Keys Restaurant has always had great breakfast & a wide variety menu & several locations. Stopped @the Spring Lake Park location for the 1st time to dine-in. The waitress was rather rude but the food was very good as usual. Incase you like pancakes, beware 1 pancake is the size of a plate! Huge!

Nice little breakfast/lunch place off University Ave. Varied seating options and spaced out well. Budget meal options and good variety of platters to choose from. Bakery display looked good, too. Good service.

Had a wonderful breakfast today!We were so looking forward to it after 4 years of living in another state.Im so happy I grabbed a molasses cookie on the way out because they are just wonderful....like always.So many of our favorite restaurants have gone downhill in quality and service but,not here.

Ive wanted to visit this place for a while now and finally made it there. The employees were very nice and the service was good, however, I cannot say the same for the food! The omelet I had was ok eventho it was missing the extra cheese but the hashbrowns and toast werent seasoned or done. My son had the pancakes which he enjoyed so it wasnt all a loss I guess but not in a rush to go back😔

We used to dine at this place regularly. It has been on the slow decline during covid and I have eaten there for the last time. Service has gotten poor and the food inconsistent. Our drinks sat empty for most of our meal. We were charged for multiple items we did not have although they did remove them. 1 single chocolate chip pancake for a child is over 8 dollars. My money will be better spent elsewhere. If youre really in the mood for toast I may recommend this place to you.

We went out for breakfast this morning. Had the greatest experience. Food was amazing. But the best part was our waitress. Judy is amazing! Best waitress we have ever had. Refilled my coffee before I could ask and brought us more gravy for our biscuits. Wish every waitress was as good as her. I hope all your customers and boss know how great you are. Keys is lucky to have you as part of their team. Thank you for being awesome. Cant wait to eat there again. Hope Judy will be our waitress again.

I had the Loon Omelet with sourdough toast, and it was very tasty! But I do reccomend trying their home made strawberry jelly with any of their toast options. Not to sweet, not too tart, but just right!

Was the best. Had a great Blueberry milk shake!!! Eggs where perfect,steak was good would have been better tenderize alittle more. Thank you for being opened!

Food was spot on, as well as the service. What I do not agree with is the fact that they do not allow servers to take card payments at your table. The reason? So they can try to sell you bakery items when you really just want to pay for your meal and leave. Nevermind if you have to stand in line to pay your bill, because they GOTTA sell you that cookie! Shameful. If people want bakery items, they will purchase bakery items...DUH! I think a policy change is in order.

I really liked this place till I found mold on the turkey in my BLT sandwich. The sandwich was dry and just not good to boot and my fries came to the table cold and limp. The staff did take the sandwich off our bill but didnt seem too concerned about making things ok with me. Ive lost my taste for their food. Wont be back.

Took my mom there today as one of our favorite places to eat. We both ordered turkey with all the fixings. Food came in 5 minutes cold with lump in gravy. Sent back nicely…. 5 minutes later food still cold. Went to a different restaurant. So sad 😭

The food was good, the service was great. They charge a 3.5% surcharge to use a card to pay, while I understand there is a cost to accepting cards, I used a debit card which can only charge .5% but still had to pay 3.5%, that is not right.

Amazing quality food, great friendly service and go with that all peas full environment. I don’t recommend go on Sundays. They are seriously pack and super busy. I prefer on weekdays more quieter This place is not other restaurants, they don’t have deferent days deferent standards. Some restaurants busy day they have hire standards and slower days below standards. This place 7 days a week they mentioned there standards. And only complaint I have they serve very too much food potions. Quality of food really good and thank u for that. customer service very high they act they are all owner in this place and good for them. Great customer service, the server was very friendly and entertaining. Our server had a good humor. The food was delicious, everything came out within a reasonable time even though they were super busy at 8:00 am. There were people waiting in line before the restaurant was even open.

I was very surprised on how our breakfast meals came out one was cold and the other eggs was no where near cooked to asked. I rated this 3 stars due to the wait staff. Very disappointed to be served this from Keys! Far from a 12.50 plate. They need to get back to paying attention to what thier cooks are sending out. Eggs are not that hard to cook. Sorry failed for thier known name.

I ordered from keys cafe through Door Dash. The dasher who picked up my food brought me everything that was on the ticket, but the cafe never put in my beverage order.Then when I called them, they said that they had my milkshake the in the freezer. They told me the dasher never picked it up and tried to blame the error on the dasher.Keys Cafe never put my beverage order on the ticket, I had the door dash ticket stapled to my delivery bag and the beverage was NOT on there.So how was the dasher supposed to know that she did have my complete order, if the cafe cant even put in the order correctly?Keys cafe needs to get it together. The food we ordered was all slapped together. The hashbrowns were soggy and they basically hard boiled my 2 poched eggs.A proper poached egg is supposed to have a beautiful creamy yolk.If I wanted a hard boiled egg I would have ordered one. One star

Yum all around, always hopping but never overly crowded (at least in the week). I love going there for meetings because they dont rush you. And the menu is all very well prepared comfort dishes.
