Walked in, found something I liked and before I could ask for a size, a staff member asked me what size I needed. Out within 15 mins!

Love this place go to store for me and my family shoes!

The mens shoes are pretty limited. Unless you like super colorful shoes. But if you are looking for a more solid color shoe, this is not the place.

I hate to give a bad review.But over the last several days I’ve called this store location several different times to no answer.I understand they could be busy, but I’ve called at several different times on several different days throughout the week.I’m hoping this review doesn’t come across as rude, but more of a way to help management address a potential issue this store has.

It would have been ok but supposedly they could t give us a printed receipt, which I would rather have.

Unfortunately the Womens selection was extremely limited. The womens section is off to the back corner and hard to see, I was greeted upon arrival. We did not spend more than five minutes in the store.

I had gotten a pair of shoes from Champs and they seemed fine until I got home and they seemed a little tight. So I went back to exchange and they informed me that my size was only available at Footlocker. I went in and an associate by the name of Trey greeted me and helped me with my exchange. His Customer service was great and made you feel welcomed. He was very helpful. Most shoe stores let you walk around without being helped. He was visual and verbal with all other customers as well.

The shoes had a sticker price of 100.00 When the cashier scanned the box it rang up as 120.00. She acussed me of being rude when I told her that the shoe rung up wrong in front of everyone in the store. Her manager looked over and said nothing to her. They both have very very very poor customer service experience. They do not need to have direct customer contact if they are treating customers like that. I walked away without purchasing the shoes as I am not a confrontational person and I felt embarrassed by both of their actions. I will never go there again.Attn: district manager of this location... send in secret shoppers immediately!!!!! You will see what I’m talking about.

I had some shoes that were factory defect and didnt have my receipt. The manager at the store scanned them and gave me store credit. Awesome will definitely buy there again.

Outstanding customer service and hell of a selection

I used a gift card that didn’t process. Not only did it get fixed, the manager Lawana called the help desk and stayed on hold for over 45 min to resolve the issue. Thank you so much!!!I will be buying from this location again. Very happy!

5 stars ate well deserved for the customer service alone. Ive had many shopping experiences here and Donald in particular has made it a point to go above and beyond for anything I need. In fact, he was manager of the year last year for all of Foot Locker. The dide recognizes me everytime I come in and is extremely passionate about his store. Great store and great staff.

Very rude and bad customer service. The girl works there name Naar also Josh, Randee are very rude and mean. Naar cut my words every time I tried to explain to her. She returned it wrong and when I came back to fix the amount, she blamed it on me. Bad experience here. Dont buy shoes at this location.

This store has to be the worst footlocker I’ve ever been to. The store manager Donald is a complete jerk, he spent more time on his personal cell phone rather than helping my wife and I find a shoe for her to work in. His staff is a bunch of high schoolers who are anxious far sales rather than helping the customer find what they actually need. I complained to Donald, and he NEVER apologized. He said he doesn’t feel like he did anything wrong. I asked HIM to locate a shoe for me because i thought he was a regular sales associate, he sent over a young man who was anxious for a sale. We tried on three shoes. My wife liked some black Nike’s however she wanted them in a different size, I asked Donald if he can locate the shoe for us, his response was “let me get one of my associates to help you guys” my wife found it ackward that he refused to lift a finger, he would rather ask one of his associates to help rather than do the job himself. The associate then helped us and informed us that the shoe were looking for is not in stock however it can be ordered we declined because my wife need of the shoe for work ASAP. After being frustrated from the service we were receiving we then asked for a manager. Well what do you know? Guess who responded? Donald!!!! Unbeknownst to us at the time Donald is the actual store manager. He’s above everyone now I see why he was on his personal cell phone and so nonchalant about every problem that we had in his store. I voiced my opinion to Donald and explained that we needed the shoe ASAP he never apologized but said that there’s nothing he can do. I asked if he knew any other stores that might sell the shoe we are looking for he said you can try Champs, I told Donald how unprofessional I felt he is by being on his PERSONAL phone while on the sales floor, he then told me I believe I’ve done everything I can do for you if you don’t like the way I run m store you don’t have to come back Sir. He told me he was following the footlocker protocol and if I don’t like it I can shop at Finishline.

Had an absolutely terrible encounter with an employee from this store at a starbucks in the mall. I watched her scream at 3 baristas because a couple people behind her got their drinks first. The baristas tried explaing to her that they were training a new partner who was in charge of making the frappuccinos and the only reason anyone got their beverage first was because they ordered hot beverages that went into a different que made by a different person. This woman screamed continuously at the baristas who had finished her drink by now and tried to offer it to her. She insisted on a refund and repeatedly interrupted the baristas trying to explain the mistake and correct the situation for her calmly. I was just so shocked that someone in their work uniform would act out like that in a public place, clearly representing Footlockers choice in employees. I have no intention in ever going back to this footlocker or any other for that matter, as I am afraid to receive service from someone so rude and inconsiderate. She needs to be disciplined and reminded that when she is in uniform she is a representative of her company and brand and that she did not represent them well today at all. Shocked.

I bought a pair of KD9s online and paid for 5-6 standard shipping.But two days later the came, great and fast shipping.

Crista the manager is horrible!I bought some new basketball shes (KD Trey 5ii) on 01-02-15 from the Foot Locker at North Park mall. After trying them on again at home I decided I was going to return them because they were really tight on my feet. Instead of driving back to Dallas since I live in Frisco I decided to go StoneBriar Mall. While I was there I tried them on again along with other shoes I was considering exchanging for. After several hours I decided I was going to return them but was denied by Crista the manager. Crista stated the soles of the shoes were dirty and worn. I told her it was because I was walking around her store to make sure I did want to return/exchange. Crista still denied me and now I am stuck with shoes I bought for over $100.00.This is my first time going to Foot Locker and I will not be going again. If you are looking at buying shoes stick to Finish line or Champs but do not go to Foot Locker.

Just watched an Awful Live feed from Facebook of two minority guys being handcuffed in front of their kids as they were accused of stealing Foot Locker...all receipts matched up. 4 Cops and employee a disgrace.

Foot Locker is a great store for all your footwear needs. However, they sell a lot of ActiveWear shoes like Nike. Glancing around the store, I didnt see any Under Armour shoes, so this store is comparable to Rack Room Shoes.

Why doesnt footlocker sell actual sport items like kleets?
