Love this store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I brought my 26 yo nephew from France in to buy a hat. I unleashed a kid into a candy store. He had a hay day. After a bizillion questions, 2 hours, and 15 hats later, he made a selection. The staff was absolutely phenomenal!! They took the time to answer his questions, address his concerns, get him fitted properly and make necessary adjustments. I actually pitied the staff, but never once a grumble or eyeball roll. I brought him here because my husband has purchased from Boot Barn since the 90s. Hats off to the staff!! Thank you for stellar customer service and going beyond!!

Went in to exchange a pair of boots due to incorrect sizing.. Unfortunately I did not have the reciept because they were a gift. Staff at this location made it impossible for the exchange to occur and even questioned if I had actually purchased them at their store chain. This wasnt a pleasant feeling after having spent close to $200 at your store on boots.. As a store, your packaging should prove your product is purchased from your store instead of questioning your customers. Needless to say I wont be doing any business at this location. Once I get my exchange completed I wont be returning to this chain store again because of the bad customer service.In addition, boots at this location were disorganized and difficult to search through. Sizing, make, model and type were all mixed up. I could have done without visiting this store as it was a waste of time and not worth the accusatory demeanor.

This was our first visit to the store as well as first time purchase for boots and western style clothing. The collection of male boots was awesome along with the work boots. We feel there could be little more in women section for boots. Hats were all good but we wish if there could be some in lower price range as well. The staff was very friendly and informative. we were quite happy with the experience and shopped more than what we planned for.

Awesome team up here! The helpfulness of the staff was something to remember. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. They send you a promo email and discounts right off the bat. Store is nice and clean and has a good amount of merchandise selection. I will be returning to this location as I find myself in the area.

Good selection, ok prices, poor customer service. I was in the store for about 15 minutes to look at boots and jeans.. NO ONE greeted me. There were a couple of employees who were within a 4-8 feet of me yet they failed to offer assistance. One guy was stocking boots and walked by me 3 times and never once asked if I needed help. I did find a pair of boots that I thought about buying but after no acknowledgement, it obvious they didnt want my business.

I ordered a hat online and was going to pick it up in person. Later on, I get an email stating my perfect is “ready for pickup”. So naturally, I drive to Frisco to pick up my order. The reason I ordered said hat from the Frisco location is because the website claimed the Frisco store had my size in stock. I arrived at the store and approached the checkout counter where I explained that I ordered a hat online and I got an email stating that it was ready for pickup. The checkout girl said she’d go look in the back for it and asked my name. She didn’t ask for the order number, the hat size, nope, just my name. She goes to the back and does not find my order and tells me they don’t seem to have my order. No double checking the order number, just “sorry, I can’t find it and “we may not have it in just yet.” Which makes no sense, because why would a store email me stating they have my order ready for pickup, if it’s not even there? I didn’t want to be rude or make things difficult, even though I’m the one inconvenienced by driving to the next county only to turn around empty handed. Clearly this location has no clue what they’re doing so I’m DEFINITELY going to avoid this store like a plague and I strongly suggest you all do too. This place is CLUELESS!

Its easy to have good customer service on the front end of a transaction, but when something goes wrong(Not Boot Barn, but a boot manufacturer) these guys stand out. I have been shopping at Cavenders for over a decade and I have happily switch my business over to Boot Barn. Thank you for taking great care of my needs.

I really hate to say anything not so good about staff of any store but my experience wasn’t that great. It was like you’re not welcome here kind of thing. I’m not saying that everyone has a bad experience and will have bad experience but I’m just sharing my personal experience what happened and what I observed there. But if you ask me about products I’ll boot barns but next time I’ll stick to my home store. :)

This is a good store to shop for western apparel and accessories. We shop here quite often. I really like to catch their sales. They will have clearance items to purchase for by one get one half off. You can save a lot of money at the sales.

This boot barn is huge. The store is super clean too. The employee named Lexi that was helping my wife with jeans was amazing. Lexi went completely put of her way to find my wife pants that she thought my wife would want. Lexi was super quick to find the sizes my wife needed too. This store didnt have some of the sizes my wife needed so Lexi brought over a tablet and was ready to help my wife look through the on-line store to find her more jeans. Great kudos to Lexi.

Lots and lots of western style fixins in this store. They can outfit you from head to toe. Only problem is they dont stock everything available on their website. But at least you can return the online purchases to the store if you doesnt fulfill your c/w dreams and desires. Friendly folk working here too!

They are usually pretty slow at this location. Western wear is usually overpriced so their prices are average for the industry. They offer a pretty good selection of western wear for men, women, and children.

This is a nice place i guess. it has many options for boots and hats. it has absolutely horrendous options for clothing, unfortunately. i would recommend coming here for hats, as i think that is the best thing they sell here. we got a hat for my cousin from minnesota

First time there, real nice selection of boots, staff was helpful. But I absolutely can not stand being asked at checkout who helped me, and to go do the review online and rate their performance, etc. So that kind of turned me off... leaves me annoyed as the last thing I remember while I leave the store.

Pricing seems to be a huge problem at this store just from reading other reviews. I also have pricing issues with the store. For a couple of months the store offered about 9 circular racks of shirts discounted. There were signs on each rack stating up to 50% off. I got some decent buys at that time even through items did not ring up as priced or advertised. About 4 weeks ago they changed all the signs to now read $9.99 on all of the same racks. The problem is that all of these same shirts that were up to 50% off are now at full price. There is not a single shirt on the 9 racks at $9.99. A store has the right to charge any price they want. Why though try to lure a customer over with false advertising? I asked a girl up front if she knew the signs dont match actual pricing. She explained that the T-shirts are at the $9.99 price. I explained that I did not see any T-shirts. She said they were on another rack without any sign. I also explain that every rack with the $9.99 sign holds button down collared shirts. I will have a manager check it out when he comes in she said. I have been back 2 times over the past 3 weeks. Its still the same. Its clear the management here thinks customers are idiots and they treat you that way as well. Sell your shirts at any price you want, but please have signage and pricing accurate. They waste peoples time. I am positive they are losing sales and customers.

First time to shop at this location and I LOVED it! They have the BEST selection of boots, clothes and accessories. Not to mention the most friendly and helpful employees. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find this, when I have shopped at the location in Euless I have NOT had the same experience. I had spoke to a Manager and requested him to search out a pair of specific Elephant hide boots. NEVER heard back from him. Then this past Sunday when I was there shopping and checking out one employee interrupted another while she ringing me out, causing her to mess up the process. That is SO disrespectful to her fellow coworker and most of all to me, the customer. I have found my Boot Barn home and it is the FRISCO location. Thank you Kellie and Im sorry, I forgot to ask the sweet man who was talking to me in the boot sections name, but yall rock!! This is now my location for shopping and spending my money. SO glad I stopped by, I will be seeing MUCH more of you. =D

Back to return a $65 flannel lined shirt. Made in a 3rd world country so it wasnt made for an American to wear. Getting ridiculous to find clothes made in the USA for US citizens . Cody James clothes just dont fit cowboys in Texas!

We got both of my boyfriends boots here, beautiful boots, prices were normal (they’re expensive no matter where you go). Only negative thing is that your reward points expire which I was unaware of... i was never told that information so I missed out on what would have been a great discount. Also, i wish they had more of a selection in men’s sizes 14-15. Other than that great customer service.

This place should be called Dead Barn. Took my Father to look for a pair of boots. That was it, we looked while sales associate after sales associate looked at us like we had the plague. Zero help from no one. Maybe everyone there was raised in a barn. Absolutely ridiculous. Weird to feel unwelcomed where youre supposed to be spending money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It was a decent selection. I thought it was more similar to a Sheplers than it seemed, but it was fine. I see they normally have great service, but no one said a peep when I walked in, no one came to help when I was looking through boot sizes, and no one paid me any mind when I walked back out. Im sure the people were nice but it was weird having no one approach me.

Had an excellent experience at Boot Barn in Frisco. Two or three salespeople helped me find some beautiful Lucchese boots at an amazing price. They fit perfectly and feel as good on my feet as my running shoes! I also bought the cedar boot trees and exotic leather conditioner. Am looking forward to visiting Boot Barn again soon.

No one offered to help the whole time we were there looking for jeans. Finally, picked out jeans from the sale rack that had a marked down price. They wouldn’t honor the price saying someone accidentally placed them there. Even though it was written in marker. On top of that they wouldn’t take an online coupon. No impressed. Waiting for it to change names once again.

This was my 2nd time at this store and both time I have received extremely poor cashier service. I figured maybe the 1st time the cashier was tired or maybe having a bad day, so I went back today hoping for a better experience. But yet again another negative experience. So lesson learned, not going back!On a positive note the gentlemen who helped pick my 1st pair of boots were awesome. Maybe they can enlighten the cashiers on proper customer service etiquette.

Went in wanting to buy a new pair of boots. No one asked if I needed help, I couldn’t decide what pair I wanted so I went and got a headband, went to pay and literally stood there until the girl behind the counter finished her conversation with her coworker. Not impressed with the customer service, if you’re going to charge more than your competition, at least give better service. Went to Cavender’s and bought my boots there.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this store unless you absolutely must. Had a very weird experience here getting some things for me my husband and our daughter while we were in town for the holidays. First of all the store is badly organized, its hard to tell if you’re browsing a bargain rack or just a regular rack since there’s no order to anything, and good luck finding your size if you see anything you like. Staff keeps walking by you asking if you need help without waiting for an answer. I found a hat I wanted in a bin full of other random items (not a bargain bin just a bin in the workwear section). The hat was full of lint so I asked the cashier if they had a brush to clean it before I brought it and she met me with an eye roll. It then showed they didn’t know how to ring it up because there was no price tag on it. Another person was called and he said it was part of a set, again nobody in the store seemed to be able to figure out how to sell it to me without a price tag. They should just have offered me a price, instead they insisted I had to buy the whole set which nobody knew were it was. When we finally had a guy ringing us up for some reason it was so slow (couldn’t scan any of our items) he suggested we just use the restroom while he finished. By now we had spent about 15 minutes just trying to pay and leave the store. When we got back from the restroom our items were already packed in a bag and we again had to for someone to come and help us pay. When we got home and looked through the bag one item on our receipt was missing. When my husband called and said they had forgotten to put it in the bag he was met by “the guy checking you out says he put it in the bag”. 10 minutes later we got a call back saying they had found it “in a drawer”. No apologies or anything. We had to go back to the store one more time to pick it up. Once there my husband had to wait another 10 min while the cashier discussed beard trimming with a customer. Most definitely the last time we will spend our money there!

Dont waste your time here. Much better Western wear store when it was Sheplers. At least they knew what Customer Service was. Very disappointing store.

Boot Barn is a good place to find boots, they have a huge selection. Boots are expensive in general, so the prices are comparable to other places that sell boots. There is Western style clothing here including belt buckles, belts, hats, jeans, and shirts. There are work clothes here too.
