My goodness if I could give them a million stars I would. For anyone who takes the time to write these I finally understand why. It’s great to share so we know who to go to when we need help. I’m old and goodness sake can barely even function on these things but my sweet baby girl Sierra, She has been the biggest help and most giant blessing there could possibly be. I came in to purchase a new phone for my husband a couple months back and she was outstanding. I believe she told me it was her first month or so working for the company and she walked me through everything with smiles and a feeling of sincerity.What mattered the most was that she talked to me like a real person. Any rep I’ve spoken to before has treated me as some kind of sales pitch and that’s my biggest fear when it comes to these things but she made it actually exciting. I’m writing this not only to inform but to let everyone know that this store makes you feel like family. I ran into miss Sierra at the target next door and she asked me how I was doing and how my husband was doing. It was a long conversation catching up on all the details I told her from months ago. It’s amazing to know she actually listened and didn’t just want me to buy. Absolutely a phenomenal young lady.
Updated: After calling the support number for Go Wireless I received a call from their manager Josh who was able to help issue a credit for the amount back to the account and said hed speak to the staff.This place will tack on $100 in useless fees for their loyalty program and then not refund you when you say you dont want to be a part of their program. They wont let you speak to a manager because he is an area manager and not available. They wont even provide his number. Please save yourselves money and go anywhere else. Absolutely awful customer service and is nothing but a scam. Our sales person was Nick if you want additional information on who to avoid.Forgot to mention he added Verizon protect ($17 a month) to our monthly Verizon bill without permission.
I won’t lie, I came into this store not expecting much because to my knowledge it’s what people call “Not a real Verizon” but I will tell you this. I’ll never go into a corporate store ever again after my visit with go wireless. Sierra was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed. Before writing this review I did look at the others and the ones about her are correct. She’s a joy and a blessing. They’re lucky to have her.
Somebody needs to tell me why I hadn’t switched to Verizon years ago? I came into this store last night wanting to find out details about plans and phone pricing because dumb*** AT&T is ruining my cell phone experience. Everyone used to tell me that Verizon is too expensive but I would only be paying 10 bucks more with them, FOR BETTER SERVICE! You’d have to happy with being miserable to stay with any other carrier and does that even make sense? No it doesn’t. There is an outstandingly smart girl here, her name is Sierra and she made my time a breeze. It’s honestly a lot to take in and remember but she wrote everything out for me with different sections of what can fit best for me and my family! I have made appointments with her because she understands that not everyone can just come in and buy buy buy. We talked for 45 minutes just about plans and what would satisfy me and my needs of the internet. It was like she knew my entire life story by the end of this. Just for phone service too. This seems a bit too much for a review on a phone place but I know how annoying it is to be searching for the right place for the right people. Go see Sierra she’s a freaking perfection of a woman in the business industry!!!
If you are looking to have a wonderful, positive experience at a Verizon store then this store is the one to visit!! We went to a closer Verizon store earlier and the person helping us was incredibly rude and angry (the store near Home Depot). We immediately left that store and came to this store. What an absolute delight it was walking in and being greeted by friendly and nice Verizon employees. Kenneth was wonderful, helpful, and patient! Weve never experienced this at a Verizon store before. I highly recommend Kenneth and this store (the other two guys working today were also nice). Thank you, Kenneth, for making this process fun and easy!
I normally hate to go into a phone store, but could not have had a more positive experience when purchasing my iPhone11 from Jessica. She was knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. Stuck with me and my wife for about 1.5 hours throughout the process as I am a far cry from a tech genius.Did not try to sell us additional products. Other customers came and went, as she did not attempt to handle more than one customer at a time. Highly recommend, especially if all her employees are of the same caliber.
Hello,I wanted to say a few words about the the Verizon location over at Frisco TX (Eldorado). The guys that work at this office are great! My brother told me how awesome this store is, and how awesome the customer support is. So, I made the change from Sprint to Verizon, and I have made this location my central hub. Ever since I made the change, this particular store has been my go to store for all of my cell phone needs.The staff is great! Very knowledgeable. When you conduct business with this establishment, expect top notch quality.Quick shot out to my boys over at the Verizon Eldorado Frisco Tx location!Great job!

These guys were extremely competent and had a great attitude. Thats so unusual and so appreciative. They took the time to explain how to do what I needed to do and you sit there and do it for me. The help me eliminate it some apps I really didnt need and they helped me communicate with the store easier. Great salesman good all around pleasent young men. You are lucky to have these guy. I didn’t come into this store and buy anything because I’m with AT&T but now I know where I’m going once my contract is over(shoot I might even cancel it now) I’m over at chick fil a and I just watched a young lady and a very tall gentleman help an older woman get into her car safely and that’s enough for me to be more than happy to work with people who are so caring. It honest to god brought tears to my eyes because I’ve seen people treat elderly with such disrespect. Y’all are amazing people.
Fantastic experience at this location! Absolutely loathed the Preston mega store location and refused to take my run down phone in there because of the hassle and wait. Matt the store manager was super easy to talk to and did not try to push anything on me and actually saved me money. Thanks again. Come to this location Verizon users! No wait and great staff. Went in with a galaxy 8 edge plus that could not keep a screen protector on the surface. Matt was a problem solver that experienced a similar issue. He advised me on the best solution (liquid screen protector) he applied it and made sure I was happy. Great service! Go see Matt if you have the curved screen angst! Thanks again!
One of the best retail experience Ive ever encountered. Coming from a very strong background in retail, this is the greatest example you can get for customer service. Matt went above and beyond on helping me out with my issue. The corporate store down the road were very rude and didnt acknowledge my concerns. I walked.into the Verizon Store on El Dorado...and was greeted with happy faces and offers to help me!! I love this store because these two gentlemen are friendly and helpful..they made me feel welcome! I had such a great experience at this store today. Matt was such a great help to me switching over to my new iphone. Worked with Nick Mendoza and his team the past week. Nick was super customer-focused. We are first time Verizon customers--he ported over four phones and phone numbers from one of the competitors, and helped make sure our new phones were ready to go when we walked out of the store. His level of patience with guys like me who are both impatient and tech un-savvy was incredible. I highly recommend anyone wanting Verizon as their carrier to visit Nick on Eldorado in Frisco.
The name is hugely misleading. They are nice enough people. They just didn’t have any of the latest phones or accessories. The wait time was long and there was only me that was waiting to be served. You are better off going to a genuine Verizon store. If you are looking for Apple products then the Apple store can get you the same deal. I can’t speak of android based phones since I haven’t used one in 6 years. Lastly, the internet has everything in stock and it comes to your front door in two days. That’s hard to beat.

Matt was very helpful. He was informed and customer oriented. I will go back to that location instead of others mainly because the staff was polite at this one and not rude as the others were.
I would like to say what a great experience it was switching to Verizon today. Jordan Johnson our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped over and above what I could of expected. I highly recommend going and having him help when needing new phones or service.
The manager of this store, Matt, spent so much time solving all the annoying problems I was having with my new phone. Very friendly and helpful the whole time. Verizon is very lucky to have him as an employee.

Matt at this store is the only reason I use Verizon anymore. I tried using the corporate Verizon up the street and had a very rude and bad experience. Matt always greets me with a smile and takes care of me in a timely manner. I will continue to do all my business here at this Verizon. Nothing but good vibes and good people.

I went to this Verison retailer and was incredibly and pleasantly surprised. Went in to switch from AT&T to Verison. Kenneth helped me, things went fast, he worked out things about my previous phone that I didnt know. He was so polite and helpful, he made offers on purchasing things but did not force them. So 2 weeks ago I go to Verizon to get a screen protector (I have a warranty on my screen protector so when it breaks I can get a new one that I can get for free) so when I got to the Verizon I asked them for it and they were sold out so I asked them when they would be getting a new one and they said that they would be getting more on Tuesday so on Tuesday I went there and asked for it and again they did not have the screen protector and was told that they were going to get there on Friday so on Friday I went there and still they did not get them so today is Saturday and I called the store to save a trip and When I called David a district manager told me that they did have the screen protectors so a few hours later I went down to the store and they said they didn’t have the screen protectors so we asked them for David’s number and they gave it to me and my sister called them so as they were talking he started talking to my sister With a very rude tone and it ended up with him hanging up the phone on my sister so then we called some people from Verizon and they talked to David and David called back because he was pushed into a corner and David said that Allan a person that works in the store was going to get me my screen protector and Allan has helped me other times that I have gone to the store and he is a very nice person but David is terrible for the way he treated us. I was very disappointed by the way the talked to a customer and especially since I have been a customer for so long

Called twice, an hour apart from each other and no agent picked up each time. Ive worked for Verizon for years and even if its busy, you can still find the time to at least pick up the phone.
Just left the Verizon store on El Dorado and DNT and Im always Impressed. Sterling gave stellar service and answered all my questions. I enjoy visiting this store because everyone is kind welcoming and attentive. 5 stars to Sterling, Kenneth and Jordan.

Ive visited this location in the past to pay a bill or ask a question and it wasnt the best experience. I recently stopped by to ask a question about my plan and the manager, Matthew Isbell, was very knowledgeable about my phone (and other phones) and certain apps and features on my phone that could help me with my job that I didnt even know existed! This store seems to have turned around since the last time I went in. I will continue to go to this location for all my Verizon needs.Update on 2-22-2017:I visited a new location near my home in Allen mostly because my boyfriend needed a new phone case and we wouldnt have made it to this Frisco location before they closed. I have visited several Verizon locations in the DFW area and have been disrespected in every location EXCEPT this one in Frisco. Every time I have come in, the guys treat me and any other customers in the store as if they are VIP customers. They are patient and are available to help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Even if you come back in later in the day due to issues with your phone, they remember you by name and are open to working with you for as long as they need to in order to fix whatever issue you are having. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND and I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers. I will travel the 15-25 minutes to this location each and every time from my home or the 5 minutes from my office during my lunch break to work with these guys because of the positive experience I have encountered here.

I went in two weeks before Christmas to buy my wife a new iphone. I spoke with the representative and put down the deposit to hold the phone until the day after Christmas. He put a note on the box of the phone to aware other associates the phone was already sold. It also stated that I would be picking it up the day after Christmas right when the store opened. All of my contact information was on the note as well. My wife was super excited about her new iphone 6s that she was going to get the next day before we headed out to vacation. We show up 9:45 the day after xmas and after about 15 minutes of the two associates whispering and looking at the monitor, walking to and from the back they confront my wife and I and inform us their boss had sold her phone and that there was nothing they could do. He tried to offer a free accessory in the mix to make up for it. The associate was apologetic and told me that he would call me in an hour with some options. I never heard from them and I had to call back 3 times in order to speak with him. He said his boss had just walked in and I asked to speak with him, he put the phone down and then came back and said his boss went to lunch. I never received a phone call from the boss as we requested one for his mistake and the inconvenience it caused my wife and I.
Decent staff and quick turnaround
Looks like Retailers, Premium or regular, are limited by what they can or cannot do in a store. I was trying to add a connection to my existing account and looks like it is not possible to do that type of activity in a Verizon Premium Retail store. Well, I waited whole 40 minutes before someone told me its not possible to do that here. Either there could have been a sign board saying what they can and cannot do, or be a little respectful of other peoples time and patience and ask what service that a person is waiting for and estimated wait times. Its not a day when the store was full of customers in line, there were only 2 of them and only 2 reps were working with them. In the 30 whole minutes, the sales reps couldnt pause for 5 seconds and ask me what I wanted ??? If the sales reps can pause 5 minutes to talk to other customers over the phone or pause to help out each other, why cant they pause to find out what am waiting for? not even offered simple apology in the end for wasting my time ...
