I live a little over an hour from this store, I have two a little closer too me actually (not much closer though). I choose to go to this store because the staff here are amazing. They are always super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I feel like I might have a silly question they are always very patient with me. I would highly recommend if you are hesitant in any way dont be. The products are great too, my skin is very sensitive but their more natural approve to things has helped me so much!! 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️

My wife bought half the store! This place smells amazing and the staff is beyond wonderful. We had our kids and they entertained them with the bubbles from their bubble bars. Everyone is so sweet here.

The employees are always helpful and sweet. The store is always neat and smells wonderful. One of my favorite stores to go to when I need to relax and treat myself.

Always friendly and great customer service

I visited this store last Tuesday (the 6th) and the girls in there were so helpful and kind! They had a great selection and were a great example of a store coping with the blow of Covid and providing a very personal experience. I wish I could’ve bought more!

Im not really sure anyone will see this but I hope they do. I am a big lushie and have been to all DFW locations except for Frisco until today. I was in the area and needed stocking stuffers for my family for Christmas. I knew exactly what I needed but wanted to get some things to treat and take care of myself. Usually Im timid when talking to lush employees but Miranda was easy to talk to. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. She answered all of the random questions I had and was very knowledgable about everything, including UK products (where I usually buy from). Miranda was so sweet and made this the best experience Ive ever had at a lush store; and I am a frequent shopper so thats saying something!! Thanks so much, you rule Miranda!!!! :)

I’m a retail store manager at the mall, and came by today on my break after having a long day. Wanted to get a “pick me up” and wasn’t in a very talkative mood and just wanted to enjoy my break.Josh greeted me at the door, and was extremely welcoming and energetic, and didn’t let my quiet demeanor deter him away from trying to have a conversation with me. He asked me about what bath bombs I liked or had tried (that’s where I was shopping), and listened super well to what I was saying even though I gave him short answers at first. He talked about other products that he thought I would like based on what I told him- both smell factors and color based info.He stayed so happy the whole time, and it genuinely felt like he cared about helping my day and me leaving with products I loved. I’ve been a big shopper at this Lush for about 7 months now, and have spent so much money here. Josh is the first one who has EVER gotten my information and put me in the system for online receipts and such, I didn’t even know this was a thing before today! He also gave me some samples he thought I would like based upon the things I told him while I was shopping. He was the perfect balance between helpful and letting me shop the way I wanted to shop- and hope he gets a shout out somewhere for being the brightest part of my long day!

Everyone was nice and friendly. The store was a lot bigger than what Im used to but it was wonderful. Everything was well organized and I bought some products I had never even heard of before and cannot wait to try them out! Store was neat and orderly and everything was well presented

I came here with my two-year old son and the sales associate, Jazzy, went out of her way to not only help me find a gift but also be nice to my son. Upon noticing he was cranky, she let him play with a bubble wand which he loved and put him in a much better mood therefore making it easier to shop.

This store is HUGE compared to the one in Plano. Lush is my go to place for vegan bath stuff. I am addicted to their shampoo bars! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will even let you try the products before you buy them. I recommend 100%!!

First, Jordan blew me away today with her kindness and care! A Lush moment I will never forget! ❤️❤️I’ve used Lush before they opened in the US, over 20 years now, and I’m incredibly happy with their products. They have done wonders for my skin! If you have dry & problem skin like me, I HIGHLY recommend their products! I am currently using ocean salt, let the good times roll, full of grace and celestial. Ultra bland is amazing moisture and great for removing eye makeup. The staff is always highly informative on which products are best for your skin so just ask.

I was so excited for this store to open, because I wouldn’t have to drive so far, but I’ll make the drive. I went on a Thursday night when there was only one other customer in the store. It was a dad buying a gift for his daughter. He made the comment to an employee that he wanted a bath bomb and her reply was “sir there are bags right in front of you” he responded that he hadn’t been here before and didn’t know what to do. I felt her comment was rude, but I didn’t say anything. Then I picked my items and headed to the registers where there were two employees. At this point I’m the only guest in the store. I put the items on the counter in front of the employee, because I had just watched her check someone out, and she didn’t even look up at me. The other employee there was doing some sort of task, but also did not look up. We stood there for about 2 minutes right in front of the employees without either one of them acknowledging that we were there or offering to check us out. Finally I looked as my boyfriend and could tell he was getting frustrated, so I just said “okay I guess we can just leave then” and we turned around and left. They still said absolutely nothing to us and remained looking at their computer and doing their task. I’ve never witnessed such bad guest service. I will continue to go to North Park because they actually create an inviting experience for you there and care about their guests.

Walked in and was never greeted. No one even said hello or how can i help you. There were plenty of people there to assist and even stand around. No one made eye contact with me. Very disappointed. Going to be calling corporate and complain.
