I had a great experience getting my flu shot at this Tom Thumb pharmacy today. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there it was a very minimal wait. Shayla, who gave me my shot, was wonderful and kind. We were having good conversation and she was in and out with the shot and I didnt feel a thing. I will definitely come back to this Tom Thumb for my pharmacy needs!

For the most part the store is clean and organized however the employees lack friendliness at this store for the exception of one or two employees.

I am New to Frisco and trying to find the best supermarket in the area.. The store was clean organized and well stocked. I think I will shop here regularly.

Went in to Buy a Few Items on my way home. Fully Stocked and very nice lady when I asked where something was, she not only told me aisle number took me to the product. WOW

This was the first and LAST time I will EVER order delivery from Tom Thumb. Cases of canned beverages were thrown so hard on the floor outside of my door that cans exploded. Rotten produce was delivered. Vegetables were packed with BOTTLES and, as a result, were crushed/damaged. Substitutes were nowhere near close to the request. Food that is intended to be kept frozen was completely thawed. You should remind your employees that some people need and rely on this service!

Nice Tom Thumb location, its clean, well organized, lots of parking, plenty available checkout machines and never been too crowded, although I usually visit this store at late evenings. The main reason I visit this store is my dogs treats. They have specific chicken dumbell treats that I cannot find in any store other than Tom Thumb so I have to stop by this store every once in a while on the way to home.

Frankford or Preston and Lebanon stores are the best place for deli products. Chicken and so forth. Just like the way I made them. Might be going back to work for them. Gotta make more sales. Love yall

Guys on the meat department are top notch and custom cut a lot for me. Call them to tell them what you want and its ready when you get there. Rest of store staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Selection of items is also generally good and well stocked.

Friendly, helpful, good produce, questionable quality of meats (due to odor. One of the board members of a company where I was CEO, was also president of Raleys 100s of westcost grocery stores. He once said, NEVER buy fresh meat from a grocery that had a fishy smell).If you stick to buying the deals, you may be able to level out their overall higher prices of Krogers and Walmart.

I love this store! The pharmacist and the others were very kind and patient with me. The floral department was big with dozens of beautiful arrangements ready to take home. The produce department was very well stocked with amazing fruits and vegetables. I just moved here from Fort Worth and I am very lucky to have found “my new Grocery store”. Hats off to the department managers and all the staff for their good work.

An older, but very well maintained store. A very large foot print for the store. All the departments that you would expect in a Tom Thumb. Excellent staff.

Clean, well lighted, well stocked. Employees are doing cleaning, sanitizing regularly. Food looks fresh and is presented attractively. Prices range from a deal to 17 - 20% above other stores; you are paying for the ambience. All in all, a good shopping experience!

I get emails about deals and then when I go to the store they never have anything in stock. Wasted trips.

Love curb side...just wish shoppers would get everything. Example...out of the brand of sour cream but didnt bother to substitute even though I didnt request NO substitutions.

More expensive than someplace like Walmart, but they make up for it with a comfortable and attractive store design. Their deli is also outstanding. I regularly buy their house soups, breads, sushi, and assorted pre made sides and meals.Their selection of wine and beer is outstanding as well, lots of craft beer, and all of my favorite wines, and plenty more that Ill probably never try.The pharmacy personnel incredibly nice as well!

Im particularly fond of this Tom Thumb, as the store is ALWAYS well kept, well stocked, and has some exceptional employees running it. The bakery offers many products, like daily made breads, donuts, and my personal favorite- bagels that put NY to shame. While not the absolute cheapest store in town, they offer a wide variety of products and good quality products.As previously mention, the staff here is unmatched, and one that is always going above and beyond is Tony, who takes care of the shopping carts. Not only is he extraordinarily kind, he liberally wipes down EVERY SINGLE cart and basket with disinfectant, so you definitely neednt worry when visiting this location. Parking lots are always void of carts because Tony has them already cleaned and waiting inside.Great team here, and consequently a great store!

We custom ordered Cowboy Theme Cake and i spoke with Bakery Manager Tiffany and showed here sample picture. Tiffany and Cake decorator did an amazing Job and i was extremely happy with the cake, it not only looked beautiful but also very delicious. Tiffany was so amazing and never saw anyone with such nice attitude towards customer. Cake complimented our whole birthday Party theme. I would recommend Tiffany for her Customer first attitude

Flowers are very fresh and reasonable price. Very economical for shopping. This shop is in a perfect location. Very near to other shops like Walmart, Target Stonebriar Centre.

Missing some name brands and have troubles keeping stocked up shelves. Other than that, they have organic brands that are out of stock at other organic groceries and they seem to have it with better prices.

The supermarket is clean, food fresh but above all the associates and management team is #1, professional, knowledgeable and willing to stop what they are doing to guide & help. And I often NEED HELP...LOL!

I love my local Tom Thumb - it keeps everything in stock though it has very less variety of vegetables. The items are fresh and sometimes provides savings from i4u. It has quick self check out and staffs are amazingly helpful. They keep the carts clean, organize the store and help customer efficiently.

We called the bakery area to find out if they had any loaves of our favorite sourdough bread left. The bakery employee said there was only one left. I told him my husband would be right there in few minutes to get it. So, he asked my husbands name and said he would keep it behind the counter with his name on it until he could get there to pick it up. That is customer service.

They have some really good deals each week. The employees at this store are really pleasant.

This store is is always clean and well stocked. The Preston corridor/eastern side of Frisco lacks in high-end supermarkets but the Tom Thumb does its best to pick up the slack. They only have 4 automated check out lanes which is fine unless 1 is out of service. Some of the depts (floral, deli and such) have different hours than the store and these hours are not well posted. The pharmacy is fantastic and always customer orientated.

Great prices great fresh quality products and services. Friendly clean love love these deals they have all the time. I find myself almost very often going. By the way PAXSON was very helpful.

I went to shop there and the store wasnt busy. I had a question about seafood deal, so I asked the man behind the seafood counter, and he yelled at me because I was confused. Few seconds later a white woman was getting seafood from the seafood counter with this man, and he was very polite with her. I wont be coming back and spent a penny here. Not Recommended Store.

Literally talked to a lady at the pharmacy 10 minutes before I got there to confirm they had my medication. I told her I would be there in a minute. As I’m walking in no more than 10 minutes later they are closing the gates and refusing to fill my prescription. I asked why she didn’t tell me on the phone they were closing soon and she just stared at me...

This time from like most others is a large grocery store. Each grocery store chain has been as attributes and negatives. This Tom Thumb has excellent fruits and vegetables as well as meats. However you should be very careful choosing your items from the shelf as they often have out of date items.

I love this store! Although some prices are a little higher than other places, they have more deals to make up for it. And the staff is so friendly and helpful!

I was in store today people were going wrong way down aisles. No one from store was there to monitor Has to be done at store level just sticking decals on the floor wont cut it. Should require masks but at the least enforce one way down aisles

One of the best delis Ive been to since I left Pennsylvania

Ive gone their twice to make my kids birthday cake and a baby shower cake. And the lady that has made them for me did an amazing job I asked for a coco themed cake and it looks like a cake from a movie. I suggest going their for them to make cakes. Their usually quick and she did both mine at the last minute not even 24 hours before it needed to be done.

I shop here regularly and the staff is amazing. They always have a smile and the staff is friendly. They are truly here to help you find what youre looking for in the store.This location has a Starbucks inside the store.They have a really good produce section as well. Their meat counter is also top notch.

Got some great birthday flowers and stuff today. Staff is always friendly.

It is a very nice clean neat store.... I notices prices are $2-3 dollars more than Market Street.

Its okay. I find that there is not enough variety. I went for the first time last week and could not get several items on my list. I find they are a bit pricey on some items. Not my favorite place to grocery shop!.

Do not come here after 9 unless you just need a small amount of items and get ready to put on your Tom Thumb hat and work for the store for free. It says open until 1 but they don’t staff the checkstands. You have to self check only. I won’t make that mistake again

This store has the most helpful employees. Always pleasant and happy to help. The management is great. Judy is the best cashier! She knows all the customers by name. It’s our store.
