I was disappointed that Ulta no longer carries the Cindy Crawford skin care line known as Meaningful Beauty. I love her Melon Serum & Eye Lifting cream.However, two Beauty Consultants helped me find new, comparable products. One is a plant based.

After going through 3 local barber shops, I decided to come here for my haircuts. The staff is always warm & inviting. Salon & sales floor alike are clean & tidy. I always leave satisfied! Special thanks to Brooke, Amy, Emily, & Brittany for making me feel welcome!

Yesterday I popped in Ulta near Stonebriar looking for concealer thinking I’d buy one that was super popular online. I’m so happy I ran into Christina asking if I need help! She was honest and upfront that that concealer wouldn’t work for me and showed me another one as well as some eye cream that we literally watched in a mirror change the look of under my eyes. We kept talking and there were other items I needed but had not planned to buy that day. However, she was so on point with suggestions that were correct for my skin type and color I trusted her and purchased everything. I don’t like to experiment or waste time and money with products. I want to buy exactly what I need quickly without confusion. Also, she had a super cool personality. I left wishing she had an Instagram that I could follow suggesting products because she was that good! Thank you Christina!

This store has nothing in stock, I don’t know how they make business. They definitely need another manager or a person who is responsible for stocking the merchandise. Every time I go there I can’t buy anything as they have nothing what I like in stock!!!! The shelves are empty. Horrible, just horrible.

I absolutely enjoyed my service with Ashely. Im new to Dallas. I dont trust everybody with my eyebrows, I treat them like gold :) . I showed Ashley a picture of my brows back in Houston. Excellent service experience at the Frisco Ulta on Preston. Brand new associate helped on the floor searching for a specific hair product & she located it! Checkout was a breeze and super pleasant! Five stars!!

This ULTA has helpful, knowledgeable employees. I noticed that stock on some items is low or non-existent (true for the three Ultas Ive been in recently) so call ahead to make sure they have what you want. They will hold products for you.

This store was poorly stocked and the staff dont acknowledge you at all. I like the Denton store much better. I will not return to this location.

I came here a couple of times already and each time purchases or returns went smoothly. Other Ulta that I went to was very slow and unfriendly people. They (other Ulta) accidentally charged me for something I did not pick up and I noticed it. If I didnt notice it, then my money would be just gone. Every returns, every items need authorization from their managers at the other Ulta.

Tizila and Ariana made the experience awesome. Check out was a different story with a problem re coupons. Thanks to both consultants I will be back! Appreciate great service!

Do not place an order and expect a decent curbside service.They do not have a great system in place. Waited 25 minutes for them to bring the order after being put on hold multiple times. Would’ve been faster for me to haul my kids inside then wait in the car.

The Frisco location always provides an excellent customer experience. The staff is willing to help you navigate the store and shopping during covid.

I called the store today to see if they could hold my online order for only 2 days past the deadline and was told that if the item was on sale or if coupons were used that the product would go back to original pricing. Also, I would have to go in the store to repurchase!I feel like this location cares nothing about customers or providing good customer service as this was a no brainer request! Just hold on to the product that has already been paid for a couple more days! Duh!

Never choose *Brook* for hair color, she is awful, I dyed my hair for the first time, she damaged my hair completely and she has a mental problem because she had a serious fight with me after damaging my hair,

My boyfriend (Who I dragged out of the house to go to Ulta) was smiling and having a great time too! Thank you for making an ordinary trip extraordinary. I tried the products I purchased as soon as I got home and they’re just as Chase described. 10/10

Products were great and easy to find but cashier Briamony was not so pleasant at chechout..Normally everywhere I go at Ulta, everyone is nice but not this one. Im thinking theres always a first time for everything.

I’m a teen and this is the first time I got my hair cut short. I was so so incredibly nervous. The assistant manager Brooke Goff did my hair and not only calmed me down but did such an amazing job. It was an incredible experience. Thank you so much. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a “cool & cute” look and tips to maintain it.

Horrible customer service and the shelves were empty. When I expressed my frustration about the store and customer service to the Regional Ops Manager, I was told “sorry” and just fill out the survey after I asked for a phone number/email to further discuss the matter. I would suggest purchasing your desired items directly from the vendor or try Target and Sephora.

I came in to Christmas shop for my 15 year old niece. I was having trouble finding something because they were so low on stock. Then I found Breana and she was just awesome! She spent several minutes taking me around the store to make suggestions and helped me find the perfect gift. I highly suggest asking for Breana if you are needing help here, she was a lifesaver!! Ill definitely be back.

Never coming to this location again, employees are not helpful and just stand around and talk to eachother. And the two at the register were rude, one getting into an argument with the lady in front of me, and the other being rude and talking to me like I’m stupid resulting in me just leaving and not even buying my items. I will be sticking to Sephora or just buying Ulta products online.

I booked a last minute blow out and cut. The stylist Brooke was super sweet and made me totally relaxed. She suggested a deep conditioner which really gave more life to my hair. Really good hair cut. Blowout, she made my hair straighter than I preferred but I told her straight so I can’t complain. I will for book her again.

Went for my hairs to get perm. It was told to me perm will be there for at least one month. But after first wash which was within 3 days my hairs were back to same. They charged me good amount of price to perm but it did not stayed even for a week. Would not recommend anyone to go for hair treatments.

This has happened multiple times now.I book an appointment online and get a confirmation, and then the salon calls later in the day and says that the person or the time slot is not available. They usually try to accommodate but there is often little that can be done.Can these systems please get in sync??

I went into your Frisco location today and I dont think I have ever felt so unwelcome by a group a guest service staff in my life. From not being greeted or even acknowledged when entering. To needing help finding a product, going to a group of three of them, having eye contact made by all three and then finally done acknowledging that I was there at the counter. It was like they were all waiting for someone else to deal with me. I was the only one in the store at the time. Finally someone asked if I was ready to cash out. I said no. I need help finding a product. Handed tester to one of the clerks and she just walked off with out saying anything. I didnt know if she was checking in the back or taking me to the product so I followed her until I realized she was going to the back. Waited and she came back and said you all didnt have the product in stock. I thanked her because unlike the staff you all had in there today I was raised with some for of manners. I will not be returning to this store again. Its a shame because I live across the street and its convenient.

Went in for a haircut I haven’t got my haircut in over a year for fear after someone messed up a haircut really bad. But I had a great experience here i can’t remember who cut my hair but she was awesome and they got me in and out really fast. 100% will be returning.

Anything to do with beauty they have and it would take years to see everything in that store. My favorite thing is while standing in line to check out, there is a beauty bar and lots of travel sizes of hair products, eye make-up and cool new products that you cant refrain from buying.

I love this place. I went in for the first time I got with a makeup specialist who matched my foundation to my face in a matter of minutes. Shade perfect and she was super nice and her makeup was beautiful. The prices in the place fair. Lots and lots of makeup to choose from. Great lighting to match your cosmetics.

Frisco, Preston location is out of stock often with Too Faced, IT, Becca and a few other brands and items. Really not sure why I keep stopping by this location. I have shopped at this location for five years and stock has been on a steady decline. Girls offer to order but I can go to mall and get what I need without waiting. I dont recommend this particular location until stock is maintained.

Asked for help multiple times- no one ever helped. They would just walk away and ended up helping other people. Pretty ridiculous and I’m pretty sure it was the manager I was dealing with.

Get a perm by the fabulous Tweedy. She has almost two decades of experience and is as sweet as they come. Shes their perm specialist among other hair specialties. My hair is thick and long and she took all the time in the world to do a great job. Ill be sending a lot of people to her;) very happy! Thank you Miss Tweedy!!❤️❤️

The worst experience at the beauty salon. Professional makeup did not include eyeliner. Did not include neck foundation... left looking like one layer of color on face and another in neck. Overcharged way more than what I was told over the phone. Extremely disappointed. The hair stylist didn’t even know how to braid my daughter’s hair and after struggling for an hr asked another stylist to help out. My daughters dream of looking great for her prom night is ruined. I am extremely saddened. Please never go to this place for makeup and hair for any of your special day.

The shelves were disorganized and understocked. They have also removed Neutrogena and Physicians formula from this location which was half of my shopping list. Only giving 3 stars because the only clerk available was friendly and helpful.

This location was disappointing. I usually love ulta but their shelves were kind of a mess and unorganized and so many things were out of stock. I still give it 3 stars because all of my preffered make up brands are here and the staff was very attentive as usual.

Well first it took them 45 minutes after my apt time to actually see me. I was so disappointed after going there and getting my makeup done, I think Brittany was her name. From the seat it looked good but when I looked in the mirror it looked like she had a shaky hand. Nothing on my face was straight or even. I’m not sure If she thought I wouldn’t care because I told her I don’t usually use makeup and maybe I wouldn’t know? I looked like a clown. I hope she would never go out looking like that. A lot of money for a lot of stuff I had to fix. I didn’t have time to ask her to fix it. I know I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend

Pretty good selection of hair styling tools and supplies. Clean store for the most part. Their product shelves are not over-stocked so it seems to stay pretty organized. Cosmetic area has a good selection of the name brand items.

The Frisco store is so much better more friendly than the McKinney store. The girl that helped me advised me of a promotion that saved me money. Great staff

Have been going here for a while now and was always happy with the work. My last hair cut was not done the way I had asked and when I went back to see if they could trim a little more off.. (a week or less later) I was told that I would have to pay full price. I will not return ever again.. as I think that me being the one to leave a big tip asking for a little fix should not cost me full price.

I always seem to find what I’m looking for here. I like it better then Sephora. Giv’em a try!

Brought my daughter xmas gift and service was top notch

Though they have a great selection of makeup and the like, they lack in customer service. After not having gone there in a very long time I was left at the checkout by the cashier so she could help someone else. Just left there, while I was ready to pay. Also, unlike their competitor (in the same parking lot) they refuse to take competitor coupons. I surely will not be going back to Ulta.

Great easy to shop at, even if in a hurry. Good for gifts for anyone since sometimes they have sets of products.

Just left the store after mulling around for 20 minutes with over 10 people working/walking past and not one person offering help. All I needed was some suggestions on skin care and I was planning on purchasing derma Logica but you guys lost a client and a sale. Terrible terrible service. I should know better than going to Ulta. Everyone and every time I come here the people who works here never helps anyone ever. Doesn’t matter which Ulta I go to. I’m going to Sephora.

This was my first time going to this ulta and some of the ladies were helpful.But this one lady at the register was rude, she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t greet me, she acted like she just wanted to leave.she just tossed me my money like “okay here you go”her I think her name was Laurie Marie.

My first time visiting this store. For whatever reason I have steered very clear of this place. But, I needed a gift for my niece that I could only find there. So, I find myself wandering through the store. They were very helpful if you asked questions and, of course, I found a lit more than I went there to purchase. It was a pleasant experience and I will go back. I am sorry I avoided it for years!!

I went in tonight with some friends to pick up a couple of items of course me and my friends are having a awesome time trying different products to see which ones best fit what we want. We were taking some swatches off our hands when one of the workers with short darkish red hair comes over and rudely says clean up your mess this isnt a play place when all we were doing was laughing and taking make up off the tops of our hands. This ruined my experience and I will never return to this ultra I will be calling the manger to make my complaint tomorrow as well.

My daughters were just at this Ulta store and were treated very rudely when they asked for a test brush to try a face powder. When they told the manager she told them that the person worked for Bare Minerals. This is very disappointing. I promptly returned all of my Bare Minerals products to Sephora and they helped me fined a similar brand.

Great location to shop, with other outlet stores nearby, and wide variety of makeup brands. However this location gets 2 stars, due to lack of customer service and rarely keeping up with items that need to be restocked. A lot of the 1 star reviews are still relavant. I felt highly unwelcome coming to this location, upon another visit (4th/5th time). There are a few nice people, but whenever my sister and I, my sister, or myself alone go, those nice employees are never to be found. Have never been greeted, assisted, excuse-med to (while Im looking at a product and employees just pass me like Im invisible. Even having the audacity to step right in front of me, without acknowledging that Im standing there.) Went in Monday 9/23, at least 8 employees working in the morning, and not a single one spoke to my sister and I, and it wasnt busy. About 4 employees clustered at register, with only 2 checking out. They profiled the ones they wanted to greet and those to ignore, even if you walk in bubbly and smiling. This location wasnt worth patronizing. Will be going to the Eldorado Ulta or even the Prosper location, where no matter your appearance youll get a chance to feel valued and acknowledged.

I would give negative negative stars if I could. Employees are rude and lazy. I neither got greeted when I came in, nor asked if I needed help. The few employees I did see, just stared at me then went on doing their thing( yapping on their cells, or with other employees and laughing /having a good time). If I were the manager, none of them would have a job anymore !!

I love ULTA. Coupons and promotions, samples, online all good. I dont order online, I prefer the store experience.

I purchased an eye cream here that once I got home and opened had half of it missing and completely dried out. It looked like it had been returned and placed back on the shelf. So gross. From now on, I’ll be going to the Prosper or McKinney Ultas.
