Curbside pickup BEWARE!!!Where do I begin? Lets start with the positives about this location. The store is clean and organized, something that you dont always see at Party City. None of the workers had on mask, there is no mask requirement for this location. There were two registers open during my visit.As for my personal experience, it was horrible.I have years of customer service experience and I understand the value of a customer and their dollar.I sat in the curbside pickup for over 45 minutes to pickup a costume the night before. No one came out for curbside pickup. There are two numbers notated to call. There are different directions on how to contact the store about your pickup on the store window (see pictures posted). The window says dial 0 but the 214 number says dial 3.After a call for my order while parked I waited another 10 or so minutes. With concern, I had made my way into the store. I had counted 6 employees: 2 on the register 1 blowing up balloons and 3 on the aisles stocking. I waited another 15 mins for someone to take time to help me and go get my order. Once I received my order that was not bagged, I looked to check if all the parts were there, they werent so I went back into the store. Told the clerk at the register that I was missing a mask to my costume ordered. Waited again, while I waited the 2 on the register and the 1 ballooning called for James on the walkie talkie asking for assistantance for a customer. While I waited, I stood on the side of the counter and watched James stocking and fumble about on the aisle with his merchandise with no cares in the world, no urgency to help a customer in need. Another 15-18 minutes still no help. The lady blowing balloons takes notice helps one of the clerks at the register do a price check for a customer checking out. I was still just standing there watching merchandise being stocked by 3 other individuals including James.FINALLY the balloon lady ask what my costume id# was then disappeared. She came back with a mask that looked damaged on the side, said sorry and walked away.I was hurt, disappointed, and disgusted by how I had been treated as a long time customer.I didnt argue about the damaged mask(see picture posted). I was depleted and needed to get out!
DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE.No one answered the phone to bring out the order and then two hours later I called to cancel my order and still no one answered. Went in store to try to cancel, line was all the way to the back of the store with no one else to help.Now I have to call corporate to just get a refund.I dont have any hate or negativity towards the employees, they are working so hard, but this location needs a way larger staff during the holidays!! Or at least a better system for curbside. There district manager needs to do better.
My wife ordered curbside. We live in Coppell. We came twice to pick up the item that this place has charged us for. There is “no” curbside. My wife went inside where she was passed around from one line to another whereby the counter people served who they wanted to and jerked around whoever they wanted to, such as my wife. After two trips to this location, standing in line, dealing with rude representatives, we still don’t have what we ordered and what these jerks have taken our money for. No one is picking up phones from this stupid place. What a terrible experience. If I could give negative 5 I would.
Literally the most cranky employees I have ever experienced. Not just 1, both at the counter. I asked if they had a specific mask and they rolled their eyes and said, “if it’s not on the shelves we don’t have it”. No offer to check another store, nothing. Even my 6 year old said, “Mom, they were ruuude”. Wow
It was good I found nice super wonder women dress for my daughter at very reasonable price and their are many pretty decorative things too.
Do urself a favour and shoot urself instead of doing a curbside pickup at this store or talking to their associates and the manager
More like Farty City - what’s the purpose of placing an order online - getting confirmation it’s ready for pickup - then it’s no where near ready for pickup? I wish there was a better local option.
Location states that their hours are 10:00am- 9:00pm. I placed an order online to pickup in store but when I went to pick up my order the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door that says they’re open 10:00am- 6:00pm. I cannot afford to take a day of PTO from work just to shop at Party City... It’s also completely ridiculous to have your hours listed as 10:00am- 9:00pm when you close as early as 6:00pm. At least adjust your hours online so that customers don’t drive all the way to the store just to have to turn around. I will have to cancel my online pick up order now and find a store with more reasonable hours.
Nice Party City location in Frisco, Texas inside the upscale Centre at Preston Ridge shopping district.Plenty of parking directly in front. This is near the large Marshalls store.

Worst management. I ordered balloons 2 days ahead. Came to pick up even an hour later the pickup time. Stood in line for 30 minutes, just to know there wouldn’t be anyone available in at least another 20 minutes to make the balloons.You surely can conveniently blame being ‘short staffed’, and suggest to cancel the order. If I gave you 2 days to plan, that’s not an acceptable reason. And you don’t seem to care that you ruin someone’s experience for suggesting not getting the balloons, that the lowest level of customer service.
Very disappointed with their service. I placed an online order with curbside pickup because I did not want to wait at the store to get the balloons ready. Got a text message saying that my order was ready. I waited in the car and then walked inside the store to pick up my order. They did not even have my order ready!!! I had to wait over 30 mins to get my order. No one cared and took their sweet time to get my order ready.Do not shop at this party city. Bad customer service.
Placed a balloon order online. My balloons were out of stock, so they called me, but I actually had picked the same ones up from another store so I asked if I could just bring them and have them blown up. He said yes, when you come to pick them up they can do it for you then. It was six balloons. I watched the customer in front me buy balloons and they managed to inflate hers for her right then and there. When I told them of the convo I had had, they informed me they could not do my balloons. So I had to spend $50 on a little tank to do them myself. So disappointed. Should also mention I have been to two party cities three times in this past week. Never do I wait in line longer than at Party City. Not sure what the deal is. Had a curbside order and waited over 20 mins for it before going in to collect it myself. This company is like a dinosaur dying off slowly. Every time I come back they look worse and worse and service is worse than the time before.
Refused to fill up 3 Mylar balloons on the same day! I could understand if it is a large order but 3 balloons?! I’ll take my business to a retailer who wants/needs my business.
Ordered 24 balloons. Got 19. It’s not like these are free. Did curbside pickup, ordered 2 days in advance. When I got there the order wasn’t ready. Had to wait over 40 mins. I would say to avoid this location and go to another.
The staff is great only reason 1star is because of the Manager Crystal. Shes làzy and rude to employees and customers. As i was being helped by cashier, the phone started ringing. Crystal, who was doing absolutely nothing at the time, interrupted our conversation by yelling multiple times at the cashier demanding her to answer the phone! So rude and unprofessional. Makes it very uncomfortable for customers as well as staff.
Reason being there were one cashier while the other 2 stood over to the side blowing up balloons. Once, we were next in line after waiting 10 minutes then one of the employees took a customer before us that was not waiting in line and completely ignored us. So, after spending $211 we were dissatisfied with the whole customer interaction and time spent at this location. Please help me to understand?
Not sure if they are short staffed or not trained but no one knows anything when you ask them something. Twice they got the order wrong and the helium balloons stayed up for only 5 hrs.

If If I could give a zero I would. I purchased items online that showed availability. I came to pickup and the manager states that they should have called, but if no one called he apologizes. and it takes 4 to 5 days to get my money back. This is horrible. I have and event tomorrow and I was depending on this order. This is the second tome I’ve had a bad experience. I won’t return for the 3rd.

Party city shld stop selling balloons and scamming people by charging so much money for such low and poor quality balloons. I think Dollar tree balloons stay much longer than PC. I hate this store who charged me $25 for balloons which didn’t even stay up for 2 hrs

Its graduation season and the shelves were wiped bare. I would like to think pay city would stock up and be prepared for this type of thing.
Was looking for spider man decor and piñata for our sons birthday. Found everything we needed right away. A friendly staff member was also quick to help us with getting to the piñata. The only thing that seems to get us most times when we shop here is the long checkout line. Staff members are definitely working hard but seem short handed at the desk.
Two horrible experiences with balloon orders in recent months. The employees always have a bad attitude and lack customer service skills. This store needs more employees and should have most employees on deck when it comes to fulfilling balloon orders during peak hours.
Firnah the cashier went above and beyond to help me in getting my sons off to a great start. I need to get some party supplies and balloons. She helped me out a great deal I couldnt have figured out what I wanted to get without her. When you walk in the door she greets you with a smile when you walk in. She also helps you when you are trying to pick out the best balloon bouquet. If I had to pick the employee of the month she would be the one I would pick.
Customer service is horrible. The sales person claims it was bc she was behind on her orders. Please dont take out your lack of planning and preparation on the customers. Thanks.
I took 6 custom balloons there to be blown up. In addition, I ordered a dozen more to go with them. I was told there helium balloons with only last about 4 hours. I needed them to last 6 so I added some gel they mention. I had someone else pick up the balloons since I was busy. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when they arrived! Half of them were only halfway blown up and one was missing (the orange one). I honestly could have blown them up with my own mouth larger than that. You are on your own when it comes to finding stuff. Not everything is stocked, could be due to COVID-19. prefer ordering ahead online before visiting store.

This place seems to be busy all the time. The staff does their best to keep up. I saw a lot of customers with all kinds of orders and quite a few hard working employees. Be courteous and patient folks.
I purchased balloons online for curbside delivery. They sent me 2 text messages that the order was ready. I decided since I was nearby to pick them up. I pulled into the curbside slot and attempted to call the store. The phone literally rang for 20+ dials until it was routed to voicemail. I went into the store. Not only did they not have my order, but they let me know that if I wanted to wait it would be 45 minutes - 60 minutes. I am totally confused as to why they would tell me it was ready and make me drive out of my way. I think this will be our last trip to Party City. There are too many other companies that actually have service!

Which was also looking and we would have to go to the back. If they have a line to only pick up balloons, they need to put signs up. Instead 5 of us were in the wrong line. They really need to mark what the lines are for. I will never return to that store, the guy there was very rude

Been in line for about 20 minutes. The store is an unorganized mess, I think the person that is in charge is wearing a clown suit. There should be a line for balloon orders, online orders and than general shopping items. Or a better idea would be at least one self checkout location. 4 people are behind the cashiers desk and all running around like a chicken with their heads cut off.
Service is awful, and staff doesn’t listen or care. We waited 30 minutes to get 4 high float balloons with one couple at the register and at least 4 employees just talking with each other at the front. Also half the balloons must’ve not been high float because they did not stay in place. At this point I may just go down the street to dollar tree..Edit: Also one of your employees who looked like the manager was NOT wearing a mask. Way to go !!!

Do not order balloons from here. I placed my order ahead of time online for 5pm. I received an email several hours later telling me my order was ready. I only ordered 10 balloons for my sons birthday. I show up to the store at 3:30 pm to pick up my order (cause they sent me an email saying it was ready) only for the worst customer service- they didn’t even start my order and the guy helping me refused to blow them up while I waited. I wasn’t going to come back in two hours when I just drove 30 minutes to pick up my order because they said it was ready. I paid for these online- I ended up canceling my order and when I asked if he was going to give me something to show that my order was canceled he said no, your going to have to take my word for it! I don’t usually write reviews but this was awful and wanted to share my experience

The slowest staff I have ever seen! Just for 4 balloons I was waiting in the line for 40 minutes!!!! After 40 minutes when I asked the cashier which ones I need, he disappeared for about 15 minutes and came back pretending that he was looking everywhere for what I requested!!!! Then when I paid for that, he told me you have to come bach and pick them up in an hour!!!! Literally, I lost about 2 hours on Saturday just for 4 balloons in this store!!!! I rather to go another Party City far away and never come back to this store!!!!!!
The customer service was awful! Item shows “in stock” at the location yet 2 different workers said they didn’t have it and neither provided a solution how to get it (store pick up, etc). There were more workers then shoppers yet 3 of us stood in line waiting for the ONE checker and Google status is “very busy”...hmmm....Finally the 2nd gal behind the counter opened a second cash register after another person walked up to check out.No wonder Amazon is taking over....would have saved myself the drive and only spent the time clicking a button. So much for trying to support local stores....
Limited selection at this location, with very few employees on the sales floor to assist guests. Only one employee at the register completing check out and balloons, the other employee was putting away shipment. He was very nice and did his best to assist me, I had to call another location from my cell to find the merchandise I was looking for. I will give this location another chance, however definitely missing the mark on good customer service.
This store is always busy. Their stock is not at all updated on online site. I had to go to some other store to buy the things i needed.

Every time I go here there is 1 register open, with a line to the door. The poor girl on it was trying her best but had zero help from management. I waited 20 minutes in line to get to the counter and be told they can’t do balloons because they have no helium in stock. No balloons at a party store? But I was told I could purchase a helium tank!? Whoever is running this store needs to figure out their ordering and staffing system because it’s clearly not working.
The merchandise was great. A large selection but the employees were not very helpful.

Wow. Had a fantastic experience here today. Even though they were busy, they made sure my order was taken care of. I wanted two 5’s for my moms birthday and they had only 2 left. One was damaged...things happen. Instead of them just saying “sorry”, they went and dug in the back for an alternative. I am so excited to surprise my mom! Thank you staff!
Dont do curbside order. They will not answer the phone. Whats the point in offering the service if you wont ever answer the phone?
We showed up to buy some balloons to bring to a kids birthday party. They refused, saying we needed to order in advance or wait over an hour because they, were backed up on balloons. We asked if there was any way to just fill up the 6 balloons we were buying now and they said they could not until 4:00.
Long lines for Halloween. Not a whole lot they can do but still a pain.
I love this place because of the fact that whatever you want you can find it. They did not however have the superior size balloon of 36in which was what I was looking for because it has been discontinued for the fact that it requires so much helium. However I looked around found all the glow sticks I wanted fog machines costumes and the kind of stuff that would be normally at a party even glow cups.
The store clerks were very helpful and courteous. The problem was they only have me 45 of the 60 balloons I paid for. I was in a hurry and should have counted, but I would have hoped that would have given me all of the balloons we paid for. They had a really good selection overall though.
Ordered online for in store pickup... Got the email saying order was ready. When I arrived they couldnt find it, so I just wound up picking my own order 🤷♀️... At least it was in stock and easy to find! Just not the experience I was expecting.

Never happy when I go there. Always 10 employees standing around 1 working a long line. Even when I preordered balloons I have to wait for them. I wish I could get balloons somewhere else and I’d never go in again
Every single time I come here they are never properly staffed. Not sure if I understand how the business seems to be doing well yet the company will not give them the proper staffing they need to get through peak hours. Employees also don’t seem to be trained on how to handle being short staffed. No sense of urgency by the sales associate checking out a line almost out of the door. Honestly a terribly experience every single time I come in here.
I purchased all the Shimmer and Shine party favor buckets and needed 10 more. The manager, Marc, went above and beyond to obtain more from another store for me to purchase at his location before my little girls birthday party this weekend! They also have a good selection of table cloths, plates, cups, and confetti, and all sorts of balloons and weights to tie them to. They even have helium tanks to fill up extra balloons at the house if you prefer -- I get those also. If you want a great party resource (lots in one location) then go here!
They had a lot of good decorations this year, but kind of low on the kids costumes. All in all I would recommend this store for party supplies/Halloween. Tons of stuff for regular parties though, I meant low on the kids costumes for Halloween.

I paid $187.00 dollars for balloons for a retirement ceremony for a fellow civil service co-worker who served his, country and community for 23 and 1/2 years. The balloons were not inflated fully, the strings attached to the balloons were tangled up so bad it took me 5 minutes to separate them. While trying to decorate a restaurant before guest arrived. Very embarrassing the guest were arriving and we were still decorating. Some of the balloons were deflating before we could even put them up. I will never buy balloons from the Party City location in Frisco Tx, on Preston blvd.
I usually get party stuff at Walmart, but the selection isnt that great. I went to Party City to get pinatas, and I was blown away by the selection. Theres party favors, decorations, costumes, and even some toys. The only downside is that they seem to perpetually have too few cashiers to check out a full line of people, so you end up waiting in line a good ten minutes. I could do without that. Their prices are slightly higher than Walmart, but its worth it if you need something specific. I also like how party supplies are organized by theme.
This store is overwhelming for someone that only wanted one item. I went in expressively for toothpicks with flagged messages. When I say I was up and down the aisles for minutes looking for this single item without one staff asking me if I needed help, is no exaggeration. Staff were not busy and it was disappointing that I wasnt acknowledged or asked if I needed help. That initial acknowledgment would have went a long way.
I had ordered some party supply and requested for curbside pickup. But when I called from the designated parking spot, they refused . I had to went inside to pick up my stuff.If you can not provide curbside pickup then please dont even advertise that. pretty simple
Bought Halloween stuff 2 days ago and wanted to exchange one item for something else. I was told that yesterday was the last day to return Halloween items. No one told me that when I was buying the merchandise! Ill never return to this store.
Pretty good experience overall. I was able to mostly find what I needed, but it felt like they werent stocked as deep as they should have been. They were really busy too, but the checkout line went quick.
If you must buy from Party City, dont pick this store. Their customer service is worse than horrible. They dont answer the phones for anything, not even voicemail, even though I literally called for 4 straight days. Even the Party City 1-800 Service couldnt get the store to answer. They didnt have my order ready as requested, and no-refund. There are plenty options available to buy decor, Im sad I even bothered with Party City.
Charged me 60 bucks for wrong balloon order and then when I went to get the order fixed they didnt offer a refund or tried to fill the rest of the balloons, never buying party supplies or balloons here ever again

Great place to buy all your party needs. They have a huge selection. The supplies are separated by the theme or color. The staff was very friendly. Excellent store!
