Smell of rancid fish so pungent you gag as walking into the store. We immediately left and went to a different Asian store. Sad.

Great place to buy east Asian ingredients. The choice is big. They have their in-house small restaurant too. Will go again to taste whats on their menu.

Every time I buy yucca yams they are bad inside. I just got this today and if I didn’t leave so far I would come get my money back. If your produce have been on the shelves for long you shouldn’t be selling them it’s very misleading to customers.

Found this gem a few months back and have returned several times now. Large, modern, clean Asian grocery with a large variety of goods at decent prices. I particularly like the large selection of fresh dumplings and steamed buns, while they also have great imported rice, sauces, etc.

Variety fresh fruit. Store is organized. Unfortunately, the buffet closed too early.

They have alot of good selection for Asian products and items. Love their fresh salmons, fish, veggies and their fresh ingredients like rosemary, thyme, cilantro and ect... Look like the salmons are farm raised, thats why they can be able to sell them for good price. You also can get frozen Dim Sum at the Frozen section or hot fresh Dim Sum (look like they made Dim Sum fresh daily) at their little food court, not the best hot Dim Sum, but to me, still rated 3.5☆ out of 5. Im Not very font of their meats department and their dried food like Noodles, Rice, Ramens, and dried ingredients, not much of selection comparing to other Asian supermarkets in Garland or Arlington. But, they still have the stuffs if youre in the pinch, and dont want to drive all the way to Garland or Arlington.

99 Ranch Market was a very unique experience. For the most part, they cater to the Asian demographic. Everything from exotic rice and noodles to specialty fish. It was very clean and organized. I picked up a Cream Sake. I cant want to try it:)

It was a market. They had ranch and other products. More than 99 other products so the name is a little confusing. My cat likes cat food

Don’t go to the dim sum line/ boxed food line. Raised the price and giving less food. Usually get 3 short ribs as 1 side and now they give you 1.5 short ribs. Not worth $7.99.Also, they cannot cook chicken feet correct. 99 is never the pinnacle of dim sum but it’s usually decent. Their chicken feet is so dry and tasteless.Go to Plano Location. Much better than this Frisco one.

Very cool place to check out. Some items dont have English descriptions so not sure what some things are. Seafood here is incredible. Live fish tanks and prepped seafood available.

My wife and daughter stopped by after eating at the nearby Kura and bought a mango cake for around $30. My daughter got a piece when she got home and said it was horrible. My wife took a bite and spit it out because it was so bad. We threw it right in the trash and never looked back. Both said it was stale and dry in addition to the poor flavor. Make sure you sample before you buy items from their bakery or go somewhere else for your baked goods.

Some great finds like Thai banana, fresh wild caught and farm fish, jackfruits and lychee make this shop unique. However they could improve on customer experience.

Store is typical. Little bit.of an odd smell, think the seafood in the back, but mostly clean. Was hard to find the one item I went in for and seems like the price was up quite a bit since I was last in there.

Beard Papas, Frisco, TX. Were from Virginia. We used to go to Beard Papas in Tokyo when we lived there. Finding BPs on our visit to the greater Dallas area was a serendipitous surprise! We tried a couple and found them closed. Disappointed, but not daunted, the Frisco branch was open! Located in the 99 Ranch Market, just to the right of the entrance, there it was! Were pretty sure we could hear angels singing! Ricardo was so helpful bother on the phone with the location and when we met in person. SO excited to eat Beard Papas puffs!!

Compare to the 99 Ranch at Plano and Carrollton the marketplace size of this one is a lot smaller with limited amount of grocery items. It is good that they have clearance items that I can try at a discounted price. The cashier was not very friendly and did not thank me after spending $50+ shopping here, and when I thanked her for checking me out, she did not respond. I have better experience at other locations.

99 ranch is a great grocery store. Wish I had one closer to where I live. I always love to look around at the cool products and always end up buying something interesting

If you’re in Frisco and have no other options, it’ll do, but make sure to stop by Mr. Banh Mi on the way home to at least make it worth your while.

I live any Asian market. Really. So many selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. More organic options. Selection of meats and fish are large. Get my Quails egg here. :)All the goodness of snack heaven. Who would not love it.All the sauces, all those frozen dumplings and dimsums for lazy days...yaaaa.Just grabbed bunch of pork bus on my way out for quick snack. Steamed it enjoyed it with family.Only thing is I did not find lot of stuff I used to buy from another Korean grocery store. But not an absolute need.Definitely coming back for more fresh veggies/fruits/ fish/meat and fish balls for hotpot.

The produce was always good here.. but I was disappointed in my last few visits. Picked up some cherries which were packed good. But I found most of them rotten as I opened the pack at home. Had to thrash everything. Same thing happened with the herbs I bought. Really disappointing.

I like this location, not love yet. One reason is that many of their items are more expensive than the other asian grocery stores. However they do have some that are cheaper from other stores. Just have to do your own checking.

A clean market that carries most Japanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese products I want, without the fishy smell one might expect from an Asian supermarket. Checkout lines are never long.

Accessible and fairly sizeable supermarket that carries imports from all over Asia as well as a few American products dispersed in small pockets throughout the store. There is a fresh fish market, and a great variety of dried products as well as imported produce.

Frisco finally has an Asian grocery store!The food court has a dim sum place, Chinese bbq, fries chicken, hot pot, and bread papas. Looking forward to see what else opens here.

It is good location for people who live near Plano and Frisco area. They don’t have to travel long distance for this. Actually we went to buy sea food the fish piece small I asked but they done it big big size I am not satisfied ..Banana is cheap here ..Their little costly ..Too many fish is not fresh first day I thought will be good..Too much rush we struggled for parking ..They have to improve their parking slots ...

This is a fairly new location but sounds like they have been very successful. The area developed really quick. I can still remember at the beginning they did not have much business but now you could barely find a parking space.It’s really clean, and people are pretty nice. Lots of good deals in my opinion. I think I will be a frequent flyer for this store

So much to choose from; loved the selection! I couldnt find mukrat lime leaves but Im sure its an uncommon ingredient. Seafood selection was vast and produce looked fresh! Staff was also very friendly. Going back for a membership loyalty app💯💯

Fab! So many asian options. And variety of fruits and vegetables which you wont find it every where. Yea language issue is the problem you cant understand the labels but still i prefer it over other grocery stores for shopping

This supermarket caters to the Asian market. You will find all types of food not normally on the menu of the American diet. You find everything you need to cook an authentic asian inspired dish down to the tiniest of details like spices and atypical ingredients.They have a small food court inside and a small store with perfumes and fashion accessories.The staff was very friendly.Do yourself a favor and check this place out. I found some flavors of Lays potatoes chips that I would never dream of here.Be adventous. Enjoy.

Do not shop here. Their staff yelled at me and my family. My 3 year old son cant wear a mask because of medical issues. Why so hateful and angry?Thank goodness there are plenty of other options.

I bought some vegetables here and have been throwing up for the last 12 hours. My kids and wife too. We are a very healthy family who eat very clean but this place DOES NOT have good produce. I will be looking to reach out to the Health Department because I have never gotten sick like this before. Do not buy their produce! Its unsanitary.

You can walk around the store without a mask and nobody bats an eye, but if you buy something they wont serve you without a mask... not making sense at all... I guess they just dont want your money. If youre sick you can spread around the virus easily, just dont buy anything :DCDC already said you dont need a mask if youre vaccinated, but these guys make up their own science and forcing you to mask up anyways.Worst place to put up the mo mask no service sign, above the credit card machine.... too late.Also, if youre worried about the virus, why is no one sanitizing ???

The place is clean and they have a good variety of fruit and veggies we love to have the tilapia that is fresh and take it fried, they do it for free and it’s really good.

I always come here to get my Asian sauces and food. I love this place. They also have a fresh bakery and the bread is sooo fresh and fluffy.

Good and clean Chinese Grocery

It was OK. Not really geared for Americans. English was hard to find. Communication suffered because of that. The big red apples my partner bought were spoiled when she cut them up the next morning. I brought them.back and talk about a barrier. Had a hard time trying to show and explain that they were rotten. Wont visit again.I and it really hard that people become citizens, but refuse to learn their new language. They just alienate all Americans from supporting their business.

Glad they have opened this one in frisco. I dont have to drive anymore to more south. this one is new and lot of cool things. I like to go this one.

Good place to get Asian groceries. Somehow I feel like the one in Richardson is better arrangement and more beautiful. Something they can improve to upgrade their appearance to attract more local Frisco customers.

I asked for help two times and got different answers both times. Finally found someone will to look with me...of course they didnt carry it. Much prefer other asian marts but alas this one is only a couple of miles from my house as opposed to others which our not even in my city.

I usually shop at the Frisco location but stopped at this location while was in the area. The store was clean, well stocked and check out was fast.

I have been shopping at this place for almost a year now. I typically help out grocery clerk in bagging groceries as a good gesture. Today my wife and I couldn’t help in bagging the groceries and the cashier demanded that we bag our groceries. This is not acceptable and brought this to manager’s attention and she was supporting her clerk. This is rather unusual experience.

All the Ranch 99s are good markets. They usually have their own small buffet and dim sum counter in their food court.But this food court ALSO has a fried chicken counter, a BBQ counter... maybe others I didnt notice...AND a small VERY GOOD hot pot counter!Pop Pot is pure Chinese gold when it comes to hot pot! Good quality ingredients and very good taste! 火锅很好吃！

Remember seafood cleaning and frying ends at 7.30pm.

Need to have staff to understand customers.

I am a shopper with Shipt. Today was my first time ever shopping at 99 Ranch Market. I found the produce to be really good & the customer service was great! One employee in particular was VERY helpful.

I am a fan of Ranch 99’s food. Particularly their Kung pao, 🥬, and the fact that you can decide on getting half noodles and rice. The ladies behind the kitchen are also nice.

This place is on par with whole foods, sprouts, and market street. Freshest seafood youll find anywhere with great quality and care.

Theres nothing wrong with this store other than the fact that the selection is very limited compared to other markets in the area. For example, the selection of teas and dried mushrooms/fungi were very small.

The Nicest 99 ranch I’ve ever been to. Big, modern, organized, and clean interior. Prices are still competitive too, and lots of nice eateries inside.

The selection are extensive, I used to proceed to the one down at Springcreek and 75 at Plano. They have excellent staff and friendly service.
