I loved this place! Its a cute paradise for me to explore!The employees there are very friendly and helpful. My account had an issue when I was checking out, but the sweet employees made sure they fixed it for me and I received my loyalty points accurately. Theyre also very patient and answered all my questions to help me find the gifts I wanted to get for my friends. Shopping here is a wonderful experience!

Got a Hello Kitty Team US plush and sailor moon paper theater there for my little sister. Very good quality and hard to find them in other place. Shes so happy about them! Employees there are also really nice and helpful. Best store ever!

This store is absolutely adorable! I went in not knowing what to expect since I have never seen one of these stores in my own home state. It was a little overwhelming how super cute everything was but, in the end, I bought a fluffy pink Alpaca. I like this store a lot.

I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt while I was in with my daughter today. It seemed everywhere I went in the store, the girl working on the floor was within arms reach.At some point she picked a spot in the middle of the store and whenever I got behind her she’d flip around … I still wanted to believe it was just a coincidence so I tested it out.I waited until everyone was on the same side of the store then walked behind her and sure enough, she flipped around to keep her eye on me. When she did it, I just looked her in the eye, disappointed. She then looked down and began playing with her phone, nervously. As I walked past her on my out with my daughter, she turned around again to see us leave. This must be what she was hired to do.It seems being Black is reason for suspicion in this store. As much as I wish this didnt happen, it served as a great teaching moment.

This store is so cute! They have merch of all the anime I love AND the cutest plushes and clothing I can’t find anywhere else but online. I’d rather buy it right away here than wait several months so this store is a godsend! The employees are also all very sweet and positive. They always compliment me on my outfits or my makeup and make my day. My favorite store!

I love this store! This store is the main reason I go to this mall to be honest. Everything is priced greatly and I love shopping here. Nothing is overpriced and the hoodies are very soft. Great for anime lovers, collectors, plushies lovers, BTS stans, or anyone who loves cute things in general! Its so hard not to blow all of my money at this store. I love going here and everything is such good quality. The staff is nice and its a very calm atmosphere. I definitely recommend this shop! I go here in cosplay almost every time I go and I never feel judged. Im so glad they got to expand into a big store. I love showing this place to my friends!Edit: I recently went and bought a figure. When I opened the figure it was in disgusting condition so I went to return it. When I got there they told me they couldn’t accept returns on figures so I showed them my receipt and pictures of the figures poor condition. They gave me my money back, so I could buy a new one, and upon further inspection, the other figures were in bad shape too. I chose the best one and when I went to pay for it they made me pay $37 instead of what I originally paid for. I told them it didn’t feel fair and they said they couldn’t pay me back my coupon money. And when I was in the store previously the employees were pointing, whispering and starring us down the entire time we were in there. It was uncomfortable and I wanted to leave quickly. Other than that, the staff handled the figure situation well. I’m glad they let me return it, even though they said they cannot resell it. I wish the return policy were better but oh well. I warn you now do not buy their figures. They are knockoffs. They also got rid of the acrylic stands they sell and now sell those cheapWish/Amazon keychains. They aren’t bad quality though. When I go into the store in cosplay they give us rude looks now. I don’t know why and I honestly feel uncomfortable with going inside.I’ve only had like two good experiences in here and now every single time I go the employees are rude and give us nasty looks. They accused my friend of stealing without proof and when we went back into the store later on the employees followed her and started us down. I feel so uncomfortable and weirded out by this customer service. Please have a talk with your employees about how to approach customers or just hire new ones. Awesome store with amazing Japanese plushies and pop culture items. After talking with some workers I found out that they actually work with many small artists and sell some of their products in store. I got some cute accessories like earrings and a bunny cat for my day :)!

This is my absolute favorite store !! my boyfriend and i always come in and shop, and the employees remember us and are always very sweet. today i went & was going to purchase a duck plushie. i was carrying it around the store still shopping, and when we were ready to check out, the employees gave me a brand new one that was packaged and clean. my boyfriend said that when they saw me carrying it, they went to get a brand new one for me, so i didn’t have to get one that had been out for a while. this was a very kind gesture and shows how sweet and considerate the employees are!!! best employees ever & best adorable store ever!!

I don’t think this place is POC/LGBT friendly. I took my friends here for the first time today. We were all excited to see the cute stuff but the atmosphere was not welcoming. The employees kept following us around and watched us closely when we explored the store.After we left my friends expressed how uncomfortable they felt. I felt really embarrassed taking my friends here because they did not feel comfortable to shop.

This place was pretty neat! I literally would like to buy everything there. The employees are super helpful and sweet. Me and my friends never feel judged even if we wear cosplay or oddly-dressed going to this store. I also love the way how they communicate with customers about their kawaii merchandise, new trendy items, and music! Love the whole atmosphere there.

Absolutely excellent store! They have all sorts of goodies that are SO hard to find anywhere else, and the employees are so sweet!! I saw a few reviews on here that say theyre against cosplay which doesnt feel right? I went in full Demon Slayer cosplay and they were so nice and even complimented me on it, which is super cool since I was a bit nervous!! Whether youre looking for anime merchandise or something cute and different, theyve got you covered, and the people there were really kind and helpful when I was looking for items I couldnt find.

I love this store with all my being. They all greeted us and complimented our danganronpa cosplays! I genuinely dont get why there are so many reviews of this place being anti cosplay, as I was quite shocked at how much of an opposite experience me and my friends got!

It seems as if they hate the cosplayers and all of their customers. My friends and I always go in here, usually in cosplay. When we do go in, they always glare at us and make us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Just today they accused one of my friends, who was in cosplay, of stealing. After said friend was extremely confused, the worker got angry and said they had everything on camera. She did not steal, she placed the item down in a different section after showing it to another friend. Once she showed where she set it down, the workers acted completely fake towards us and all happy like they didn’t just do that at all.

It was an amazing exprience the employees are SO nice and they had Kawii and goth things which I loved I would suggest you go if you like anime!

First time in the store. I gotta say they do have some cute stuff. But apparently you can’t choose your own blind boxes. :( was told I couldn’t buy the ones I picked up. She took them from me and proceeded pull some that were stored away else where and said I could only get these. It takes the fun out of blind boxes if you aren’t allowed to choose your own especially if they have someone forcing a customer to buy certain ones.

I love this store! The employees are super sweet and cute! Sometimes when I visit, the employees are in cosplay too so I don’t feel out of place in this store when I visit in cosplay! They are super attentive and always offer help.(Edit) I see a few reviews of people feeling uncomfortable by the employees staring, but I’ve worked retail before, so I feel an obligation to defend these employees. Also this store is the only reason I go to the mall. Im a regular there and they recognize me and treat me so nice so I love them.I’m sure a small business like this one has a small shoplifting budget (if they have one at all), so the employees must have to keep watch of the merchandise carefully. If you feel a little uncomfortable by employees looking at you, then I think that speaks more about your oversensitivity and your lack of empathy for a small business. They are probably looking at everyone holding merchandise not just you, but you’re only paying attention to yourself so you think they only care about you.Anyways. Support small businesses especially those owned and operated by people of color like this one!

Some stuff is very cheaply made. Broke as soon as I bought. Customer service is horrible. They do glare at you non stop making you uncomfortable.

This store is adorable and awesome! First time I went in I was shaking with excitement! Think of the word kawaii (cute) and this store revolved around that. They have so many plushies, apparel, posters, supplies, even figures all for anime and kpop fans. Ten million percent recommend.

Fell in love w this place the moment I walked in. Largest assortment of kawaii plushies Ive ever seen. They also have a lot of different toys and accessories like cute lamps n stuff as well as a wall w some kpop. The music in the store is all anime tracks and its just so good. this store claps hard.

Amazing!! I wear “Kawaii” fashion and always have to order stuff online. But this store has Kawaii T-Shirts and some skirts!! They are so cute!!! Not to mention their LARGE assortment of plushies, squishes, trinkets, stationary, jewelry, and more!! If you like cute things, or just Japan in general, don’t hesitate to go!! Also, everything is a reasonable price! The T-Shirts I got are about 23$ each, so not too bad! (More detailed/higher quality shirts are about 30$ each.) A cute pair of socks for 5$, and some jewelry for less than that! Tote bags too. Some brands they have are Sanrio (Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinemoroll, Kuromi, etc.), Pusheen, Gudetama, Lala Fanfan, and more!
