Five Below has always been a great partner with the Texas State Guard Toy Drive for area childrens hospitals.

This is our first tym visit to this store..They have stuff for every age group. we bought 2 yoga mats & other stuff.. yoga mats are awesome. We loved them. Will visit this store again for sure👍

I love 5 Below. Its a fantastic (and cheap) outing with my grandkids. And they always have new and fun stuff in inventory. Id recommend 5 Below to just about anybody.

Great store for the person who isnt a millionaire. Many different things for all ages young and old. I believe the highest price I seen was $15.00. Although I do remember when this chain of stores opened, they were actually 5 Below. Like the name says there wasnt anything in the store over $5.00. Its ok though many stores have done that, for example the Dollar Store.

I hated the layout of this particular five below, it did not make sense and the sales floor felt small and cramped. Got three giftbags, all their handles broke, when I put the present, which was a box of slippers, so it is pretty light, which is funny, because I paid more at this location, when I could have gone across the parking lot and gone to Dollar Tree and their selection of giftbags could have held steady than these $2 to $2.50 bags. The valentines selection was good, I really love the little picture frame, too cute. I think this location can improve, especially with everything around this shopping area.

Love this location, the employees are always courteous ! Everytime I go into the establishment I find goodies that suits my needs. Also I like the fact that there are no self check outs, ppl need jobs and this location is providing an opportunity to employ workers to assist in the customers purchasing process. Customer service like back in the old days. I love it ! Hats off to the Frisco location 🎉

I constantly run contests to boost my teams morale; so I love going here to grab little gifts for my associates..i find the nicest little things here and there; keep in mind the price of goods dont buy headphones expecting all day enjoyment lol...my only issue honestly is the not always friendly or helpful staff. Other than that great place to shop!

Cant go wrong with 5 below. We bought party favors and got some cute Frozen tshirts for $5. Some items I can find cheaper elsewhere but the variety you cant beat.

Im a Special Education teacher and the best add-ons for my ELAR lessons come from 5 Below. For example, for early finishers, there is 300 or 400 Writing Prompts, Write the Poem, and Complete the story. To get studentsthinking about writing, I use 300 Ways to Begin Writing a Wonderful Story. This book has writing situations for every occasion. For my more experienced writers or students that want to go deeper within, the journals are a life saver. I also got some pillows, throws, clip on battery operated lights, and other items to fix up my reading nook to make it cozy. Added some aromatherapy, (also from 5 Below), and students have the perfect area to sit with a good read. Most of my holiday and birthday present shopping is done at 5 Below. I also got fitness gear and journals to keep track of this journey too. I LOVE THIS PLACE?!!

This place is our go-to for most party favors and this time around we had a mammoth job on hand . Getting gifts for 24 kids !Mamie at the store was super duper helpful in guiding us on the options for the boys and the girls and also making sure she called other stores to check on availability of specific items. She is an angel !Once we were all ready to go, she went out of the way to speed up our checkout process and did all this keeping the lovely smile intact !Mamie is the reason we still go to a Brick and Mortar store, as the human connect and customer delight is still living thanks to her !She definitely is an asset to the Frisco TX store !!Well be back !!!

I was really surprised! This was my first time visiting this location and the vibe was great. The music and layout made a good ambiance, and it truly is like the $5 version of the dollar store. Great for small gifts or basic items.

Purchased 2 different sports type bottles for water from 5 below. The first one i got home and immediately noticed it was broken in the nozzle that you put to your mouth. They gave me a replacement and that one Just broke one week later. The plastic handle snapped. Disappointing to say the least.

I found Packs of 3 disposable masks available for $3 great to keep in your purse/car as a back up now that are mandatory.

Well what can you really say about this place theyre live out pretty much says it all five and below. One thing I will say I dont agree on everything being $5 in there or should I say most of the things then again you get what you pay for downtown and theyre expecting to get something thats going to last long and be very nice especially if youre only spending $5 or less other than that its fun just to shop and get a few things but it adds up really quick!

Not a good experience today 2/16/20, I was not greeted by the cashier, and the conversation he was having with another cashier was out of line. They were making fun of another employees accent and saying they hate the way she talks. Thats not a conversation that should have taken place in front of customers. He didnt even saying thank you or have a nice day. Bad customer service.

Great customer service and great selection of things. My downside to the store, was that there was a lot of products and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff been working really hard to organize, but they cant keep up. It was really hard to walk around, because there were a lot of things all over the floor and over stuffed shelves.

Some shelves were empty and personnel didn’t even say hello 👋

Quality stuff at lower prices. This place is great for presents for kids and adults. They have a great selection of electronic accessories like phone chargers, mounts, screen protectors, bluetooth headsets/speakers, etc. They also have plenty of board games, toys, gag gifts, and candies. I shop here first when I need some electronic accessories as they are usually cheaper than amazon.

Nice selection. I bought a travel pillow that feels like memory foam for only 5$ also Bluetooth headphones for $5 regularly more then $20 at Walmart. Every city should have a 5 Below. Where I use to live $tree was the best dollar store around. At 5 Below you can get board games and dresses for $5 or less.

Went with my family one Sat and we loved it so I decided to go again the following week.Went there by myself on lunch break on afternoon and got the worst customer service experience ever. Almost made me cry. Was not welcome at all, when I went to check out she was throwing my things in the bag, snatch my card out of my hand. I kind of felt like If I wanted this kind of service I would of went to Wal-Mart.
