Used to be friendly. Looked forward to getting coffee. Now I have rewards. Still charge me for coffee. Very unfriendly new managers. Been coming here a year everyday. No more.

When / if buying fuel at the pump, be sure and answer No to the question Are you a rewards member? - before submitting your debit or credit card. Or else your sale will be cancelled. And youll waste a lot of time. Its really irritating.

I stopped at this racetrack to go inside to pay for gas instead of the pump for safety sake and went back to pump. The pump didn’t register so I went in again and it was difficult getting their attention. Finally they sent me back but to no avail still not working. I must have gone back several times. Then they called the manager. He said they would put my money back on my card and it would be immediately available. That’s what he said before I swiped my card! Different story after I swiped my card! I felt deceived! Then the manager said well it depends on your bank...He even had me swipe my card a second time and said I’d only be charged once. What????They charged me twice for the same amount! It is still on my account. The manager told me to “get in your car and I’ll pump the gas” very disrespectfully!! Only young immature guys working there do not have respect for older women that are asking for the least amount of help! Also, they should have asked me to go to a different pump instead of ask me to keep swiping my card. They took advantage of my being stressed out by their lack of concern! I knew this was wrong, but they had no patience and wouldn’t listen! I told them I wouldn’t be coming back and the manager said well all gas stations do this. Really? I told them I had never had this problem anywhere before with demanding managers expecting me to swipe my card. I hope this goes to corporate and is reported! I live close and believe me I will make sure people know what a horrible gas station this is! My friend had her card info stolen at a racetrack so that is why I went inside to pay in the first place!

We stopped here to get yogurt for dessert. Always impressed with flavors offered and changed frequently. Overall very clean service station. I love the covered gas pump area not so much to keep rain off but shade during TX summers. Lots of food and drink options inside.

I called ahead to place an order for 🍕 which is my favorite food in the whole world 🌎. The staff was exceptionally nice and the store was very clean and sanitized👌🦋So if online ordering does not work; just call ahead and they can make it less than 20 minutes⭐️🌟💯♨️

This location is a gas station chain common in Texas. Staff doing a really good job of keeping the building and surrounding area clean. The food and other items sold inside the store are reasonably priced, however their gas prices are usually a few cents higher than their competitors.

It is unfortunate how this great location started clean and well run. Nowdays it is the dirtiest racetrack in Frisco, very unprofessional staff and very rude gentleman as a cashier. Probably the ice cream toppings were on a health department violation because they were soggy and the station was in bad shape. Good think there are other gas stations in this area. Gas prices are average and other options out there for ice cream. I gave 2 stars because I love the new racetracks but this is a big disappointment.

Nice place by my house dont fill nacho cheese very much always out when l want nachos that as only at night late and dont answer phone late.

The girl with red hair that works there is rude. Her friend was hanging out with her and she was talking about her personal life it was unprofessional. Did not acknowledge us during our purchase and was really busy talking to her friend to show any customer service.

NEVER HAVE STAFF/EMPLOYEES! THERES LITERALLY A NOTE ON THE DOOR BY 11pm STATING THAT ITS CLOSED UNTIL 6am! I WORK OVER NIGHT OUT DOORS AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM, EVERYTHING IS FAR AWAY IN THIS CITY! USUALLY RHE MANAGER LETS ME IN BECAUSE THEY KNOW ME, THIS OTHER GUY KNOWS ME AS WELL BIT TODAY HE WANTED TO BE DIFFICULT. HE WAS COMING OUY OF THE RESTROOM WHILE I WAS ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THE STORE.. HE ROLD ME NO, WOW YOU JUST USED THE RESTROOM WHY I CANT? ITS RIDICULOUS!!! I NEED FOR THEM TO HIRE PEOPLE THEY CAN KEEP AROUND.. THE COMMUTE IS TOO FAR OF A DISTANCE TO TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE YOU URINATE!! WOW IMAGING IF I WAS PREGNANT IN AN EMERGENCY.. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE HUMAN RACE THESE DAYS.. HOW INCONVENIENT IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE CONVENIENT STORE!! SMFH

99% of my fuel and coffee transactions are at Racetrac.This store has an obvious unfriendly culture. I greeted an associate, but only received a quiet awkward glance. I tried again with another associate before leaving, but only received a nod and disturbed expression.Could be a cult or the management has perpetuated an unfriendly environment. Definitely 1 of the 2.Disclaimer:(I know the four of them can speak, because they spoke to one another. Also, I was dressed in standard jeans and shirt, plus I checked my fly and face for any mishaps, but found none, so it wasnt me)

Not too good. Gas pump $19.08 for gas; $92.15 taken off my card. Not going back. You should revisit your security methods. I have no lunch money for the day now. Thanks.

Awful management.. really rude people ...Why people gotta be so rude!!!!Went to the gas station bought some coffee i was trying to pay with my credit card and asked me for the zip code, I put it in and i didnt work so i went and pulled up my debit card and it work ... once i get to my 🚗 car I got the notification saying I got charged both credit and debit went up there again try to ask the manager and was soooo rude about it I dont understand why he gotta be so mad and answer me that way!!! he kept saying you didnt got charge twice it just says that but it should go back to normal on Monday and he didnt even took the time to look at my bank account to show him didnt even look at my eyes .. kept saying in a rude way I didnt.. couldnt handle so badly attitude that I left while he was still talking...
