I did not realize the impact of the pandemic on the car market and I was in need of a car pretty quickly.George Strong from Hendrick contacted me about the ID4 I was interested in and said I am in luck there was a cancellation and they have one in stock.He arranged a test drive, provided all the details on the new car, also provided me a loaner as the car was delayed by a couple of days (totally out of his control). I’ve been considering getting a new car for the last year and decided to look at Hendrick’s. Ricardo was very helpful and answered all of my questions. While I decided to wait until there are more cars in inventory to chose from, I will definitely go see Ricardo when I am ready to buy—hopefully, sooner than later!

I had my car towed there for fixing leaking and engine light on.They checked the light and found turbo problem. Any technician could find it as the light on, there was code. As for the leaking, they just guessed to blame the valve and replaced the valve with over $450 labor and $209 parts, total $720.11. This ended up not fixing the leaking problem. SO I went to another dealership, the technician quickly found the oil leak from timing cover and coolant water pump failure with minor coolant leak.//Update:Changed from 1 star to 5 stars.I received a call from the service director. Then we clarified the situation and he expressed Hendrick VW would like to improve my experience by correcting the fault. This gives me the impression that they really care about customer experience and there is a way to resolve issues between them and customers. Id like to express my experience was improved and I am glad seeing communications and actions on the way of improving customer experience.

I wish I could post the video🤷🏻‍♂️. Employee told me that my vehicle did not need oil to be moved around the lot on 100° day. I literally had to drive another car down the road to a Toyota dealership to buy a quart of oil then drive back and pour it in my Volkswagen as it sat in the Volkswagen dealership shop. I asked the mechanic for a quart of oil that I would pay for and they told me that it did not need oil when none was present in the engine. When I question the logic of running an engine without 0% oil the mechanic told me are you really going to question me I’m a mechanic. I’ll asked several different people politely to talk to a manager no manager could be found on site.

I originally listed this on Yelp. So if you’ve seen this before, I’m not a robot:I cant say enough good things about my most recent car buying experience at Hendrick Volkswagen. After reading several reviews here, I decided to show up and see if their inventory matched what they showed on their website. Strange times right now if you are looking for a less than 2 year old car with extremely low miles, which originally I was. I wanted a certified pre-owned vehicle, something similar to what I had bought my oldest daughter a little over two years ago. If you can find one, it will be priced nearly the same as a new one, so we took the new route and bought a base model Jetta S w/drivers assist package. Hendrick already upgrades their cars by adding: tinted windows with a lifetime guarantee, pin striping, door edge and cup guards. None of these items were added to the total sticker price. I had researched several other VW dealerships and they did not do this without adding optional costs.I mentioned I just showed up, and several posters here said to ask for George. So I did just that when first approached by a dealer representative, while looking at the Jetta selection, which did match their website! Another hard thing to find these days as well, inventories are still low decreased production during Covid. Anyway, George Strong came out and greeted me within 5 minutes. His business card says internet sales, but obviously he takes walk-ins as well. Normally we utilize the Costco program, so we would have met him, but the VW dealerships still dont have typical levels of inventory in this area to offer Costco pricing. George is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all things VW. Weve been a Honda driving family, 10 vehicles(3 company owned Pilots) in all since 1997, so VW was a new experience and I was out of my comfort zone. I will say this, I think much like Honda, VW the manufacturer does a great job of making it easy to understand what comes with each model from the base on up and what the prices differences are. Its not confusing and made it easy for me to follow Georges lead. We went over the entire vehicle and discussed every feature and then did a short test drive. I am a sales rep as well, and George treated me the way I believe I treat my customers. Friendly, never pushy, patient with multiple questions from me, and he really was there to educate me about the Jetta and VW in general. Also, the showroom and the entire Hendrick dealership is very modern and inviting. It was a cool place to hang out, and I will enjoy the waiting area when its time to service the vehicle. The entire process from start to delivery was painless. So, if you are in the Volkswagen market, Id highly recommend you visit Hendrick and ask for George!

I made an appointment online for service and came in the earliest as possible. I had my car serviced and belts replaced for having 110,000 miles on it. I like prefer this dealership much better then Irving because here theyre honest and straight forward. Joshua Frank provided exceptional customer service! They dont try to sell you service thats not needed. I also found a great coupon on their website which was 3% x age of vehicle. I would bring my car without a doubt if I ever have too. The only issue I had was I never received an email for my appointment. I had to email the dealership which responded back to me quickly that my appointment was in the system!

I worked with Ray and Mark on a 2022 Taos for my kid. Had the whole deal done via text and came in to sign the paperwork. Yes, I highly recommend Hendrick VW Fisco! Ricardo Bolanos was our contact and he went out if his way to help us find the vehicle that we wanted. We ended up buying a 2019 Mazda CX-5 in outstanding condition with only 20,000 miles. We had originally inquired about another CX-5 at another location. but he cautioned us that the vehicle was not as clean as the one we finally purchased. We had spoken with Ricky in the past, but was not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time. We looked at a new CX-5 at another dealership, but we ultimately walked away as we did not feel comfotable with the sales process. So when we contacted Ricky, it was a breadth of fresh air! In the future we will definitely touch base with him before we think about going anywhere else!

Just bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima from Ray R. @ Hendrick and I could not be more pleased! It was a lucky catch and found it early. Hendrick listed it a little early and it had to put it through their standard inspection process before they could even sell me the car. It took a couple of weeks to take delivery. There was a list of repairs and maintenance that had to be completed first and it did take longer than I would have expected for these things. Ray and Hendrick made up for the long service delivery with great communication in addition to handling a recall on my behalf. It was detailed and cleaned before I picked it up tonight. Might possibly be the cleanest and most well taken care of 2013 Altima in the metroplex right now. :)

Just got this golf a week ago at a used car dealership in Irving with very little service history (AS IS), so I booked an appointment today with Hendricks to at least make sure the oils changed/tires rotated/recall check.I can see why with the way the front plate is mounted its only a matter of time (see first picture) before someone can accidentally trip over it, so I let it go when I saw it when they got the car back to me.Once Im back home, I sat down to untie my shoes and saw that I got more than just a bent license plate (see picture 2) along with two nicks (from big steel toe boot?!)Maybe I am used to how other dealerships (not VW) give a quick briefing on the service done plus the typical upsell like changing the engine air filter when they come and get you in the waiting area.....But this is the first time I really have to ask the service advisor for those info and there wasnt even a next oil change service sticker attached to the top corner of the windshield like you typically would find elsewhere once I am in the vehicle....did they even change the oil?I should have trust my instinct and knew something was up when I saw another customer went outside to the service bay exterior window to check up on his vehicle....and indeed from my experience I can see that the service department staff were just trying to get me out of there to hide their damage as the bent license plate was not even mentioned at all whatsoever.Not sure if its because I mentioned their websites service special coupons to save a few bucks on the oil change/tire rotation so that took away the techs pay? I dont know, but I am sure not taking my car here anymore. Only reason why I drove 50 miles to this dealership was because they have the earliest appointment where every other VW dealerships in the metroplex are booked till 2nd week of August.Seems like that is the lesson here when it comes to car maintenance: always pay the full sticker price so you dont get a surprise from the tech and if you are in no rush to have something done to the vehicle, just go to the closest dealership. Or invest in a dash cam so if the damage is severe enough, you wont be in a situation where the dealership can deny your claim.

Really great dealership. Had a great experience not knowing what to expect, they went above and I was impressed. Les will be looking into a rare car for me, essentially a unicorn but Im confident. He is amazing, ask for him if you ever need an honest, straight forward person in the car biz.Update, we ended up finding our unicorn somewhere else but this dealership is the closest and is our home base.So far everyone in the service department is top notch. First VW for me so I have no idea what to expect but hopefully many trouble free miles.

Great honest people work here. I went in with my girlfriend to purchase a used car and there were no sneaky dealer fees thrown in.
