Only giving 2 stars for the food taste itself, otherwise service is non-existent at the restaurant. Came here on 9/24/21 at 4:15, waited for the restaurant to open at 4:30, as I am told, and then I place my order (1 veg biryani) and it took more than 30 mins to get it and I’m the only one here. Unfortunate. Not worth it.
Nice place. You will get almost all Indian groceries.
This is a convenient one stop shop for South Asian groceries and foods. The place is clean and well organized and has competitive pricing on major food staples for Indians and Pakistanis. It’s a South Indian themed store but carries all South Asian spices, foods and fresh vegetables and fruits.
Very good quality of vegetables n wide range of spices u name it they will get it for u.Staff is very helpful active 👍
Very neat and clean shop with a lot of verity of Indian items
Decent stock..varities of indian vegetables and groceries
Good selection of veggies. They also sell fresh meat for you all meat eaters.
Awesome Indian store to get unique vegetables. What not everything is available at one place. It’s more like an Indian Walmart. The best part is that the fresh baby goat meet is available and it tastes really soft, fresh and delicious. Young goat meet is also available but it smells and the baby goat meet doesn’t have any smell while cooking.
One stop shop and well maintained Indian Grocery store. They have everything from vegetables to chat to curries to fresh snacks. This is my go to store and I must say the best Indian grocery store in Dallas.
Great Indian grocery with fresh vegetables & Indian restaurant
This is my go to place for Indian groceries. Quality and cost of the products are good and I will come back next time. Their rambo mutton biryani is an excellent addition in the fast food joint and I was lucky to have it last Friday. The Taste was so good and I will try more options from gully point. Thanks Hareli
Darshan makes the best in town pani puris at Hareli. Reminds me of the same taste of Hyderabad. The spicy pani and sweet pani are the best combination for the puris. Stuffings made of chole peas potato taste awesome with diced onions. Will definitely come back for more....
Great grocery store with everything you need from an Indian store. Fresh vegetables, meat, snacks and food. They have great collection of fresh and frozen food. May be the best Indian grocery story in Dallas Metroplex.
The chaat was the best . Darshan, the guy making it knew how to make it mumbai style . The live pani puri was mouth watering and so yummy ..
Not a bad place for Indian Grocery. They make fresh roties, and have a restaurant attached. They also have fresh meat which is convenient.
The best Chat corner in Frisco! My family is a regular visitor here for the quality and taste. As good as any top chat place in india. Darshan prepares the chat excellently and we are regular because of the customer service and quality of the place and chat.
They are saying that no reward points due to virus and they keep the operational cost low and no returns. Why do some one shop your store if there are no returns this is very bad.Reward points you stopped from March 2020 due to virus and now it is already oct 2020, still no rewards ?
Best place to have indian chat and grocery shopping.. I would highly recommend to try Pani Puri and papdi chat der..
Quiet a big indian grocery store. Good quality and good management.
My first place for the chat corner in Frisco area. Chef maintains the place very neatly during the preparation and serving as well. All the chat items tastes good
Hi, we bought burnt goat leg and it was full of hair and we spent more than an hour to clean and still we couldn’t do that. We had to throw it away.
Very good grossari store 👍👍👍
If you are planning to do a curbside pickup, this place is a rip off. When the whole world is giving a curbside pick up for free this place charges 10% of the total order value as curbside pick up fee. Have not seen any other company ripping off people like this during a pandemic. India Bazaar and all do a home delivery for 5$ flat or sometimes even for free
Absolute fraud. I bought swagath brand peanuts and cashews the other day and when I got home I noticed the 500g or 1kg packets weigh 20~30gm less than what it was supposed to be. I tried to return but theres no guarantee the other packets would weigh correctly. Cheap tactics! Shoppers be aware!
Worst experience with this store. I used to buy goat meat from this store. As i have 2 small kids, wanted to avoid the waiting and called the store to pre order the goat meat, so i can just pick it up when its ready. Initially a lady took the call at 2:30 pm and mentioned they are out of goat meat and will let me know within 30 mins when they get the stock. I didnt receive the call till 6 pm and my friend mentioned she bought goat meat from Hareli. I went to the store and confirmed they had enough goat meat, and called at the same number from store itself and got the response from the same lady that they are out of stock and call after 30 mins. If you are too busy to answer a customer please transfer the call to somebody who can help. I cant trust any communication from this store any more. Will never go to this store again.
Best south Asian grocery store. They carry almost all brands, no bias. It’s spacious, they also have snack corner, freash chapati/bread and fresh chicken and goat meat.
Had a lot of groceries that are culturally based and had mostly in stock.
Great variety, very good shop layout, service can be more friendly, gully point integration for food purchase is great
Great local market. Plenty of options on the shelves and nice staff
Very clean and nice place for shopping and also the vegetables looks very fresh. one place for all meat, vegetables, snacks, chapati...Mostly I like the pani puri from this place, very different and tasty like the one we used to have in India. Try it.
Hareli Fresh Market has good stock of Indian groceries and the mid week deals are a must grab for me. The specials are worth it too. The price usually beats other Indian groceries. Best thing is, its one stop shop for Meats like Chicken and Goat, Groceries and the Fast Food corner. I love the Samosa there. The Lady Cashier is nice and friendly. The market is clean and well organized. They also sell Indian dresses which is nice.
Pani puri stall same as india. best snack time
Tried their Homestyle curries and they are authentic to taste and very fresh, chutneys and fries are perfect spice and my kids love them. Their new Vada reminds me of what my grandma makes. Like the Aresalu and mysore pak. Our family is enjoying all of them, dont feel like cooking at home anymore :). It is our go to cravings place now a days.
Saw so many foods I had never seen before. Went in to see if they had fresh corn but no vegetables that I recognized. Definitely for Indians
My husband and I jokingly refer to this as the whole foods of Indian grocers. They place is clean, well maintained and fully stocked. I drive all the way here although there are others Indian grocers closer to home. Never been disappointed with any purchase except the chicken that I picked last week. Id go with one of the regular department stores for meat, though I know they also have mutton that is not found elsewhere.
Chaat section was amazing. Mr. Darshan does awesome job at the chat counter with fresh variety of snacks. Treats his customers very well and maintains good conversation.
Chaat and pani puri are great and the service and Quality food snacks pastries, chicken 65, vada Pav I Enjoyed alot.Taste is like Mumbai street food very good, alway want to try something newfeels good to have chaat available herethanks for bring Indian chaat here in Frisco thank you
Everything looks good and food court is a bonus with all indian snacks, pastries and food. But grocery is little pricier compared to Patels
Great selection, especially love the produce dept and the chaat cafe.
Very neat and a grand Indian grocery store for ethnic plus products. The ambience is very commendable. Keep it up folks!
Produce is fresh every time I go, they have halal meat, my go to all in one place
Delicious chat counter..!! Pav Bhaji is a must try..!! Good ambience and tasty food..!!
Good place to find Indian groceries along with some tasty snacks and sweets. The halal meat place is a bonus..very helpful having all of them under one roof..!!
Great selection. Try the milkcake from the frozen section.. its absolutely amazing!
Produce selection is decent. Could improve on grocery items (many of the good brands are missing). Prices are a bit steeper than other stores around the area.
Fresh produce at a discount prices 👌
If you are looking for groceries and items related to Indian cuisine then this is your store. Fantastic layout and variety! Friendly and helpful staff!
An Indian store that makes you feel you are in India away from home. This place has everything and I love keep going back there.
Got some groceries from this place, getaway from patel brothers, vegetables are fresh and this place is huge. Will recommend if you’re looking for Indian groceries...!!
It takes 20-30 minutes at the billing counter,. It is ridiculous that even during pandemic, they refuse to open new counters or slow to open the counter. Two other counters...they were simply chatting and finally opened after 20 minutes. I have to expose myself despite wearing mask standing in the line inside that store (with no air circulation) for 20 minutes . It is not good for the shoppers or the employees and the risk to Covid exposure is very high. I will not return to this store.
The cut vegetables are being sold are at a higher price per lb and also the package has all the rotten ones. The date that is printed on the vegetables packaging is not correct. If you are trying to help the customer use fresh vegetables in the packaging not the rotten ones.
Mutton biryani was very spicy couldn’t tolerate it
Nice to have Indian Grocery store and Halal meat market in Frisco. Well stocked dry goods, fresh vegetables and frozen items...
We went to the store with our 2 small kids and it was the first time my kids didnt complain about spending time inside an Indian grocery store. The store is quite spacious and seem to have all groceries that you may need in one place. I was told that they will also be adding a meat station in the near future that will make this place our one stop get all place . Keep up the good work !
Great store. I love the clean environment. First Indian store in the area, where employees smile and greet customers. Love everything except their hours. Instead of opening at 9am, they need to open at 7am latest.
Am so thankful for this store opening at Frisco, other grocery stores are really far away from little elm. The prices of Indian veggies/produce is higher than Patel store, offers on items are really less too. But I like the way its never over crowded and there is enough space for the shopping cart to move around. The bakery has good cakes and puffs.
Overall produce is good. Some are clearly overpriced. Don’t Buy whole coconut as 3 out of 10 times you will find the rotten one which is very disappointing.
Chat corner is a nice addition. Good southern style pani puri. Maintenance is very nice and clean. Meat section should be improved a little especially when packaging lamb, would like to see if they can maintain meat to bone ratio consistently.
Fresh veggies almost always. Good collection of rices and spices. Lot of snack options; though few times they are close to expiry. And fresh n hot Irani chai!! Samosas and related items are good too.
Great indian grocery store with an amazing new chat corner! The samosas and chat that are done fresh here take you down memory lane and make you yearn for more! This is Frisco’s indian beat not to be missed! Many kudos and I’m a frequent customer!
New store for me. They do not sell meat and have a very small selection of vegetables. It does smell like spice heaven in there! I will be back for Indian inspired food recipes.
Love this Indian store. Great selection of food and snacks along with fresh vegetables. I enjoy ambient atmosphere as well.
I shouldnt get so excited about a grocery store, but Hareli is a wonderful Indian grocery with a great selection, wide clean aisles, whole and manufactured foods, nice produce and a halal meat market. And its 15 minutes closer to my house than my other Indian grocery.Nice people, nice store
Harelli - Pls bring back Chedda snacks. They are awesome and all used to love them. Cannot find them in your stores anymore.
As I didnt get any reply from the management, So I am posting here. One of the cashier’s attitude wasn’t good.On Friday(Nov 15, 2019), is the 2nd time to go through such a bad experience. It displays the cost of the sale items but when we ring at the register it shows high price(this happened couple of times and I took it to the notice, to the same cashier who was checking me out), maybe this is the reason of her attitude. On Friday her attitude made me feel not to visit again to Hareli. She didn’t even greet me and she was not even friendly (she didn’t even utter a word, that wasn’t a good costumer service attitude). And she was literally throwing my stuff into the carry bag. She left the register immediately after ringing the last item.I shop at Hareli regularly, but not anymore.
Nice store, reasonable prices, lot of varieties!!
Chaat section was amazing. Freshly made samosas, variety of puffs, kachori, jilebi and jangri attracts Indians and everyone else too. Surrounds were good, taste is amazing, many options available. Good place for grocery shopping.
DO NOT buy ‘ADANI SPICES’ products from this store or any Indian grocery store. This brand will kill your health. This brands products are adulterated and highly chemically treated.
Vegetables are fresh, good collection of Indian items. They have decent snack bar with live panipuri stall. Also a good meat section.
**********************You Fu**ing Hareli Crew.I respect you to supporting Indian community for food and grocery. but you are making community spreed with Indian community. i strongly recommend you to close and give time to quarantine for Indian Community.**********************Jai Hind.**********************
Midweek deals are great! My kids like the tasty & Spicy Chat and his friendly conversation!!
Clean store but wrong attitudes. Quite understandable that new stores often run into operating glitches. But treating your customers like you are doing them a favor is unacceptable!Last evening, the cashier rung up an item we picked that did not have a price recorded in the system. There was no price label at the shelf. The cashier runs to the shelf to get a similar item of different brand, to use that price. Another lady walks over and fumbles at the register. She claims that she’s ‘giving’ the item to us at a lower price.Lady, if there’s no price for that item, how do you know the price you are charging is lower or higher? Also, there was a similar item of a different brand with a lower price, but you charge at par with the higher price brand! We would’ve walked off, with no issues at all. But the comment, “I’m giving this to you at a lower price” is just wrong & unacceptable, because your not & you are not doing us any favors.
This is how an Indian store should be run and operated. Very clean (yes!!!), plenty of parking outside, large store with easy to walk through isles (this is a thing of most Indian stores where you cant even walk through isles comfortably with your carts because they are so narrow as they maximize the shelf space), lots of variety, even organic legumes, extremely reasonable prices, always stocked, fresh produce, electronic receipt option, biodegradable bags(although they tear easily) and friendly staff. They also have a tiny to-go kitchen with a variety of snacks, sweets and rotis that you can buy at good prices. Finally at the end of the store they have halal meat market, which is clean, not smelly and has a separate entrance. I wish all Indian stores were run like this. When we moved out of the area, we really really missed this Indian store. Now here in Austin theres nothing like this store.
One of the best groceries stores I have been! We moved from NJ and let me tell you the grocery stores here literally pamper with so many options. Pros: Very spacious, neat looking, fresh vegetables, freshly made rotis and they have 24 mantra products which I couldnt find in couple other big grocery stores I visited here. Above all I love that they provide biodegradable grocery bags. I really appreciate that. I hope they can do something about the groceries that are packed in plastic bags as well. This will be my goto grocery store and I am very glad I dont have to make 20 minute trip anymore!
Very good indian store for groceries and indian snacks. Very nice pani puri stall.
I have been shopping here for years now and the service have been consistent. Their products are always excellent. Recommend.
I love doing my grocery shopping here. The place is clean, people are friendly and hot rotis available at a reasonable price. They even have a separate meat section and sell halal meat. This is our neighborhood ethnic Indian grocery store.
Nice Indian store with large range of grocery, veggies, many more... freshly made rotis, Pan.. they also have large parking area.
Best chaat and pani puri I ever had in US. Specially how nicely the person serve pani puri .
Good service, serves veg and non veg items both. Personally samosas are the best! Do try them here.
Good, Spacious and clean place. I went to buy a curry plant today. I like this place and we needed a store like this in this area, It is convenient from my house . I hope with the meat shop they will keep fish also in near future .
I think this is first grocery store to give great shopping experience. Even better than Sprouts or Kroger. Love shopping here.
One stop place for meat, vegetables, groceries, savories and bread n roti. Meat is so fresh and so tender. I found all parts of goat available for a reasonable price if you love goat meat.
Grocery store is good but togo food is not i took chicken biryani and it had a metal wire in the biryani it would have been dangerous if i would have swallowed it! These people should be very careful while cooking food .
Great store for Indian groceries - all kinds. Its pretty new, but very well organized and stocked for now.
Horrible customer service! Updating to 1 star from 5 stars given a year ago.
Fresh products and friendly staff. Always the best!
Great place to buy Indian groceries and competitive prices. If you like fresh vegetables then you should visit this store.People are friendly here at this place!
