Great service desk and staff always willing to hear you. For appointment for 7:20 am and get there by 7:10 with huge line of cars in front of me. Guess what? By 7:20am I was already on the waiting room with my car processed and into the shop for the service. Wonderful experience on booking and service.
My experience with this dealership service department has been exceptionally poor. Took Civic in for recall and a possible flywheel issue. Got a repair bill 3 times the value of the car ! After not hearing anything from the dealership for 2 months, and filing legitimate compaints with the Better Business Bureau, Texas Attorney Generals Office and Honda Automobile Customer Service, I got a call from the Service Manager about working out a deal. He then went on a tirade about the complaints I submitted and said they were going to file for title of my car. Based on my experience, I am avoiding this dealership service deaprtment at all costs!

Joi Ford is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I grew up in the auto industry plus I’m in the industry myself and this was the BEST EXPERIENCE anyone could ever ask for! My fiancé just leased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback and I have to say thatJoi definitely knows her product! Joi delivered the car to our home with the vehicle already programmed the way my fiancé wanted it. All of her radio stations were programmed, the Krs configurations were exactly the way she wanted it, and it was thoroughly detailed inside and out. Joi arrived with the paperwork and the vehicle and the whole process took about 20 minutes and then she left with our trade. If I ever have a friend or if I know anybody who wants a Honda, please go see Joi Ford at David McDavid Honda of Frisco! She is definitely my go to person! Thank you Joi for the best experience ever!

In the past, I have had nothing but problems with this place! Today, that turned around 100! Rafael in the service dept. And Matt K. The service manager actually listened and treated me with courtesy and respect! Because of people like those guys, this made me choose to stay here!
Bought a used car there unfortunately when I got to the the title office there was a lien on the car. I had to pay to get a lien release and penalty for late. They are of no help in reimbursement of the fees. BEWARE of this place, you may not get proper response when dealing with them. Make sure to do your diligence when dealing withs crooks.

I got taken by these folks, you are better off going to Honda of Denton, they will make you a better deal, just ask for Ron Jackson and tell him I sent you. That way, he will know to give you the better deal up front.

Purchased my car here and always come back for service. Friendly staff, plenty of accommodations (free drinks, Wi-Fi, etc) and top notch work. Highly recommend.
The Summary: They failed to properly diagnose my car and still charged me over $100 for the diagnostic that they did perform (basically they were very confused and defensive). Some backstory here: My car was misfiring and driving poorly. After some trouble shooting by McDavid and them asking me If I did something to the car before this problem started., they finally said they thought I had an aftermarket flywheel/clutch and suggested that might be causing the problem. I asked how exactly a clutch would cause a misfire and they couldnt answer convincingly because they knew it was BS. After I refused to allow their exploratory diagnostic to continue (would have been over $500 to just look at clutch and $2000 to replace - inc flywheel), I took the car home and after some Google searching, found the problem and repaired it myself (Hint it was only $50 for part). FYI, I am not a trained auto technician, but I am a Computer Programmer, so I guess my trouble shooting skills and common sense have bested their shop foreman at diagnostics. They have failed to contact me to offer any sort of compensation for my bad experience so needless to say I will never take any of my cars to them again (except for warranty work). Also, I have had the car for only 4 years (bought it used) and it has the same clutch setup as today with no issues until recently, which they also knew because I told them and they also pulled a CarFax report on it as well and could verify my timeline.
