I was already a customer with a 10x10 unit but needed to upgrade to a 10x15 to accommodate more items. Associate Store Manager Rachel Nowlin was amazing. She asked important questions about what I needed to store, and found the best unit for my upgrade. She even considered how close the new unit was to my existing unit so that my move was as easy as possible. 10/10 would ask for Rachel by name!

We were in the process of looking for a new honest storage facility to move our stuff to. Ronnie was very upfront and gave all the specifics about their location. I was very impressed with his service and care about the customer. The day after I rented, I realized I needed a larger unit. Ronnie was out of the office, but Kristen totally took care of the situation and was able to get us moved over to a larger unit. Kristen and Ronnie are both extremely professional and real. Excellent customer service from everyone I have dealt with at this location. The Manager and Associate Manager (Kristen) have provided wow customer service every time I have interacted with them. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you are looking for storage in the Frisco area, this is the place to go.

We have been storing office equipment here for three years and never had a problem. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating, even when we have had some strange requests (like pulling in a large RV to load/unload some equipment.) They have been flexible and easy to work with. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Top notch customer service.

Been with these guys for a long time now, well over a year. Last month, my credit card on file expired and they called me after it was late in an attempt to collect a debt. Totally understand, I should have known it expired and updated it prior to the due date. I went on their site, updated my card info, paid the bill and fee, no worries. Just today, the store manager calls me and tells me that my account is going into lien status for non-payment. While on the phone, I pulled up the site and explained to him that my card is on file, it is current and they should have auto-charged it as they have done since the day I moved in. I asked that the fee be removed since their system had an obvious issue, but he promptly told me that he doesnt remove fees for mistakes. I asked to speak to his manager, but he told me that he was the manager and would not remove the fee because he wasnt the one that made the mistake. He was rude, condescending and just generally didnt care about me as a consumer. I advised him that I would gladly manually pay the bill since their system had an issue, but I will be vacating the space and beginning a new agreement with their competitor CubeSmart.Its sad to see Store Managers with foolish egos lose long time customers over a few bucks.

I rented a storage unit at this location over 2 years ago. Now the second time around for almost 6 months. Great, professional service and reasonably priced. Kudos to the management team here. I intend to rent long term!

The facility is clean, well-managed and renting was very easy. We need a temporary storage while selling our house and moving to a new place, canceling our contract after moving out was even easier. If we ever need storage again, we will be back
