This place is horrible. I have placed two orders over a two month time span. I have called and left messages and even sent an email. I haven’t received my orders nor an call or email back! Save your time and energy!

I actually did not get to answer my phone to get to get my delivery and they were nice enough to delivery on a different day and the went out of their the way to deliver the food. They were very nice and polite. The let me know when they were on their way. To top it off they have great quality of food. I will recommend me them to anyone one. But last but not least, they even had a candy bar for me which I thought was sweet.

I received my first order from them today ... Im so satisfied with everything.. I had no problem with my order. Prices are great and food is better... Delivery guys were so respectful, professional and helpful.. They made feel like family. I absolutely love these people .

The owner is very sweet and down to earth person. The process is extremely simple. Ive read the bad reviews and they are just simply untrue, all you need is your CASE NUMBER and FS card on hand when you place your order and ANSWER THE PHONE when they call the day your order is being delivered. ITS JUST THAT SIMPLE. No I was not paid for this review and yes Im a real person. Love them. I would give 10 stars if I was able too. (Side note :they have school pizza AND school burritos)

My husband and I were happy to find a business that can deliver groceries to your doorstep we proceeded to order groceries from this business boy oh boy let me tell you they are very unprofessional they do not have a business phone where they can take calls or an answering machine where you can leave a message I dont know if it was Monica or one of her business employees but they do not have any customer service skills she then proceeded to call me back when I hung up my phone to end the call to argue with me she stated that I called 10 times in a row but the only reason I called 10 times is because there was no answering machine leading up so I can leave a message during the phone call she was talking to me like I was one of her homegirls and not a customer I will never order from them and even if I was close enough to receive services

My wife had back surgery. I work alot, my wife ordered from here, we have 2 small children which is so hard on her. She missed their phone call the first time due to her being in chemo and had heart monitors on. They were nice enough to bring the food to her later on.. Thanks for saving the day for her when I could not be there!!! They didnt have all her food on the truck since she missed the call, so they brought her food and carried it in also with a promise to bring the rest monday!!! Once again, thank yall!!!
