After calling ahead to make sure the pharmacist would be there,, I arrived to pickup a prescription at exactly 10pm (closing time), and walked up just as the manager was closing and locking the doors. Instead of remaining open for the 2-3 minutes it would take to pickup my prescription, he told me he cant let me in. No apology, no let me see what I can do for you. Just I cant let you in.Hopefully he reads this and understands that his actions alone have eliminated me as a customer, as well as anyone else my experience influences.

If only I could give zero stars! Do not bother coming here if you are needing to use fedex services. The man behind the counter who clearly hates his job refused to even help me when I told him that I had a fedex return QR code. I was needing to make a return and the return instructions given to me clearly said that I did not need to print a label and to show the QR code. The man was irritated stating I clearly do not understand shipping if I did not print a label. He continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain that the shipping instructions given to me clearly state I do not need to print a label and simply need to show the QR and when I click locations that accept it, it clearly pulled up this Walgreens location. Will never return to this location for any reason again.

Worst terrible service and staff ever! The staff is not helpful at all. Unfortunately I have to say that they all are rude! After being here on time for covid test as I scheduled, it took them 20 minutes to finally find my appointment! And they asked me to turn and go back at the end of the drive through till they make the test ready!!!! Which it supposed to be ready by my arrival time And they were rude enough for not being even sorry for the inconvenience. Now I am the last car in the line and there is 5 cars in front me. Although my appointment schedule for drive tru test but I offer them To go in and get my test done to save my time and guess what, they could not do it!!! So irresponsible for all the inconvenience that they caused! It took me another 27 minutes to get back to the window! My time is valuable and I ended to reschedule my meeting because of their fault and as simple as this no one even told me SORRY! They should take responsibility of their fault. In my previous experience with them even the pharmacist was so rude and I’m not sure if that is the kind of service that Walgreens culture looked for but this location for sure is the worst one!

Not recommend being here!! Unkind and rude staff.I have been there to print my pictures, the guy was looking at us while printing. When we tried walking towards him he asked us are u guys done with adding the pictures. When we said yes, he said the photo session is closed and come back tomorrow. I asked him you should have said that earlier, which would have saved our 30mins of time. When we asked him you should have told us earlier. He called an other staff, the other guys was so rude to work at a place where he would have to interact with people. I wish i remebered there names, but unfortunately i dont. But the 2 of them were arrogant and rude to customers. Which made me feel bad for being there at a saturday night. Which kind of spoiled my evening.

I received my Covid Vaccine here and it was quick and effortless. The person who did the injection was very swift and it was painless.

WORST pharmacy in Frisco hands down. Disorganization, poor communication and zero customer service. My family was forced to go back to Walgreens because of insurance. Tried to make it work- can’t do it. Look for another option immediately

I went to Walgreens to use the photography center. Its Mothers Day and critical that I get some photos printed. The store was packed and the photo center was super busy. The kiosk machines werent working well for anyone and frustrations could have been super high.... BUT, theres a young man who works there who was handling the situation like a boss... in fact, he should be a supervisor... his name is Dawson Zey and he was rocking it. Very positive attitude and excellent customer service, running between photo center and the front register checking people out.... just excellent! He wont last long here because hes the kind of material people like me try to hire for their work ethic and customer service skills, but while he is here, look for him if you have photo needs.... he can handle it!!!!

I have been coming to this Walgreens since moving here in 2004 and the staff has always been nothing but friendly, nice and go out of their way for the customer. The pharmacy always has my medications filled in a very quick turnaround time, especially for a pharmacy staff that is always so busy. If there is any criticism, it’s only when a generic has changed manufacturer, but there is no one to blame, just Walgreens pharma buyer doing their job (different generics can work well for some, not so well for others. USA manufacturers seem to be the best quality, but more expensive - just my 2 cents on the generic pharma industry).😊

I went into this Walgreens to process some film because the CVS (which was closer for me) had a higher price and a longer wait time on return. I came back to pick up my photos and they had been lost in the system! Nathan - the team leader that assisted me - was excellent. He tracked down the number to check on my order and even promised he would call too to make sure that my photos were found. He was alert and helpful, with great customer service. There was no number on the receipt to call to relay this review, so here I am. Overall, this experience has confirmed my belief that Walgreens is superior to CVS. 5 stars

I didnt happen to get the ladys name but this location has an older african American lady that works the register...extreme colorist.I had to remind her that she is also black. Rude as hell.She didnt speak to me when I came in. Tried to turn me around and not let me purchase what I came for. And then tried to tell me I couldnt use my card....But the manager came up and basically informed her. She was in the wrong. So thats a bonus. But she needs to be fired. Im sure shes always a problem

Went into another pharmacy for a passport photo with my husband. Waited around for 15 min. It was like a ghost town in there. One person at the register, a line 6 people deep and not another employee in sight. Finally gave up, drove down the street to this location. Walked in the store had 3 employees in the store...and someone ready to help in the photo area...imagine that...on a Saturday! A store actually staffed!!! In and out in 10 min!!! Great service!!!

I was told multiple times that they were waiting on my doctor to authorize a refill. The truth was that they didn’t have enough of the medication in the store to fill the order. Incompetent and dishonest.

I’ve been waiting for ten minutes and no ones answered the phone. I had an important question and it’s on a very small time frame and now I probably won’t make it.

By far the worst experience Ive had in customer service with their Pharmacy. The pharmaceutical manager was very rude and short with me. After filling two prescriptions on two seperate days and making two extra trips throughout this week to try and file my insurance information with them in order to receive my benefits they tell me to come back and try again numerously. Today, the last I can receive the cash difference from my transactions the manager tells me that my information wasnt going through and that he wouldnt know until he called. Of course they offer to call my insurance after the fact the 7 day policy is over.

There seems to be a recurring pattern in the reviews here... Pharmacy manager Duane Barrett is condescending as all get out, and his attitude is deplorable.Im going to guess that in his 18+ years at Walgreens, life as a pharmacist has grown tedious and hed rather be anywhere else than behind the counter putting pills into little bottles all day long.Ive not experienced such an arrogant and disdainful attitude from anyone in a long time, and to come from someone who should consider himself a professional and learned man, this is a real shame.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHARMACY MANAGER,DEJUANE, THIS MORNING. I SIMPLY HAD A QUESTION FOR A RECOMMENDATION ON SOME EYE DROPS. NO GOOD MORNING, RUDE AND VERY SHORT WITH HIS ANSWER. WENT RIGHT TO C.V.S. AND THE LADY PHARMACIST THERE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO GUIDE ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN WALGREENS AND I DID SEND AN EMAIL TO CORPORATE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!

Make sure youre dressed to the nine when shopping here. Made the mistake of going in and looking at the cosmetics while I had some time to kill while wearing sweats with no makeup. Watched like a hawk while shopping and an employee called over someone else to watch me. Needless to say I put back all my items and walked out. Ive never been treated that way ANYWHERE! Ill be shopping at CVS down the street from now on.

WORST pharmacy customer service EVER! Only started going here because CVS Target does not take BCBS. Duane B the head pharmacist is the most condescending and RUDE person! I have tried more times with this incompetent pharmacy than my share and patience can allow.....I’ve had a woman named Zee flat out lie to my face about my son’s prescription, been given an incorrect prescription, and the latest they dropped the ball in getting a time limit script filled for me that I gave 3 days ago and it expired today....I have spent more time trying to get this prescription than I ever should have and ONLY because of their incompetency. I now have to schedule an appointment with my doctor in downtown Dallas to get another paper prescription because Walgreens and particularly Zee dropped the ball on Friday. So I will be out another $60 for a visit to get even though I turned in the prescription within the 7 days expiration date. Ridiculous!!!!!!

In the mood to be belittled and talked down to by a smug pharmacist? Then get yourself down to Walgreens at Main St and meet Duane B. Horrendous attitude from this sad little man. Youd do well to have your prescription sent anywhere but here on the off-chance you do end up having to connect with this man on your visit.

Although the drive through is incredibly slow, I would rather come here than CVS. I had to call the Walgreens pharmacy 3x today about an insurance problem for my medication and the poor guy put up with me and got it worked out how I hoped it would.

The lead pharmacist here is a total rude jerk. I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for 3 years as it’s right by my house but I will take my business elsewhere.
