For convenient shipping they are good but they ruined one of my paintings and refused to help in any way. I even asked if they could just give me complimentary packaging worth $15 and I would fix the painting myself and the owner told me no and that the random spray that they gave me is all they can do for me. Now I have a ruined $200 painting.

Expensive . Only needed to Fax 2 documents and it was $4.51 . Goodness I didnt mail anything or it wasnt overnight service. While they could charge any price they please, its super expensive to fax here. Id rather invest in a fax machine.

DISASTER! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! I would give 0 stars is possible. I rented a uhaul truck online and scheduled my pickup for 5:30 and arrived to no truck. I go inside to talk with the manager(?) and he proceeds to try and sell me on a much cheaper truck (not even close to what I reserved) FOR THE SAME PRICE. UHAUL supposedly has a reservation guarantee of $50 - WELL GOOD LUCK getting that if your reservation is not available!!! These people did nothing to help me and to top it off; the previous truck user was dumping trash (who knows what) with the truck I was supposed to use and who knows if they would have cleaned the truck out before I rented it. AWFUL SERVICE and highly recommend using some one more trust worthy.

Person behind the counter who made stupid mistake on updating the value of the item, which ended up paying double the custom, even though i asked her to update multiple times and she did not and also forgot to put the bill.Irresponsiblefor DHL parcel, dont go here. You will end up paying some unreasonable mistake thats beyond your control.ended up paying $1000 more then actual custom!!!!!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced! My husband and I were scheduled to pick up a U-Haul that wasn’t even there. Tried to resolve the issue and was on the phone for nearly an hour with customer service with no resolution!! The manager and son didn’t offer any compensation or guidance.

I wish there were minus stars as these folks would get a minus 10, easily. I went into there shop on 6/29 to get an estimate for a DHL shipment to Spain. There was a lady, behind the counter, helping a guy with his package and a guy, behind the counter, who greeted me. I gave him the package with the Spain shipping address and asked for a price. He fiddle with measure and weighing. Meanwhile the lady was done with the guy she was helping. She took my package off the scale and put it on her scale and started measuring again. Time wasted at this point is 10 minutes. Then a guy comes into the shop with three books to send, but no shipping box. Just the three books. So the guy behind the counter is looking for a box for the three books. He comes up with a box and the lady doesnt like his choice, so she goes in the back to look for a shipping box. The guy behind the counter, just stares at my package, waiting for the lady to return with an appropriate box for the books. They put the books in the box is too big. She going hunting for a box cutter. More time wasted while my package continues to sit there. Books go in the box and she cuts the box to make it a smaller size. The tapes up the box, but put the address where the books were being shipped. She had to open the box to get the address. More time wasted as my package just sat there. So I asked the guy, if they were done with getting the price on my package. Just two more minutes he said. Its been almost 25 minutes Ive been waiting. The guy with the book package pays the bill and goes on his worry way. Now they shop people finally get serious about my package. Ten more minutes pass, then they tell me the price is $204. My package contains a pair of shoes. I paid $92 for the shoes and to return them its $204. Seriously? Total weight 2 lbs, 11 oz. So Ive been there 35 minutes. I go to a different DHL store and they give me a price of $151. At least was in the second DHL store only 3 minutes to get a price. Last resort, the post office. The USPS tells me between $60-$121. Long story short, The first store in the Tom Thumb strip mall on the SE corner of Lebanon and 423, is beyond incompetent. Horrible customer service. Lesson learned, never go in that shop again. Like never ever. Consider yourself warned and maybe get a multiple prices for mailing your packages.

Very frustrated to be told my package would go out the day I dropped it off (via UPS) and it didnt go out until 4 days later. It was time sensitive and I was charged a VERY high late fee because of the stores mistake. I will be going elsewhere to have all packages shipped out as I have no confidence with this store and their ability to make things right.

I use this store fairly often, every couple weeks or so. Im treated like family. My kids run around and touch everything and theyre treated by the staff lovingly. Its a real mom-and-pop shop and Im glad to support them.

I walked into this place and stood at the front door for 5 minutes while 2 employees worked in the back. Nobody acknowledged me or offered to help. A simple, be right with you is all that is needed. Ill keep my business with Zip It Postal up the street.

I came to print some images using the Inkjet printer and she quoted me $0.49 per sheet.. Well, when she realized I was printing on my own transfer paper that I provided, she said its going to be $5.99 per sheet! And I asked how much it would cost to use their paper. It wouldve been the same price. So I said to use their paper. She then tells me that if it doesnt turn out nice, then shes still going to charge me. I dont understand why printing on regular paper and transfer paper would make such a big difference in price. And to give me such a hard time... I almost thought she didnt want to do it for me. Then the other lady hopped in and helped me. Nothing on the price list showed special pricing for transfer paper. It had set prices for laser ink and ink jet... total rip off. Will never return!!!

I cannot live without Print Parcel and Ship in my life! In the last year since moving to this area I literally have personally used at least a dozen of the many services they expertly and conveniently provide. The owner Rukhsana Akram was the first friendly, engaging, encouraging person I met when moving here and she and her staff are extremely friendly, professional, helpful and they have all the answers to your needs and can work with you and your projects in a timely, seamless, and convenient manor. PPS in invaluable to the community!

Worst place ever. Mailed three parcels and they charged me for 4. Did not offer an apology. To add insult to injury they damaged one of my parcels that was a gift while handling it. Told me that I should take the gift back and get a refund. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible Experience! It started with me trying to confirm my U-Haul reservation with them the day before. The young man who answered the phone didn’t know what I was talking about and said he would have someone call me. I asked if they had sofa and chair covers for moving to which he replied, “yes”. No one ever called me back. I drove up there and there were no furniture covers. I verified my rental while I was there. They assureed me it ei I’d be ready to go tomorrow. They are closed on Sunday’s and I would be doing a self check in via the U-Haul app. Next morning followed procedure to check out the truck. Wasn’t able to retrieve my rental because: A) There was a truck blocking the one I was to rent and B) They did not leave the keys! Very frustrating! I had to drive to Plano to get a U-Haul. I also found their interaction with me in their store very unpleasant. I was highly disappointed with their lack of customer service.I will not be doing business here!

I always laugh when I read reviews like the one listed below. In large part due the lack of appropriate grammar used by the individual writing the post. I do not ever trust a review written by a former employee bad mouthing a former employer with only personal attacks. Daisy Velo, did you know that your potential future employers will in fact Google your name and see that you 1) have absolutely ZERO grammar skills and 2) are okay with defaming a previous employer because youre obviously mad about something that by my guess, was your own fault in the first place? By the way, you probably did not know that defamation of character is illegal and can be sued for it? If I were these business owners, I would definitely take you to court! I will offer you some advice for the future Daisy Velo:1) Please go back to school and acquire some much needed lessons in appropriate grammar and how to put together a well thought out, FLOWING sentence.2) get some class. There is nothing more classless than a female who only knows how to run her mouth ( I am assuming you are a female based on your name)3) Grow past your obvious immaturity and snotty attitude. Learn how to handle each and every situation with elegance and grace.4) If you are going lie, learn how to make it believable. I read your review and I think youre just from a competing business trying to get more customers.5) I would also advise you to stick to telling the truth. In the end the truth always comes out6) if you had been my employee with that attitude, I wouldnt have even let you run a register. I wouldve had you and your bad attitude scrubbing toilets.7)if you thought your review was going to make people feel sorry for you, you are so completely wrong. This place is the worst and let me expain why I think this.When I originally got hired I was told that Rukhsana would be training me to help with the printing & shipping. I was thrilled because, well, I didnt know how to do any of those things on a large scale. Literally the DAY AFTER I started working Rukhsana LEFT FOR A WHOLE MONTH to her home country, Pakistan. A day you guys! How was I supposed to figure out what she wanted me to do for a month when I only started a day ago and barely learned to use the cash register?The owner, Rukhsana, claims to be an ex-warden but cannot even run her business properly. They barely ever got the jobs done on time. If they did she probably and essentially slaved her stock-broker daughter into working tireless nights on it. We actually had one lady come in the next day AFTER her print should have been done because they werent ready the day she wanted it (fact is nobody even looked at it UNTIL she walked in). When she walked in the following day it STILL wasnt ready or even printed for her big event. The owner frantically started work on printing it at that time.. Unfortunatly Rukhsana cant even work her own machines and had to call her daughter to fix it.Sadly, for the trees, they constantly waste paper on reprinting and sometimes still make you pay for it. Which I can understand from a business and money making standpoint. However, those things probably wouldnt happen if the daughter, Maria, who works there payed a little more attention to things other then blantenly LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS about having doctors appointments to avoid communication and confrontation with them. When in reality she was getting her fake eyelashes done or hair extensions put in. Dont get me wrong her hair looked great after it was done, but to have the audacity to ask me to lie to them too FOR YOU not having the job done?! I obliged only to comfort the customer in the product quality but still... Telling them these things when she should have been working on their orders or AT LEAST training me to do it while she was out. I would have loved it if she taught me.. Its why I applied; thats what I was supposed to learn to do from the get go. I enjoy putting smiles on customers faces not having to lie to them directly for petty excuses.*Honesty is the BEST policy*Not to mention they COULDNT EVEN PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES ON TIME which happened to me more than 5 times of my seven months working there. Seriously I had to ask for my check or they wouldnt have given it to me (we even tried direct deposit but that seemed to make problems much worse... then reverted BACK to the last problem). In those seven months they have also had three other employees get hired and quit due to the fact that the business isnt ran effectively. Of course after everybody but the daughter quit and my attempt to quit (but was BEGGED TO STAY because they liked how I worked) didnt work, I was the only one cleaning a entire shop that didnt belong to me for $10/hr in addition to tending to customers.They also try and jip you when you are shipping so ALWAYS ASK whats the cheapest way of shipping if you arent interested in certifying or other things like that. Almost everything comes with a tracking number! Things excludable would be media mail for example. They get their main profit from fedex and severely push that on everyone, every time. (If not you get told youre doing your job wrong so beware future employees and best of luck!)** BTW ITS CHEAPER TO PRINT IN COLOR AT THE COLONY LIBRARY UP THE ROAD**

Don’t get a U-Haul here. You will lose money, time, and your will to live. You reserve a truck at this location and they make you drive a few miles to get the truck where you can’t park your car. F this place.

We are a military family who has moved ten times in twenty years. Never has a company charged for unfolded packing material like Print, Parcel & Ship did. Extremely rude staff who was uncompromising and uncaring and unprofessional.
