Fast Signs did everything right for me. They provided a quote by email and then when I walked into the store was greeted and we discussed the project(s) further. I received an approval PDF within a day or two and asked for some changes and provided more information. The second proof was accepted and the product was done within a day or two. A second more complex product went about the same way but the final product took maybe two days longer but was more than twice the work too. Kevin runs the place and he is very customer focused. I like it that this guy is dedicated to making the customer happy and think others will have the same experience. And the product quality...……..it was really great.

And finally upon making complaint to bbb and corporate you instead of fixing issue and installing correct sign with original price paid, offered me to pay more money. NO EXCUSE.
