Super helpful guys explained to me what would be the best gift for a birthday boy that likes Xbox and Minecraft. I also like the used games selection, saves me a ton of money for my kid’s switch.

So, prior to coming to this location I called them and asked them if they purchase any PlayStation 3 games, consoles, and controllers. They told me that they do, and I rattled off a couple names and they said that’s fine just bring them in. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve brought anything to GameStop, and now I remember why. Of everything that I brought them, they offered me three dollars for one game, and it was an Xbox game that was unopened. The gentleman behind the counter, told me that they’re not gonna buy any of the other games, console, or controllers.
A perfectly cromulent GameStop. If youve been to one before, you know what youre getting. No complaints here.

Walked in to buy a few games. The two people working around 6:30 pm on 3/19/21 ignored my husband and I. Not even an hello they were talking about breaks and shifts or something. We stayed for about 20 mins still nothing. Other customers came there were hellos and can I help you find something at that point we left. Horrible customer service. Will not go back.
Just the same store but different location like other gamestops. Always friendly, well organized and huge variety of games and consoles are available. Lots of Gaming merchandise as well.

This is the best GameStop store ever! The staff strives to put customers above anything else. I’m always greeted the moment I walk in, and they always make sure that everyone can walk out satisfied. Everything is super neat and organized. There’s also plenty of monthly events they put together, which are super fun! I really believe that this store is one of a kind. Borderlands 3 release event was awesome - cool giveaways, developers signing stuff - and of course the game. Thanks to the gamestop crew and Gearbox developers for making this an awesome event for my son and I.
Went to get my son a game hes been wanting. They told me they have the game, but I have to order online. I go online, the game AND the store are not listed. I called them and let them know, so they told me theyd let me purchase the game at the door with a credit card only. I dont use my credit card for game purchases, and besides, I had cash AND debit cards with me. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The guy on the line was flippant and spoke to me as if Im not intelligent, saying they dont accept cash because, uhh, theres a pandemic going on, but they accept credit and gift cards. When I asked what the difference is between a gift or credit card and a debit card, he answered, look, thats what corporate told us, its over my head. Indeed it was, as theres no difference. If I had Covid-19, it wouldnt matter if I handed them paper money or a plastic card. What a poor way to conduct business and treat long-standing customers. Ive been a pro member for years, but the way Gamestop seems to be doing things has left a bad taste in my mouth. And this, children, is how you lose loyal customers.
The guy who helped me was in a stressful situation, getting swamped before closing. He still managed to take care of me in a timely fashion while remaining patient.
The best Gamestop store Ive ever been to! One of the managers, Scott, is a cool dude who almost every midnight release throws an awesome party with trivia, games, and the awesome Scott says, where you can win a free copy of what youre waiting for (nobodies ever won though, hes a tough cookie to beat)! The rest of the staff is just as awesome, and know how to handle practically every situation! The store also does monthly Pokemon tournaments that are always fun and everyone has a good time! Very inclusive and no one is left out! If you can make it to a midnight release, this is the place to go to!
I stopped by less than 10 minutes till closing and expected some serious eye-rolling. But no, these guys were totally cool and professional. I believe John was the supervisor on duty. He helped me decide on a game, took my trade and didnt rush me at all....but dont think that means you should try to show up last minute. Its fine for me because Im cool.

Went to buy a game that was apparently available for download cheaper! This group has been awesome to us and our kids. Fair and knowledgeable.
Horrible experience! Treating my son rudely and speaking down to him. I’ll never be back there. One employee stated earlier to bring back the game, that he has 2 of, with the receipt and we can take care of you. Then upon return he gets talked down to. I’ll never allow my kids to enter that store again. I don’t understand how that person can stand himself. Such a lack of character.
Stepping into Gamestop is always a nice and pleasant experience. This store is smaller than the one we normally visit but the guys were helpful and always courteous.

I am not sure who was working today but he was really great! Aug 10th 2019 around noonish. We were greeted and helped quickly and got exactly what we wanted. We were even wishy washy and picked up something else on the way out that he had to go back into the back to get and he didnt care at all. Very nice guy!

Their internet wasnt working correctly which prevented them from resetting my trade in device. They decided to process everyone elses purchases and trades before resetting the wifi and helping me. I do understand that their registers are connected to the internet, but they are helping new customers who are currently walking in before helping me. Just a huge waste of time when we are also here to buy a new console as well.
Well its good, but they kinda scammed me. I bought a 20 dollar gift card and no matter the 100th time I put it in it wont work.

They have everything for teens, from PS4 to fortnight all sort of online games, controllers remotes, headphone, batteries. If you need anything related to PS 1 to 4, XboxIts one stop shop. Customer service needs little improvement though.

MacKenzie helped us with our pro account, he went above and beyond to make sure we got a deal that wed missed due to a misunderstanding at sign up. Hands down, the best experience Ive had in a Gamestop and I actually understand my account now.
Good selection of games but poorly organized.One game was mis-labeled leading the system (and thus me) to believe they had the second installment in a particular series when instead they had the first. Thankfully I double checked the receipt (decided to go ahead and purchase the first installment) and was able to get the amount I had been charged corrected. My boyfriend purchased a game trilogy set and they didnt give us the second game until again, he had caught it and we went back inside to have this corrected. We were given a normal copy of the game instead of the one that belonged with the set. We tried to purchase a Wii game that they had a case for in the store, the computer said they had in stock, but they could not find it and said they didnt actually have it.Finally, we bought a copy of a Wii game that we were very excited about finding. Got home to find that it does not work for more than 5 minutes before suddenly giving us an error that it could not read the disc. We tested other games just to be sure it was not the Wii, and it is not.Long time game stop customers here but likely will not return to this location. Dont know how they got Prestige but they certainly dont deserve that title.
One of the smallest gamestop stores Ive been to, selection can be hit or miss but theyre good about looking for another location that has what Im lookin for!
Just baught black ops 2 for my ps3 havent played it in a while i paid 5 dollars for it get home the disk is bent, i guess they didnt even bother test it out lazy lazy
