Ok, so I had some problems with the pricing of an item but target customer service and employees were so kind and generous with their time I was truly impressed. They explained and assisted me and treated me like family. I am in awe of your customer service. Target employees have an amazing helpful personality that shines through and is very contagious. I trust your company completely when it comes to customer service, you are a step above the rest. Thank you all (company and employees representing your company) for a lovely, happy, positive experience.
I love Target! But I want to say that Anita is the best! When I go to the self checkout She is always helping people, asking if everything is ok, if you need help with the app or something, she is a really good employee!! Hope she stays working there for long time!

You declined my Target card. You cancelled my card because I havent used it in a year. You damaged my credit for no good reason. I will not be shopping at Target again! Customer service said can reapply. No thank you.. You guys already damaged my credit. Shame on you!

My husband and I went in today, Thursday, to shop for clothes and a few odds and ends. Toward the end of shopping, I noticed a small sign in the clearance section stating that dressing rooms are closed Monday-Thursday for vaccination appointments. This sign is not posted in the front, didnt find one anywhere else and no information about this on the web. There was not a single person in the dressing area getting vaccinated. We did speak to the manager, confirmed there were no appointments, but still unable to use the dressing room nor would we be permitted to use the restroom to try on clothes. If Target wants to shut down changing rooms for the majority of the week, for non existent vaccine appointments, they need to make it readily available that you cannot use their dressing rooms and not to spend over an hour choosing clothes you cannot try on. The manager did inform us that they have a generous returns policy. I guess its less chance of contamination to allow people to take the clothes home, try them on, keep at their house then return them to the store to be restocked.
Customer service is always on point in this Target. Porsha was SO helpful and patient. Our manufacturer coupons were not working. But she made it happen! Kudos for excellent customer service!!!! Thank you Porsha!!!!

The best drive up! They are in and out in like 5 minutes. Ryan is the best too. He always remembers us and asks how we are doing. All of the people working the drove up are on top of it. Sometimes they are out there with my order before I can even park! Considering I have to wait at the other Frisco location for 30 minutes every time, I will wait sometimes for the items to come in stock. The other location is so slow and waiting for 30 minutes is when this location can do it faster is unacceptable. These workers need to train the other locations on how to get it done
Simin was AWESOME! She truly was a great listener, communicator, and quick check out experience. I know many people do not complete surveys for the employees at Target that come to work and give 110% every day. This is to recognize Simin for her amazing work as a worker.

Always a great selection of products and services. The app is super simple and easy to use. I love the drive up process to pick up my order. Once I arrived my order was quickly brought to my car and I was on my way. I know it took less than 5 minutes from when I parked to when I was driving off.

Great collection. I bought all my baby products from this store. I used few of my items on target app and it is very user friendly. Also i applied for Red card which you get instant 5% discount. Very useful.

This target is always, and I’m talking every single time I visit, low/out of stock of several items I shop for. If you just walk around the store, you’ll see empty shelves and there aren’t any employees around bothering to restock these empty shelves. If you can’t find something or have a question, good luck finding someone that works there and if you do, in my experience they have not been very helpful.
This Target is always well organized and clean. The managers are very professional and courteous responding to all questions and concerns. Im always happy to shop here. A+

Went to target for a curbside pickup. Let them know on the app that I was on the way and let them know I was there when I was pulling in the parking lot. The guy was out with my stuff before I had finished parking. Probably the fastest and smoothest pick up Ive done!

The reason I ended up getting the products at Target was because of the 20% off coupons for all three of the products I was purchasing. I was going to get a lesser quality of all three items at a different store but when I did the comparison I was only paying $10 more for much higher quality products at Target than at the other store.
The return process was the easiest of any place I have visited. Staff is also helpful and friendly.
Store management and stock assistance by store team Yes especially about counter Team member executive who assisted me SIMIN she is awesome and has helped as quick as possible with best welcome greetings and asking me if I find everything ok or if needed she can help me find if anything that I missed, even ahead of me one customer was completing her grocery and SIMIN has helped her too. Very few counter team members I have interacted like SIMIN at grocery stores or convenience stores. I would really love to recommend for her growth at work place and wish for best of luck
I love shopping at target, what I don’t like is how they don’t enforce people to wear masks. I went over the weekend and it was CRAZY busy and I seen a lot of people walking around without masks. I asked an employee about it and she said she can offer them masks but won’t guarantee they’ll take it. I told her her managers should do a better job at handling those types of situations it’s 2021 cmon.
Great store but avoid buying avocados. I had a stomach ache and was sick for 3 days.

1.23.2021 - Evening drive up pickup and they were BUSY! I waited patiently...whats the rush? WERE IN A PANDEMIC! Ryan brought me my order. He complimented me on being so patient as other people cursed him out for the wait. It was missing one item (mind you if Id driven off without checking, that would have been a headache to discover a missing item while at home). I got Ryans attn. He told me hed fix it right away...maybe 10 more mins waiting. No problem I told him. I set a timer...he was back in 5min with not just the rest of my order, but with other drive-up customers orders also.I told him Heeyyyy, youre the man! He laughed and hustled over to serve others.WERE IN A PANDEMIC AMERICA. These employees are doing us a SERVICE.Patience is a virtue. Share it with your retail workers at your local retail stores. THEY HAVE STOCKED, SHOPPED, DELIVERED, CHECKED OUT AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS for all of us.Be kind to one another.Give them - a break.

I saw multiple walking around with no masks on and many Target workers do nothing about it. I was very disappointed with the lack of care with our current situation. In fact a women without a mask stopped a Target worker to ask him a question back by the paper plates and he not once asked her to put a mask on or seemed concerned.
This target used to be the best but the past few months, everything that I’ve tended to need has been out of stock. Hand soap, bathroom cleaner, pillows, rubbing alcohol, and a lot of other things have been very hard to find. I’ve even tried going in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings consecutively for the past week and still nothing. I understand that because of COVID, things aren’t as efficient as before and I also understand the whole truck ordeal, but it’s still frustrating. Anyways that was my little rant, but other than that the employees are nice and helpful and the product that is in stock is something I will always be satisfied with!
Location, variety of merchandize, and long open hours, so I can come at night 8pm or 9pm.

I ordered online for pick up. My card was charged and I received a confirmation order to come pick up at this location. I get to the location the lady tells me the order isn’t ready yet and to wait for a confirmation. I waited ALL DAY and came back an hour prior to closing. The person in customer service stated he didn’t see my order. I showed him the confirmation and even showed him the charge to my card. He called Target.com and they told him the order number that was sent to me was for an order from last year and in someone else’s name. The guy at the store called someone above him to assist and they just told him to contact the call center again. Still no resolution.. my money is gone and I still don’t have any of my items. I expect this from Walmart not Target.
Your mask mandate is ridiculous. Its time to end it and let people choose for themselves. Especially in a state that no longer has a mask mandate in place.
Great selection good prices
Please be aware of USE BY and BEST BY dates from this location. We purchased baby formula and saw after purchase and USE that it was three months expired. Care and awareness should be taken by employees stocking shelves. I have made both Target and Similac aware, but I want other parents to take note and unfortunately police and double check the products you purchase for your babies. This has happened with other merchandise and products from this location and I haven’t complained, but when it is with a baby item I have no choice. A child could get seriously ill. We are lucky and now aware that even a high price, high turn over items needs to be double checked for safety and expiration. We love Target but will drive to another location to avoid these issues moving forward.
Quality of products
Go in to purchase a few items and I don’t have my wallet on me, left it at work, have a picture of the card front and back. I then ask if you guys can manually insert the card number and I can provide proof of ownership. They tell me no we can’t do that? How inconvenient is that? I work at a car dealership and we even let customers insert their card info manually no matter the price of the repair bill, which can be thousands of dollars. What a waste of time and super inconvenient.

Goodness idk who the name was but the greeter who had the maroon mask and was blonde made my experience so enjoyable. She greeted me on the way in and on the way out and was so joyful I literally had a change in mood. Target plz let her know she made my night better.
Terrible service items marked wrong threw third vendor mistake and not honored on the price they were set at. Called corporate office and complained looks like ill be adding target to my list of never to do business with ever again. Come to my place of business and the price would have been honored customers come first. Was given no explanation by any member of management and the lady behind the counter was rude and took the product out of my hands and put it behind the counter.

WARNING!!! Do NOT do Same Day Delivery!!!! I placed a grocery order for $448. Target placed an “authorization hold” on my bank account for $550. That’s fine. I was expecting that. My groceries were delivered and I was charged the $448 for my grocery bill PLUS the $550 hold. When I called about Target charging me $1000 for groceries they advised me that the hold will drop off in 30 DAYS!!! I was not warned about this. I was not told this would happen or that this was a possibility. In the middle of a pandemic Target/Shipt are holding and EXTRA $550 of my money hostage because I did business with them online. Buyer BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! No one can afford that right now! No one! Shame on you Target. You’ve lost my business for life.

I attempted to go to this store on Wednesday June 10. I went in the first hour as I have done as I am considered vulnerable. I have asthma and am triggered by upper respiratory infections. I typically go to the Target on Eldorado about once a month with no issues. The young man would not let me in because I am not 65. There are other issues that make you vulnerable besides age. I was so upset, that people don’t understand what makes a person vulnerable to this illness. I will NOT shop at Target again.
This is the Target nearest to home, and I love it! The employees are very nice and helpful and the check out lines are usually quick. Sometimes they are out of items that I need such as home items or certain baking items, and Ive found that other Targets have more selection in their clothes and shoes. Would still highly recommend for anyone to come here!

I am an avid shopper (I even have the red card) and today I experienced what was not only one of the worst experiences I’ve ever head at a retail store, but also not what I would ever expect from management at a place like target.The store manager (they called him the AP) named Mike was downright everything I would not ever expect target to be like.I went to checkout looking to price match an item. I showed the cashier my live proof by pulling up the price of the item I was looking to price match and she said she couldn’t honor it because it was “too much of a discount”. I said I understood, I also thought it was an exceptional deal and said it was okay for her to ask her manager if she needed to.Mind you, when I found the deal I looked up the price match policy to make sure this was something I could ask for before doing so. Everything was in compliance.When the manager named Mike came over he said he could not price match because “that’s too much of a discount”. I tried handing him my phone and showing him on my phone that I was actively showing him proof that the price match existed (it wasn’t a screenshot or a screen recording or anything of the sort), and he said “I don’t care what you show me. I’m not going to price match”. I asked him why and he said “because I’m not. It’s too much of a discount”.I told him I was happy to call corporate so they could help us clear that out, as his reasoning was not one that fell under their price match policy. He said “I don’t care who you call. I’m not giving you that price.”This entire time I tried to prove to him that I had no tricks up my sleeve by attempting to show him the proof, which he continuously ignored. I even told him to look up the price that I was trying to price match and all he did was scan the item with his own Target scanner and said “yep. This is the price. If you want this item, this is what you’ll have to pay.”At this point he was not only standing fairly close to me (albeit wearing masks, but about 1.5 feet away) he had also started to raise his voice at me.I said to him “I am not being rude to you, at all. There is no reason for you to be so rude to me.”To which he responded with “I am not being rude. You’re just wasting your time and I don want you to waste your time.”He also said “I also have every right to deny any price match that is requested.”I told him I didn’t see that in the price match policy and he said “yes we can.”I ended up still purchasing the item as it was also on sale there just not for nearly the discount I’d found online. I did, however, also call corporate who not only resolved my price match inquiry but also agreed that the way he had acted and treated me had been completely uncalled for.You might ask why I made such a hassle of making this price match, after all, don’t we all hate “those type of customers”?Believe me, I have never done anything like this before but it was certainly because I have never ever ever been treated in the way that Mike, the manager that others are supposed to look up to, did.I have worked corporate for companies such as Nordstrom and large law firms in the metroplex, all which pride themselves in the level of customer service we provide, and I’d never imagined myself in this situation. I was genuinely made very upset by being treated that way.I dare say I’ve been treated FAR better at my local Walmart.I don’t think I will be shopping at this target again. The target on Eldorado, Frisco North, has ALWAYS over exceeded my expectations. Drive a little further and go there.I hope, for Targets sake, that they get better management members. Or that the employees at Target know that is not the way to treat anyone, regardless of where you are.

I don’t live in Frisco, but I was teaching in the area, and figured I’d run a quick Target errand since the store was close by. I never imagined having a review-worthy experience. The girl at the returns counter (I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name) looked sharp from head to toe and was just the funniest kid. She had me in such a good mood that I figured I’d swing by the glasses section, since I was in the store anyway and it’s getting close to vision-check time. I figured I’d try on a few frames. There was a very helpful young man in there who went over a few options with me. However the star here was Lynn (hope I spelled that right). She was helping a large family, all of whom needed to pick out glasses. She was so patient and friendly, giving her honest opinion and helping them understand their insurance. Her energy was so special that I just had to get a hug from her. Like I said earlier, I don’t live around here, but I’m coming back up here to get my glasses. Target, take note.
Target always has what I need and extras that Im not even looking for. Employees are always happy to help you when you need them. The stores are always clean and well lit. And I love Cartwheel. It has saved me over $1804! Whats not to love about Target?!!
I left something super important there at the Starbucks and I probably called 5 times to different departments and they were all willing to help! No one could find it but eventually the next day it turned up, someone had put it in a secure location! Thank you so much for find that for me!
This is my favorite Target close to home. Recently, I feel as though they have really put forth an extra effort in customer service. The employees greet you out on the floor and several have even directed me to shorter checkout lines. Yesterday, my sweet cashier reminded me to use my Target App which saved my 6 year old $3 when she bought herself a new toy (all by herself with her own $). Then, when I checked out the cashier noticed I had missed adding an ad item to my Target Wallet & saved me and extr $6. You can bet, with customer service like this, we will be back very soon!
Kudos to Target for their service to seniors and other vulnerable customers by having an hour two days a week for these customers, Ive been there twice and each time everything was clean, staff was amazing, and their efforts to assure that carts, etc. were sanitized frequently helped me feel comfortable and protected as much as possible.
The state mandate to wear masks is over yet Target still requires you to wear a face mask. So until that policy changes I will no longer shop at Target.
A great place for grocery shopping and get baby stuff (diapers, formula, etc.). Especially, drive up function is awesome. The order could be ready within 30 mins, and when you pull up your car, the staff will get your order to your car. Very convenient and saving time, huge help for working mom.

I trust their produce and meat does not sit out in the front by registers waiting to be put back. I also like being able to catch sales and discounts on the Target app, including discounts on Starbucks drinks. I never came across a rude employee, theyre always willing to help.
This Target has a very nice layout, and has about all the bases covered. From food and groceries, to clothes for everyone from the baby, to mom and dad, to even lawn care and electronics, toys, and even a pharmacy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you ask something that a staff member doesnt know, they are sure to direct you to someone who does. This store is also very well kept and clean.

Overall, this is a very clean store with friendly employees. The pharmacy personnel are efficient and gladly answer any questions you may have. Even the cashiers are cheerful!My issue with this particular store is that their produce department isnt the best. Ive made visits where the only onions out were moldy, the selection of a fruit or vegetable was very picked through, or something didnt appear fresh enough for me to purchase. Just this week I bought broccoli only to come home and find it was getting soft and needed to be steamed ASAP.So go, and enjoy all the fun products and great deals Target has to offer- just double check the produce!
