Our first visit was an average experience which you will get from any electronic repair store. They did what we asked. Due to a bad battery, we had to return for them to replace it to a new one. At our second visit, the experience was amazing. Let me rephrase, Joey is AMAZING! Joey provided not only us, but the customers who came in while we were waiting with 11/10 customer service. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient; all while at the same time completing our repair solo. He went above and beyond to help us with our repair. If you end up needing to visit a repair place you should hope Joey is there to help you!

The wait felt a little long, was told 3 hrs for a scheduled appointment. Was done in 2 hrs, but still felt it could have been faster.That said the price was reasonable, and the staff was courteous, and my phone looks like new.They did send a text to the phone to let me know it was ready, but I just laughed about it.Would definitely recommend, and if you have an old spare phone you can use, give them the number for it.

Great service! Quick, professional and you get what you pay for. I broke my iPhone screen today on the way to work and it lost its touch response. I heard about Ubreakifix from a coworker. I called and Sam told me that it wouldnt be a problem to fix, so I dropped my phone off for an hour and everything was fixed up within the time frame. Everything looks as good as new and now I can use my phone again. Sam mentioned that the repairs have a 90 day warranty so thats a plus too. Its good to know that if you ever have an issue with the repair, youve got a warranty on it.

Took my iPhone 11 Promax in for a screen repair. Josh was very professional and thorough. Told me that my phone would be ready in an hour. I was having the worst day of my life because not only was my cell disabled but the screen was cracked. I was going back-and-forth from AT&T, to geek squad and then finally to U break I fix but once I met Josh, he put me at ease and helped me with the process of getting my phone back together. He was patient, informative, helpful and went above and beyond! Did I mention it only took an hour?

I went to get my 3 year old iPhone X fixed - the screen had warped and there was a gap between the screen and the rest of the phone (the phone was never dropped). As soon as Joey, the tech rep from uBreakiFix saw the phone he diagnosed it as a battery issue - the battery had become bloated and gave me a quote which was reasonable.Had the phone back to me fixed within an hour! Also, he fixed the charging cable not connecting properly and explained to me that it was due to clothing lint collecting in the charging port!Great customer service!

I called Best Buy to make an appointment to have my sons phone fixed. Gave them my insurance information and was told they do honor the insurance and scheduled an appointment. Drove all the way there in rush hour traffic just for the young man to tell me they don’t honor my insurance and to go around the corner to uBreakifix. As i was walking there Joey was closing the store. He ask me what was the problem and I advised him my son charge port was broken. He opened back up the store and quickly removed the stuck piece from my sons charge port. Thank You sooo much. The thought of going thru a Friday evening with a teenager and no phone scared me. LOL! Came to Ubreakifix in Frisco, for an insurance claim for a screen replacement, for my IPhone 11 Pro Max, I was pleasantly greeted by Sam who took care of me, when I asked how long it would take, he told me 1 - 2 hours, within 30 minutes I got a phone call from Sam, telling me my device was ready for pickup, my device looks brand new, everything works perfectly. So I went on my lunch break which is 30 minutes. I need my screen replaced on my iPhone! They were VERY quick, prompt, professional, and affordable. $80 to fix my damaged screen with amazing timing as well! Not sure how to correctly spell the gentleman’s name who helped me but, Shawn or maybe Shaun was EXTREMELY helpful! No complaints at all. Definitely would recommend this company for sure. Sam took great care of me!!!!! Im happy with my service. I had a cracked Note 10+ screen. I elected to take my phone in to the store for repair, and it was ready in about 2 hours! They added a screen protector and the repair left my phone good as new. Wouldnt hesitate to do business with this location again.

I didnt even realize screen replacement was on my Asurion plan until they sent me an update of terms. I made the appointment, dropped it off, and picked up 3 hrs later. Im very pleased with the work.

Just go here...they will do their absolute best to get you out as quick as they can, first-come first-served to the best of their ability. This is a fairly new business as Sam and his wife (super nice and personable--sorry I didnt get her name), saw a need and filled it by opening up this franchised location. Sam is a great dude, happy and eager to make it better for everyone having a bad technology day. Had a cracked screen on a Samsung S8, (through AT&T), if you have their unlimited plan, it is only $29 to fix it through Assurion--which leads you to uBreakiFix for repairs. Joey was great! Knows his stuff, very nice and professional. They will do everything in their power to try to fix your device...but know that they have to charge a fee for the work even if they cant get the device back to functioning...they still have rent, employees, overhead, etc.... If it can be fixed, they will fix it...just go there. Cheers

I brought in my note 10 plus, had all the pictures of my kid. Even though it ended up needing to be fully replaced my insurance cause of a mother board issue. He repaired my screen long enough for me to be able to back them all up. I recommend working with Sam Patel everytime. It may not seem important to have that extra customer service, but allowed me to be able to keep the memories I got to make with my family. That is worth more than anything to me. So thank you Sam and your team!

I had a brand new iPhone 12 that the charger tip fell off the charger and just wedge / lodged inside the battery port causing malfunction in charger. The service rep had me in and out the door in less than five minutes. I even offer to pay a service fee he said it’s on us. Definitely will consider using them for any major phone repairs in future.

I hate to leave a bad review but $179.99 to fix an iPhone X cracked screen? Seems very pricy to me when I can go somewhere else that will charge $100 cheaper.

I had the plastic end of the laptop adaptor broken and stuck inside the laptop charger port, had online exams and basically everything to worry about since getting a new charger wouldnt help if the port was blocked. Best Buy wasnt able to do it as it was out of their expertise as they thought they might break the inside but then, was so so glad and thankful to have found our way to the uBreakiFix store right next to it. Joey was the amazing employee who asked if he could take a look and try to get it out. Then like waiting beside surgery rooms when we saw him return with the plastic bit we were so relieved, he not only saved our day to day business but saved us a fortune. Moreover, he didnt charge us anything even upon insisting all he cared about was the fellowship and trust with the customer, now how can we go somewhere else after finding such service by someone who puts customer relation and assurance before unnecessary profits? I always say you can find good repair men who would repair your devices well but you can’t find a good hearted and genuine repair men that often and when you do you, you make em your go to. Not only did he show genuine helpfulness, kindness and care for the people who entered the store but he also managed to make a random person a regular!! Highly recommended!!

The tech came out and spent some time talking to me about the issue I was having with my phone. After doing some test told me the issue was just a dirty mic filter, cleaned it and told me to come back if I ever have any problem. No charge! He could have done anything and charged me whatever but he did the right thing. A honest repair service!!

Very profession when I called and also when I was at the store. They did everything they said they would in the timeframe provided. Can’t imagine better service anywhere else. I have to also mention that Ausurion insurance was very easy to work with and file a claim as this service was part of an insurance claim for a cracked iPhone screen.

Went in to get my screen fixed for an iPhone 6s Plus. Sam I think that’s his name I’m not sure was straight forward with me and overall professional. IF YOU CAN ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR DATA So we got settled and said it would be ready around maybe 2 hours and 30-50 mins later it was already done. Really impressive. I live about an hour away I could have gone to the one in Mckinney but if I ever need any electronics fixed I’m for sure going here again. I brought my Google Pixel 4 in for a factory authorized screen repair. I had a small broken area at the top left corner of the screen. Other than that the phone worked perfectly. I paid $309 plus tax for the repair to keep my warranty.What I received was like a mall kiosk repair. My phone couldnt make calls because the radio would not work. The glue on the back glass was also coming off. I took it back and gave them another chance. Everyone deserves a second chance right? I got my phone back, it made calls again. I soon discovered the face unlock wouldnt work. Also the speakerphone mic wasnt working anymore when I tried to virtual hangout with my family over the holiday.For $300+, I expected the best repair. I expected a Google factory authorized repair. No third chance. I sent my phone to Google and will have it fixed or replaced.Recommendation, when Google gives you the option for a local repair or sending it in, send your phone to Google first.Giving an extra star for Sam the owner. He was very nice and helpful, even if his staff werent technically up to the task.

Made an appointment online for my wife to get her Ipad screen fixed, with in 5 minutes I got a phone call from Sam confirming my appointment and telling me how long it would take, he mentioned it may take a few days, which was fine. I visited the Frisco location to have the front screen of my Galaxy replaced since uBreakiFix not only had my glass in stock, it was cheaper than other repair locations in the area.During the replacement process the technicians noticed what Im guessing were manufacturing issues or defects. Not only were these issues corrected at no additional cost, in some instances new Samsung parts were provided.To say that the manager and staff exceeded expectations would be an understatement. Good customer service is becoming harder and harder to find but this location is phenomenal! I would highly recommend, particularly to Samsung owners.
