Urban Buggy has been nothing but incredible since day 1. My cart is 2 years old not only did the build exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished enough for Halloween. Came back picked it up to finish it. Every year they do a brake adjustment for me abs check the alignment always stellar customer service. I just upgraded to lithium... its screaming fast now! It was picked up and repaired and brought back same day. Clean, ready to go. The group the have in the shop building these sweet carts are honest with the highest level of integrity! I can not say enough good things about Urban Buggy, before you buy anywhere else give them a call!

These guy are amazing!! I met with Chris and he walk me through the entire process. We spend about an hour custom building the cart in their office in Roanoke. It was wonderful experience. Fast forward...the cart was delivered and it looked amazing!!! There was one thing that needed to be adjusted after we had the cart delivered and the owner himself drove all the way out to our house to make that adjustment and its been amazing ever since. If thats not customer service I dont know what is!! The guy built our cart was out of the Frisco shop (Devon) was amazing! He did a great job. We did some pretty custom touches and everything works like a charm! I spoke with him on the phone after we received our cart to ask a few questions and he walked me through a few things I had question on and I was good to go. He gave me his number and told me to call anytime! They definitely take pride in their work! I would very highly recommend these guys in a heart beat! We couldnt be more happy! My family loves the cart! If your on the fence just give them a call and they will make the process very easy!

The carts look good but full of mechanical problems. They are all “ refurbished “ carts for 16-17k. Go buy a new ICON for 10k and you will be money ahead!

I was genuinely pleased with my experience. I explained what I wanted and Chris walked me through the details: he showed me examples of what I wanted and gave me a reasonable price. The golf cart looked just as expected! Custom seats, kicker auto system, and the light kit... everything I wanted! The the Kevlar gray was the perfect color! We came across Urban Buggy through a Google search and could not be happier. We walked though the online build tool and then we were immediately contacted by Chris to discuss other options for color and wheels. The build took about three weeks as we expected from our phone call and then we pickup the cart and have been driving ti everywhere we can. The stance is perfect, the upgraded motor with Lithium Ion batteries was a great choice for speed and torque. We get more complements on the diamond stitched seats in brown than anything. The Kevlar Alpha body wis fantastic. We cannot say enough about our experience and quality of the build. If you want the best then you must get an Urban Buggy!

Urban Buggy came to my house to install a basket on the back to put my wheelchair in and golf bag holder. I spoke to them about ideas because I was tired of putting the seats down and lifting my chair. Worked exactly like they said and couldn’t be happier, a job well done!
