I visit many different Sherwin Williams around the area. This one is so incredibly slow they deserve an award. With 3 customers in the store it took me upwards of 45 mins to get some paint. Employees move slower than sloths. All 4 of them.

Great customer service!!! Answered all of my questions, & the store associate made sure I had all of the supplies I needed for my paint project. Definitely will return here for my future paint needs.

Even when we were the only customers in the store, didnt get any help or attention from the staff. Talked to one person briefly, but she kept waking away. Were in the store a good 20-30 minutes without getting any kind of meaningful help. Cant recommend at all due to the complete lack of help. Finally gave up and left to try a different store, which process went much better.

I had a great experience at Sherwin Williams in Frisco. I have been a customer at this location in the past and had recently returned for a paint project and needed help choosing the right formula, finish and complimentary shades. The associate that helped was Mari. She was welcoming, professional and made excellent recommendations based on the project. Mari was looking out for my best interest as a customer, she provided excellent service from start to finish- delivering and loading my 11 cans of pain to my car.I could not have received this same experience and service from a big box store. My contractor insisted there is a difference in paint quality between big box and specialty stores- I am a fan of Sherwin Williams and will continue to shop there and recommend the product and location.

Great staff and customer service. But sometimes there are too many customers and I need to wait so long and just can’t get any help. It would be better if they had more staff members there to help and take care of the customers.

I shop SW because I get good advice and I keep my singular focus on my task (painting and only painting). Their color matches are so exact! Their associates strike that right balance between being available for advice and allowing me space and time to think about my project and my decisions. I never feel rushed or ignored. I get in and out with my purchase in exactly the right time for me.

Great store, friendly, helpful staff. Note: Closes earlier than may be expected of most retail stores.

I had a severe pain attack in my right hip as I was standing at the counter. Mac immediately went to get me a chair!! Not just any chair, but, a padded office chair that belonged to the manager! Mac deserves a raise! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is store took forever to give me a tinted primer I ordered eight an hour before I picked it up and he was in not even ready there was no manager on site and stores like this ones should be running a better business

I prefer to get my paint at sherwin Williams, it’s great quality. However, this locations has SO many spiders in the lights and coming down from the ceiling, I will drive to the one that is further away. I’m serious, clean your place people!

My Painter ordered the color I told him to get. (Eggwhite). He painted nearly the whole area and I told him that it didnt look like the color that I wanted. He had to get more paint and they told him the pigment machine was broken. He went to a different store to get Eggwhite and when he came back realized it looked different. The poor guy wasted a whole day because he had to do it over with the right color. I went to talk to the manager and he was rude and unapologetic. I hope they make it right for my Painter. The manager said it wasnt their fault that the machine was broken. I am sorry, Sir, it is still your responsibility.

Store manager David was very helpful and patient to explain the type of paint they offer. He walked us through the process on choosing the right type of paint and color for our home. Even I had to make numbers of trips back to get more supplies, the other staff were very helpful as well.

Always have what I need

Not very helpful, or friendly. I had to seek out help twice even though I was the only customer in the store. The second time both employees were in back, the lady was just sitting in a chair in the office. I felt like I was a bother to them. I will be purchasing paint for my entire house, but not from this store. Ill try anoth SW.
