Wanted to experience the cart a few months before providing a review. This cart is awesome!! The folks at Epic have a wonderful product and top notch customer service. So happy we chose Epic.

I searched a few places for a golf cart and came here to just check out what they had. We were looking for a 6 seater and Jeff was awesome at explaining the cart to us. He was very patient, answered every question and wasnt pushy at all. He just gave us the info and let us make the decision. When we purchased it, he wasnt sure if he could get the vehicle ready for the next day, which was a Friday. The next day he called me and said he had everything ready to go and would be by soon to deliver it to us. Jeff personally showed up with the cart, unloaded it and gave us the rundown. We are very happy with the purchase, with Jeff and everything that was involved. Would definitely recommend, if nothing else, going and speaking with Jeff. The smart choice would be to buy a cart from them as well! Thanks Jeff!!

Had a deadline date it had to be delivered on and despite some last minute changes on my part it was completed and delivered as promised.Great place to do business, highly recommend them.

We were looking for a unique and fun golf car (street legal) to cruise the neighborhoods and frequent our golf country club. Purchased an electric cart from Epic after hunting local vendors in north Dallas area. What a fantastic customer experience I had buying my Cart from Epic. I bought a used cart from Epic and once delivered I decided to have them add a few things to the cart. They picked up my cart and I received a call from them stating they were putting new suspension on the cart for free. They were concerned that the suspension could cause a wreck and wanted to be sure my family was safe riding it. I never noticed any issues until after they returned the cart with new suspension. Im sure they made little to no $ on my purchase. Integrity is hard to find these days and I am super happy I stumbled across Epic! Thanks guys for a great cart and a fantastic experience!
