted against anything and the furniture was white and outdoors, we decided to spend the extra money. Well that was money down the drain!! When I contacted the warranty company, they asked what the stain was from. I answered honestly and said I wasn’t sure. Well guess what!? If you are not sure where the stain came from it negates the warranty!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I strongly suggest staying away from this place. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t deserve to be in business.
