The team went above and beyond to trouble-shoot the lack of power between the timer and the sign. The only issue was that a portion of the sign was installed at the wrong orientation. I dont blame them for that, I missed it myself. I called the next business day and the crew was out that day to fix it. Sign looks great, very satisfied.

Im starting a new business, and had very specific signage requirements. She met those requirements, and made my signs look great too. Ignore the 1 star reviews, seems it was customer incompetence....I have ordered the magnetic signs within the last 4 months, use them on commercial construction equipment, goes in an out of mud, water, brush, etc... an as with any magnetic sign its common sense to apply it to a clean surface... mine stick like glue...an dont blame a flat tire on a sign company, seems petty...as far as answering phones I always speak with Nicole, shes prompt, sincere, an thorough in what she does, I recommend her to everyone!signarama of Frisco is an awesome place to get your sign needs done,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Luke TalleyTerradyne Group LLC

I havent even received our order yet but I have been so impressed with this company that I decided to go ahead and leave a review. Gabriel has been extremely prompt in his email communication with me and his customer service is outstanding. Beyond that, the proof they sent to me for design approval was great! I sent a Word document to them with a general idea of what I wanted our yard signs to look like and they improved upon it dramatically. I cant wait to see the end result, and will definitely use and recommend Signarama Frisco going forward.**UPDATE**I received an email from Gabriel saying our order, which was for 100 yard signs, was ready in LESS than 24 hours from the time I sent approval to them! I have used sign-a-rama for about 13 years. I recently went to them to have some company lettering but on my new Tesla. Obviously with this type of vehicle I wanted to make sure the work was crisp clear and very professional looking. They did that and more. The day that I went in to have the lettering installed, it was cold and raining. They brought my vehicle inside the shop, warmed it up, dried it off and applied the lettering. then warmed up the lettering up again so it to secure itself to the vehicle. Great job by all and a great business for Frisco!

It was less than lousy the waiting time for my decal was ridiculous over priced cheap decal they didnt even have change to give me so they ended up owing me money why would I pay 4 something I can get at the flea market on the same day and not wait 3 weeks for one decal
